Love this company. Called another and they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone. So I waited for them to come out and give me a no obligation estimate in person and it was almost double. No thanks! Waste of my time. I'll stick with drain busters!

Called and talk to Jason. Explained the problem that the floor drain next to AC unit in the basement gets clogged in the beginning of spring. I wanted to use the camera. But, Jason informed me that it is a common problem, no need to use a camera, and if there is a need he will let me know. He recommended cleaning the floor drain. Mr. Sam came by did the cleaning and recommended me to pour water periodically to keep the drain clean. Gave me Angie's List member discount. Mr. Sam came at the right time and cleaned the area after work. Thank You Sam and Jason.

When the gentleman arrived he listened to me about the problem and took a look. He even understood that our Border Collie wanted to meet him and see what he was up to. He was able to pull the toilet on the lower level and work from there. My wife and I were worried that maybe some tree roots had crept into the sewer line and caused a problem. That didn't turn out to be the case. He did mention that it didn't look as though the line had been cleaned for quite some time. I told him that I had managed to pull part of a t shirt out of the drain earlier. He cleaned the drain out to where it met the sewer line. He also went out back since there is a manhole cover back there and checked that water was flowing out as it should. He replaced the wax ring, got the toilet back in place, and cleaned up his equipment. There wasn't much to clean up since he had placed a tarp under his equipment at the start. After he left, I looked at my wife and neither of us were quite sure what to think except to be glad we had called Drain Busters. From start to finish (when I called to when he left) was under 3 hours! We were thoroughly impressed with this company's response and attention to getting the problem fixed. It was almost unbelievable.

We had another company out 3 weeks ago to remove roots blocking the main sewer line but they didn't do a complete job and it started to back up again. Drain Busters fixed it quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. We were able to get an appointment with Sam the next day, he showed up on time, and jumped right into clearing the main line. You can tell working with them that drains are truly their specialty. They even took care of it for about a $100 less than the company I used before. Drain Busters are a great small business that I'll be sure to use for all my future drain issue needs.

The entire effort was done very professionally and there was plenty of communication as to what was being done and when it would be done. They were very knowledgeable and gave us honest answers to our questions and concerns. Everything was done on schedule and on price target. Our neighbors also have recommended them to us and use them on an annual basis to clean their sewer drains. We will being doing that as well. We very highly recommend Dran Busters.

Drainbusters visited my home twice. First, Sam came out and tried to clear it with a snake. He was not successful. He used a radio camera to find the location in the yard above the location of the unbreakable clog. He recommended that we have someone excavate that area. Sam's diagnosis was correct. There was a problem that a snake could not solve. We had to have a section of sewer line replaced. The second time they visited was when the sewer line was being dug up. Drainbusters arranged with the excavator (JFM Enterprises) to come and jet clean the rest of the sewer line (once a hole had been dug and the pipe had been opened up). Sam and Jason cleaned roots out of the pipe and then put a camera through the entire length of pipe. Throughout the process, Sam and Jason were very helpful, honest, and considerate. Their specialty is drain cleaning, and they are good at it. If I ever needed a drain or sewer line cleaned again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

He spent a lot of time, was very courteous and as clean as you can be for a job like that, and was prompt. Drain Busters was referred to me by a friend and I'd refer them to anyone who needs drain cleaning.

He checked all my drains and determined that only two of them needed to be cleaned. (He gave me some tips on the other drains....the tip I appreciated the most was how to keep the shower drain from smelling. ) He cleaned the two drains quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with the service. He was professional, polite, and good at his job and he didn't try to charge me for work that didn't need to be performed. We called Drain Busters, who was able to come out the same day, to clear a basement drain of tree roots that had built up. They did a great job for a good price. Sam was very responsive and professional. The drain has been clear ever since. Would definitely use them again.

Our experiece was outstanding from start to finish. He returned call within minutes and came out next day. Our house is old and was built in sections. He used experience, patience, strength, and specialized equipment to diagnose and fix our sewer back up by finding a way to access it that did not require digging up the yard. Called Jason at 5:00 pm on Monday and Sam arrived 7 minutes early, just before 9:00 am on Tuesday. Sam cleaned a clogged drain line in the basement and used a camera to help troubleshooting the chronic, reoccurring drain problems. Sam took the time to show me the video of the drain line and explained everything he was seeing in the video. Sam even provided a CD recording of the video. During a recent heavy rain I had water in my basement, which is unusual. I called Drain Busters to come out to assess the situation, and Jason almost immediately knew what to look at first. It turns out that the drainpipe leading from my gutters to the curb was completely clogged with silt. Once that diagnosis was made, it took Jason only 15 minutes or so to completely resolve my situation. He was very courteous and friendly and offered me the Angie's List discount without even having to ask about it. I cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely use them again should another problem like this arise.

Called at 4:30 PM. Scheduled service for 9:00 AM the next day. Sam arrive promptly at 9 am, and efficiently cleared drain obstruction. Sam was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company

I called them out to snake our kitchen sink when I was not able to clear the drain myself. The plumber was very responsive and arrived early, thoroughly cleaned the drain pipes and explained the problems. He also replaced a rusted iron pipe for just the cost of materials.

Our downspout drains to the street have been clogged for years. Since Drainbusters was there to fix my kitchen sink, I asked the plumber if he could clear the draintiles. He charged me less for both lines than another company quoted me for 1 and the downspouts are draining great now.
