Drain Busters

One drain broke during snaking (due to age, not company's fault). The other drain was inaccessible due to rusted part preventing snaking. The workman explained a plumber was needed to do the remainder. I was impressed with the workman. The plumber he recommended, however, was not good (my regular plumber was out of town or I would have used him). Use this guy for your drains, but don't take his recommendation of a plumber, if needed.

They were very fairly priced and were able to come out the day I called them, they were prompt and called me before they came. One of the workers was very nice and in addition fixed a slow drain in the master bathroom sink at no extra charge.

The plumber was punctual and professional. He fixed the clogged sink and gave us advice on how to prevent future problems. We received a discount of $12 with our Angie's List coupon. We will definitely use this company again.

Overall, it was a good experience. Sam was VERY professional and courteous. He was in and out in 30 mins.

I called on a Thursday afternoon, and they were here Friday morning. It only took Sam about 20 minutes to clean out the drain. He was very clean and professional.

They were responsive, they were very nice and professional, I actually had them come out to fix a previously bad job done by another plumber and they were great to not criticize him, but just to fix his problem. They were very, very professional, and nice. They got the job done and I have not had any problems since.

I called and left a message at 7 am. I had a return call by 8 and was told that someone could be there by 9:30. They asked if was ok if they came earlier if able. I responded that that would be great. They were there by 8:45 and left by 9:15. The clog was beyond the trap and actually in the basement. They cleared the pipe and put the trap back together, replacing a piece that had a hairline crack. No wonder we've had a small leak for ages!

This company surprised me with their quick response. I called around eight o'clock on my day off and they were at my door in about an hour. This may (and probably wont') always happen. I was impressed. The guy who did the work was friendly, but focused and was done by nine thirty. The only way this could have gone better for me is if the cost was lower, but I was satisfied to pay the $150 considering a backed up sewer line can be a nightmare. I have no problem recommending these guys to anyone.

I had called them earlier in the week and had to leave my name and phone number. They called back within an hour and set up the appointment for today. He gave me a time that he would be here today and he was actually 15 minutes early. He was very polite and helpful. My husband wanted to use the camera line to check the sewer line from the house to the street, and this would have cost an additional $200. He advised that this would not be necessary and snaked out the line for us. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

They had two lines that had to be done. They are very professional in their work. The workers were courteous. The work they did was effective and reasonably priced.

Great. The serviceman (Sam) was very friendly. I couldn't get home from work until 4:30, so he waited at the house. It took about 40 minutes to finish everything and he cleaned up most of the mess when he was done. There was some residue of the gunk from the drain I needed to clean when he left, but that only took about 10-15 minutes.

I was having drain, disposal and dishwasher issues over the weekend. I called Drain Busters Monday morning, who said they would be happy to come the same day! Drain Busters did a thorough check of everything but found nothing wrong. As it turned out, our previous Draino/plunging efforts had apparently solved the problem, unbeknown to us. Drainbusters charged only for the service call, which was very much appreciated.

Called him first thing in the morning and it just so happened that he was coming in my area for a job already, so he was able to come to my house around 9:30 a.m. We had rain in the forecast, so I wanted to get it done and this was good news. he service man was very courteous and snaked about 130 feet into the pipe that drains the gutter water--an interesting process to observe. My only ding was that it cost $160 with the Angie's List discount, for about an hour's worth of work. I mean, I get it that a professional service call costs money, but I felt that was a little steep. Is that just me?

They made improvements on the design, replaced a valve, and everything works fine now.

I had noticed that some of the drains were gurgling in other drains of the house. When I noticed our kitchen sink got slow, I called in a handyman, who recommended drain busters. I checked Angie's List and saw their rating. I called at 10:00 am and they were here by 12. The technician listened to the drains, suggested a solution and had the drain snaked. He was out of there in under an hour, and the drains work great.

They arrived on time and went to the basement to get started right away. They had a little difficultly with it but they handled it well. They even had to call someone else to come help with the difficulty and that person came within fifteen minutes, so that was nice. They cleaned up all of the mess very well and they did a great job.

They were on time the very next morning after I called. They were professional, cleaned up behind themselves. The job was done very quickly. They were curtiest to me when I called and when they came out. The whole job did not take long but they were so professional and showed up when they said they would that I know I will use them in the futere and if anyone asked me I would recommend them.

Overall, it went extremely well. Jason was very professional and did a great job.

GREAT! I called on Wednesday evening and they came out at the time I requested on Thursday. They were even willing to meet me after work. The service man called on his way to my house to let me know he was on the way and was prompt. He was kind, friendly, and informative. He had the job finished in about 10 minutes. I had called another well known company and they had told me they would charge $200+ with a minimum of 2 hours. I'm so glad that I called Drainbusters!

Great! He came out the same day I called. It was quite an ordeal to locate the sewer drain in my house after the previous owners had covered it under the flooring. Once he located it, he had to work to open it up. After the inspection, he replaced the cover so that it will be easier in the future if any inspections are needed. I appreciated that he called me 30 minutes ahead so I didn't have to leave work until he was going to be there.

Excellent. After leaving message, received call back within 15 minutes. Made appointment for two hours later, same day. Showed up on time. Courtious & professional. Family owned, two brothers. Did the shower drain in no time. The sink was a little more complicated because it shared pipe with basement sink (which was also backed up). Jason looked at all the pluming, explained in detail how everything tied in, how the vents also participated to the problem & gave me tips for performing a self check & actions to take before calling for service in the future. He also explained how old houses/pluming with newer water(less) appliances can cause issues. No attempt to sell up for other work or products. Because of the age of my pipes, advised not to use agents. Advised me that pressure usually keeps things moving. Told me to fill both sinks and drain together once a month. Gave me a 10% discount for using Angie's List. No muss, no fuss. Perfect. Delighted with the service. Highly recommended!

The company was out to my home in less than 1 hour. They had explained the opinions that I had. This service actually let me see what the problem might be (clogged line, broken pipe).

They are very good! They came out right away. I think he is very honest.

Arrived on time and completed the task in about 20 minutes. Left the premises neat and clean. Received Angie's List discount. Very satisfied.
