Tech used a camera and told me tree roots had broken the drain tiles and I needed them replaced. And that is not their business. He said there was no charge although I offered to pay. I was very impressed with his honesty!

Showed up on time, used drain cleaning machine and then camera to ensure pipe was clear.

Drain Busters was able to get the debris out of the drainage pipe by water jetting so it would flow better.

Ian showed up during the time promised. He called when he was on his way and was very polite. I explained the history and Ian went straight to work. He ran the camera into the clean out and immediately found the blockage. He then opened up more of the clean out and visually found that the plumber who did the original work had left a test balloon in the stack, causing the periodic blockage we were having. After 8 weeks of off and on problems I am grateful that we called Drainbusters. I highly recommend them.

Technician determined the cause was in the toilet, (clogged jets), and not the sewer line. Unclogged and had it working fine in a few minutes. On time and very personable. We would call them again.

It was amazing. He discover a 2 ft section of collapse pipe that was near the front of the house. It was causing a back up to my basement. He show me where they need to dig for the pipes. Very professional. And came between the time frame he gave me.

We hired Drain Busters to do a camera inspection of the exterior drain line that is connected to our sump pump and gutters. They promptly returned my call, they arrived on time, they were professional and efficient. They were able to locate the exact spot where our drain line had cracked. They marked the exact spot in our yard so we only have to have that section repaired and not the whole line replaced. They inspected all three of our exterior drain lines, not just the one that was clogged, for the same price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We've been having issues with a clogged sewer line for some years. The roots of the trees in the back yard have started getting into our 1961 sewage lines and caused bi-annual backups. Ive rented machines, done it myself, but with limited success. During this last episode I was out of town so, with much trepidation decided to bite the bullet and call a professional drain company. Of course we were expecting it to be an ordeal as these things tend to be but…SURPRISE! I called Drain Busters after checking out reviews on Angies list. A small local company who specialize in this type of work, just what we were looking for. I left a message for them at 10 AM , less than an hour later one of the very nice plumbers was down in the basement setting up his machine. He was VERY considerate of our home which we greatly appreciate, he pulled up the throw carpet around the drain and set up tarps. He clearly explained the situation to us ( apparently pretty common thing ) we thought we might need to video scope the drain but he told us it was not necessary ( saved $100 right there) he worked for two hours and ran into some pretty tough roots but he persisted and cleared it. All in a days work for him but a lifesaver for us. The price was extremely reasonable and more than worth it. After he finished, he carefully cleaned the work area and left it as if nothing had happened. If you have sewer line clogs these are the guys to call - Prompt, Efficient, Considerate and Very nice people! We will be telling everyone- Thanks so much Drain Busters!!

The tech arrived on time...after calling to see if they could come earlier! He did the work and took the time to show me that our kitchen sink drain system was unusual, and why. Very professional.

The work was done professionally, thoroughly and the problem was fixed. Sam showed up on time. He was very friendly. A gentleman. He used his camera and snake tools to thoroughly examine the areas and open the lines while explaining to me what was going on. He did a quality work. Very hard working and responsive. I will definitely call them back for any drainage problems.

Great- I called about 7:45 and they were here by 10 am. Sam was great. He explained everything to me and made recommendations for keeping the line clear. He told me where the block was, what it was and told me the distance to the city sewer. ( he used both a camera and the snake)

Everything went well until I got the bill. For approximately 20 minutes of work that involved very little labor and no parts, I was charged $240. In addition, the drain on my tub no longer works and I didn't even request that to be fixed.

Sam was absolutely wonderful! Because I showed interest - Sam took the extra time to explain what he was doing. Sam made sure the drain was running properly and that no leaks had resulted from running the snake. I was running late from airport. I truly appreciate Sam's patience and more importantly - the service he performed. He knew exactly what he was doing and quickly fixed the problem with my slow running drain.

These guys are the best because they're very professional, knowledgeable and ethical. Ian came in and figured out the problem in a jiffy and explained a little bit about how the main drain functions with the original exterior drainage in my old Clintonville house. There are a lot of drainage problems in the neighborhood plus city services are temporarily blocking drains (hopefully fixing them soon). He got right to the problem and soon solved it and added a floor drain plug. Thank goodness I can depend on them. They are a small family company and do things right.

Very professional service. All my drains were clogged. Was not charged for the service. Was recommended by Roger's Basement Waterproofing (who was recommended by Owen's Construction) to check my drains before they would recommend what service was needed. Would definitely contact them again if I needed their services.

After snaking the drain with two different sized cutters it was cleared to the city main line. Sam used a camera and discovered another issue but nothing to cause concern but rather good to be aware of at this time. I was very impressed with how quickly he came after calling and how professional he was. I will recommend this company to my friends who perhaps haven't thought about how Nature works its way into our sewer lines! I read reviews for a few companies. I chose this company because their reviews were excellent, it is small, family owned company, and because they specialize in drain cleaning. They are not one of those big, "we do it all" companies. They have the all the necessary equipment with them and can get the job done in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price.

The technician quickly identified the issue, cleared the drain, and cleaned up any additional mess that was made.

Our experience with Drain Busters was fantastic. I will hire them again if/when we need to. Our problem was water backing up into our house when we ran the Washing Machine. The issue was tree roots in our house main drain. A camera inspection identified the problem and Drain Busters running a snake through the roots completely cleared the drain. A second run of the camera showed the drain to be clear from our house out to the main city sewer line after the snake was run through the line. We had talked with another business who said we needed to replace a section of our house main drain line in our yard at at cost of several thousand dollars. Needless to say we didn't want to do that and we searched out another opinion. Drain Busters was able to camera and snake the main house drain for $350. I really appreciate a business who cares about what they are doing and gets it done well. They showed up on time, took care to keep our house clean and explained their work. Thank you for a job well done.

I called today & Sam was able to accommodate me. He was on time, friendly, courteous, & professional. The original price was $100, but I got a $10 discount. He was only here about 10 minutes, but quickly fixed the problem. His prices are probably inline with everyone else’s prices & I’m sure it’s just the basic minimum price. I would definitely use him again & would highly recommend him.

From my first contact I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and understanding displayed by Jason. Those traits carried through to Ian from his call to alert us he was on his way to the way he interacted with us and completed the initial toilet job. When we discussed our sump pump drainage concern we were pleased to learn that he had the equipment and could complete the task at that time. Throughout our interaction he was polite, respectful and effective. The price was reasonable and the service was timely.
