Drain Busters

I regularly use Drain Busters to clean tub and bathroom sink drains. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient.

Good. Did not seek problems were none existed.

The company was available for quick service. Sam arrived on time. He got the drain unclogged and the area cleaned up in a timely fashion.

They employee was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He found a way to solve the problem that had kept the job from getting completed before and set things in motion so it will be easy to solve if it is needed in the future.

Everything was fine. It was a while ago. I would use them again.

They came on time, and were very professional. They cleaned only the area that had been wet, and even offered to haul away some things that had been ruined in the water overflow. Would recommend them to anyone who needs basement/water/sewage overflow clean up

I purchased a Big Deal at $59.00 for drain cleaning. They came out and cleaned the drains and educated me on how to maintain a clear drain. They were really good and I would use them again.

They were very good. They gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.

Cleaned out pipe at south side of house just fine. Could not clean out pipe at north side of house. Pipe clogged with tree roots.

Called provider we played bit of phone tag. Once we talked he had truck close by (10 minutes away). Within 20 minutes drain was clear.

They did what they were supposed to do. However, when something else came up, the cost really shot up. We have this other drain that is backed up that comes from the washer that is about three feet that ties into the other drain. He said it was not covered and was going to be an extra $92.I thought it would only take a few minutes for that work.

He's in! He's out! The drain's flowing again! I really couldn't have asked for better service. Set up the same day as I called, notified me on the way, in and out in a flash with the proper tools to get it done. Thanks Sam!

I called Drain Busters yesterday to schedule an appointment for today. Today the serviceman called 15 minutes before he arrived, right on time, and quickly took his equipement down to the basement and cleared the drain, and now it drains perfectly.

Great job and attitude....made sure everything was cleaned and running including a secondary service line. Highly recommend for future use

The service is always excellent. When something is leaking you need someone in a hurry and they definitely deliver. I appreciate them coming out the same day to fix the issue. Their pricing is also very fair.

We were impressed with the responsiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of the plumber from Drain Busters. The Drain Buster Plumber came out the day we called, quickly remedied the problem, and discussed our older home's plumbing with us so that we fully understood what the problem was. We were glad we called and will use this company again should we need plumbing services in the future..

Basement drain clogged and backing up at basement drain whenever water was run upstairs. Rainy day made problem worse. Called late in day and they scheduled service for 11am next day. Sam called and came earlier than scheduled and went right to work. He made sure main drain was not the problem then repeatedly snaked basement drain until totally clear. He checked it with several water sources running to make sure problem was fixed. Cost was much less than what larger companies would have charged. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and hard worker. So glad I called DrainBusters and will use again.

We had a major backup in our women's lavatory and in the Janitor's Closet slop sink over the weekend. Called Drainbusters on Monday morning and they had some one out within a couple of hours. The technician worked and got all of the drains open and running clear. He was clean, prompt and courteous! An absolute A+ experience!

I looked up mainline sewer cleaning in Angie's list and found DrainBusters. What set them apart from the other good reviews was the overall lower costs for their services compared to other equally well reviewed Angie's list service providers. The team that arrived to clean my drain arrived within 10 minutes of when they said they would and also called ahead as I asked. I had requested they come prepared to Hyrdo-Jet my main sewer line as that was what needed to be done the last time it stopped flowing. They first ran their large powered snake down the line and said there was some kind of blockage. After trying two different blades they used the hydro jet and were able to flush the line so there was good flow. They offered to put a camera down for an additional fee but I declined. Overall they were very prompt, and knew what they were doing. Interestingly, they used a different drain in my basement to clean the main line. This provided better access to the main line and made it easier for them to run their snake and hydro jet hose to get to the area of the main line that was blocked up. They did not leave until we confirmed the toilet flushed with no backup to the drain they had opened to do the cleaning. Previously that drain welled up when any toilet flushing was done Overall I would highly recommend this company for mainline sewer cleaning.

Very pleased with my experience with this company and will be calling them again when the weather warms up to finish the job.

I woke up this morning to a sewer backup in the basement. First, I called the city of Columbus to have someone come out and confirm the problem was on my side. Once that was confirmed, I called Drain Busters at around 10:20 A.M. They said they would have someone out between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M. Seeing as it was already 10:20, I expected them to come later, but I was pleasantly surprised to see them at 11 A.M. Their workman was clean, polite and professional. He worked fast and did an excellent job. Even though it was snowy and muddy outside, he was careful not to get any mess on the carpet as he hauled his equipment in and out. My house was built in the 1950's and the drain cleanout looked like it had never been opened. It took a blow torch, a chisel, and a lot of effort to get the cap off. Once that was accomplished the snaking of the drain went fairly quickly. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises.

They did travel a good deal out of their service area and was very professional. They cleared by drain blockage in less than five minutes and offered some good advice on preventing blockages in the future.

They came out at the appointed time. They inspected the toilet..asked a few questions. They snaked the toilet and advised that it was clear.

When they were rooting out the line they thought there was a problem. We gave permission to put in a camera and they found that the line was broken and just emptying into the soil. They suggested a contractor who they trusted who we did hire. Once the contractor found the break (about 10- 12 feet down) they jetted out the enormous tree root that had broken the pipe and blocked it. Consequently after the repair our sewer line worked! They had to come 2 or 3 times to complete the job and were very polite about it.
