 + 0 moreI was absolutely amazed that a pluming company was willing to make a house call, assess the situation, admit they felt they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job right, and then provide guidance and assistance to help us secure both city employee help and the help of a second company to ensure the job was completed promptly and correctly - all without charging us anything!!!!! You can be assured if we ever have any plumbing needs in the future we are calling Drain Busters - they earned a loyal customer for life!
Description of Work: We had a sewage back up in our basement and called Drain Busters. They were able to come to our house the same morning we called but after arriving and checking out our property they very honestly told us they didn't think they could do the job because our sewage lines were so long - they just didn't feel they had enough line to do the job right. They then floored us by not only recommending another company they knew would have the proper equipment but also by calling the city for us to get city employees out to check the main city sewer line. Although they spent a good deal of time at our home and graciously shared their professional knowledge, they charged us nothing!!!! Best of all, both the city employees and the second company showed up in a very short time, the problem was identified, and the second company was able to fix it for us the same day.

They explained everything thoroughly and we learned a lot from the experience. The employee was very professional, efficient, and patient. I would recommend their services to anyone.

 + -1 moreI don't think I could have had a better experience. I called Drainbusters at about 8am on Jan 4 and received a call back a few minutes later. Was told they could work me in sometime between 11 and 1 and would call before heading my way. Sam called at about 11:15 to say he was on his way and arrived just a bit later. Service took less than an hour, and, to me at least, was done for a good price. Sam was courteous and professional. I would definitely use Drainbusters again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Our kitchen sink was not draining/draining very slowly. Drainbusters snaked the drain.

 + -1 moreJason answered the phone when I called and offered me three different time windows that same day. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived to tell me he was on his way and arrived during the time period we had agreed upon. He flushed out the drainpipe that was backing up and by doing so removed the clog. Jason gave us a discount to flush out two other drainpipes. Our overall experience was very positive.
Description of Work: Our drainpipe to the street was clogged, which resulted in water backing up into our basement. I called Jason and he was able to come out the same day. He flushed out the drainpipe, which cleared the line. While he was at our house we had him flush out two other drainpipes since he gave us a discounted rate to do the additional lines.

 + -1 moreI called Jason, and he arrived within 30 minutes. He uses a high pressure water machine to clear the clog from the street. It took around 20 minutes total. The storm clouds are brewing and my gutters are going to empty into the street, not into my yard! I am very pleased.
Description of Work: I had a drain that was clogged between the end of the downspout and the street. The job was to clear the clog.

 + -1 moreFantastic! A clean, uniformed serviceman arrived on-time in a clean, identifiable truck. I explained specifically what I hoped to learn about regarding our drain lines. He welcomed me in viewing the drains with his camera and explained what we were seeing. He had great technology that could identify exactly where any broken lines or blocks were. He cleaned out sections clogged with roots as possible. He worked hard to do a thorough job, and also offered some suggestions for long-term drain maintenance. He was both professional and personable. I only wish all contractors could be like this! Cost was absolutely fair for the work performed.

 + 0 moreOverall the job was performed as expected and I would use Drainbusters'services in the future.
Description of Work: This is the second time I contacted Drainbusters to clean out a main sewer line from the house to the street. Both times they were able to come out the next day. They were very professional and very independent on the job site. The work was completed promptly and as described. On the earlier drain cleaning job an obstruction was discovered mid-way through the main drain line and by using a high tech camera mounted on the drain auger they identified an unusual elbow in the line and were able to compensate to complete the work. This saved me hundreds of dollars that I might have had to spend to excavate the drain line inorder to clear the line. They even billed me at my email for added convenience.

 + -1 moreMy renter called me on a monday evening and said the tub was backed up and not draining. I placed an order with Drainbusters the next morning and then spoke to Jason to explain the situation. He contacted the resident and was out within the next day and worked around their schedule to get the tub snaked and back to working order again. It was an "over delivery" and they exceeded my expectations for the work performed, the responsiveness and the professionalism. I would have not problem endorsing this company.

Description of Work: Jason called me back promptly. I explained that the drainpipe from the house to the street didn't seem to be working. He was able to be at my house in an hour. He removed the debris in the pipe with a hose and a jet-stream of water. He was so polite and professional, I would most definitely use him again.

 + 0 moreCalled Drainbusters for my clogged storm sewer problem. Due to being extremely busy Drainbusters was not able to come on Friday as soon as I had hoped. Called another contractor - BIG MISTAKE. The other contractor came on Friday but charged me $400 for their time without giving their best effort and did not solve my problem. Called Drainbusters back and they were able to come on Monday morning and completely solved my problem for $256.- see above story - Next time I will wait for Drainbusters and not call another contractor.
Description of Work: Drainbusters unclogged a storm sewer drain that had been clogged by leaves. Drainbusters jetted my storm sewer at my industrial building. A large pond had been created due to all the rain. Tenants complained about the pond. Drainbusters jetted the storm sewer, removed the grate to the catch basin, cleaned out the catch basin and the pond problem flowed away. Drainbusters solved my problem in 1 hour and 20 minutes of work. This is my 2nd time of using Drainbusters and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Drainbusters to anyone.

 + -1 moreJason was just around the corner when we called and came right over. we had bought an angies list coupon for what we thought was 1 hour of drain cleaning for 59$..as it turned out he said the coupon was only for small drains and he could only credit us the 59$ not an hour of his work which ran 165 per hour. he was nice and did a good job to bad the coupon was not honored. he said the mix up was angies lists fault as he specifically told them small house drains only

 + -1 moreThey arrived right on time. The entire job took about 30 minutes. I'm very happy with the service, and would use them again.
Description of Work: My basement drain was partially clogged. When the washing machine was in spin cycle, the water would rise up out of the floor drain. Luckily my basement is unfinished with a concrete floor, so no damage there. Each time I ran the washer, I had a small puddle on the floor that would take a couple hours to flow back down the drain. They cleared whatever was partially obstructing the drain pipe. I have run three loads in a row through the washer, and no more puddles.

Jason came out in a flash, unclogged it just as quickly and only charged me $50! Friendly, professional, honest and very FAIR! Will call them in a heartbeat if I ever have the need. Found Drainbusters on Angies List and set-up appointment for the next day. Drainbusters worked hard and was thorough and within approximately 3 hours the storm sewer was in great shape and the lakes were gone. Happy tenant and happy property owner.
