Drain Busters

I was happy with them. They did what they were supposed to do and it's fine.

I have an older house so this was not a standard (aka easy) job ... it was cleared quickly and neatly with not complications.

The job went very well--professional and responsive to my questions. Furthermore, I called late morning and were at the house within an hour. Highly recommended!

Great, showed up on time. Looked at a few drains to see what was wrong, only one needed to be snaked. Got to work and was very tidy. Moved bath matts and shower curtain out of the way so nothing was stained or stepped on in his work boots. Unclogged drain and was on his way Only charged me for the one drain to be snaked, not for looking at the others. I appreciate them being honest on which drains do or don't need work and only charging me for what does.

Called at 8am and spoke with Jason. Made appt for between 12-2 same day and they called at 12:15 to say they were on the way. Sam arrived 15 minutes later and was able to clear the drain, reconnect everything and clean up in a short time at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Called Drain Busters on March 01, 2014 and left a message for them to call me. Received a call in the evening on March 02, 2014. Sam said that he would be out to my house from 0900-1000 on March 3rd. Sam was prompt. I explained that water was backing up when I did laundry. Sam snaked the sewage drain removing tree roots and I was able to do three loads of laundry that day. Love the service and will be calling them back if I need anymore help with my sewage service.

I called them since they were so highly rated on Angie's List and with good reason. Sam was onsite in less than an hour from my call. I wanted them to look at the urinals in our building since I felt they were not draining as quickly as they should. Sam was honest in saying only one urinal needed attention. He did the work and then let me know his opinion on how our system looked. I couldn't have asked for better service than what they delivered!

Drain Busters was called out for a second opinion. Drain Busters fixed our problem quickly and saved us alot of money. The first sewer company provided a horrendous situation with a very expensive option. Drain Busters was able to simplfy the situation, fix and correct with minimal effort.

I called to make an appointment and they came the next day. Arrived on time, and called when they were on the way. Snaked my bathtub drain and the kitchen sink drain. Kitchen was draining but he wasn't satisfied because there was some gurgling when it drained, so he snaked it a second time and now it drains better than ever! He went above and beyond compared to what some other plumbers would do. I definitely recommend him and will be calling them with any issues in the future!

I made the appointment and the next morning he showed up on time, did a good job cleaning out the downspouts, and was done. His fee was the same as his estimate. I would not hesitate using Drain Busters again and I would not hesitate recommending them to a friend.

Excellent service. I called at 8:30 am and they were here by 9:45 am. Very professional and courteous. Gave us tips on use, care, and maintenance of high-efficiency toilets. I hope I don't have to use them again but certainly will if I need to!

Experience was perfect! Left a message at 8:00 am, Sam called me back at 8:05 am and said he could be there between 10 and noon. Called at 9:40am to say he was on the way. Cleaned both drains quickly and even gave me a tutorial on what could have been another part of our draining problems.

Very responsive, on time. Quickly told us he didn't have the equipment to correct our problem but referred us to someone who does.

I had another plumber start this repair (Busted Sewer pipe location of brake was a guess )and the first plumber dug up the sewer line with a mechanical excavator ,Their had been some repairs done on this line maybe 30 years ago and the old work was done so bad that it created a huge issue the Old work was 100% crap ! The more recent plumber's digging up and repair was not tested before being filled in ,That was very bad also ,because they did not fix all the leaks filled in the hole packed up and vanished. . If I have had Drain Busters First ,They could have saved me over One Thousand bucks EZ and the hassle of doing the same work three times over . First they Cleaned the line then took a video all the way to the sewer main . The Video showed a depression in the line near the back of the building . The building is a Old Historic Landmark in Canal Winchester that has a ally running along the Sewer side of the wall ,then going under the side walk and then under the street. Making this repair job ,no job for Mom and Pop plumbers Or guys who can't show up on time. ,Cost of this repair was far from cheap ,however digging up and replacing the side walk ,ally black top ,and the street could have cost a lot more . The Re Digging up job was done with a water jet and hydrolift .>This is a great way to dig things up .It dose no damage to things other then dirt ., Very close to the Sewer line is the Gas Line & the Water line as well as the storm sewer .All a mechanical Excavator is going to do is bust up all the other old lines and run up the price of fixing a No pressure Sewer line . After the Just installed partial sewer line was un earthed and opened up a 6 inch Sewer liner was installed inside of the old broken sewer line for a distance of about 50 feet . This system is some what new but if done right stronger than the new PVC pipes and way stronger than the Old Clay pipes . The system is warrenteed for 45 years . So it should outlast me by at least 25 years thanks to the new medical care we have . Drain Busters was able to do all the repairs from start to finish in One day , The dig was done by a sub contractor the day before ,and the cleaning and inspection was a few days before ,and that cost was not charged since they did the entire repair . Three days total with a week end off , The city had to inspect the work done before filling the hole in and also issue a dig permit before stating . Drain Busters took care of that also , I had the PUCO mark locations of all underground lines and electric . Saving time on that deal . looking back on this mess I wish I had had Drain Busters video the Sewer line first however even drain busters would not have seen the screwed up mess that some Moron had done years ago And today that company is still in business ,and I don't have a clue as to why Only digging would have found their crap job . However water jet digging will save a lot of extra work and damage and cost . as well as tampering with old foundation and other old Pipes

Performed the services as asked. Sam was here, he is one of the owners. I would recommend them to anyone needing a clogged drain fixed.

They snaked an outside drain and ran a scope (at my request and additional fee) to verify it was clear and to determine whether it was slanted properly.

Jason's camera found no clogs or breaks in my drain line. He did discover a negative slope in 30 feet of the pipe, so that water stands in that portion of the pipe. He left a red flag in the ground to mark the spot at which the slope turns negative. He warned me that the standing water might freeze in cold weather since the pipe is near the surface of the ground. Jason's company does not fix negatively sloped pipes, but he helped me understand the status of the pipe.

The owner, Justin, performed the services. He called to tell me he was on his way, arrived on time, and promptly explained the services and got to work. He began with a video inspection by inserting a camera at the street-level termination of the pipes, which found them to be in good working order, but there was a fair amount of sediment in one segment. He then recommended I either have the segment dug up, or he could attempt to wash out the sentiment with water jetting. I chose to water-jet the pipe. He performed the water-jet and followed by another video inspection to confirm the efficacy of the process. When the inspection showed little effect, he changed nozzle-heads along with inserting a hose at the beginning of the drain pipe to increase the water flow. The second water-jetting was much more effective and a fair amount of mud, roots, and debris was ejected from the pipe. Justin then performed a final video inspection which showed a much cleaner drainage pipe. The process took approximately one hour. I found Justin very courteous, efficient, and willing to explain and answer questions. I appreciated his providing several courses of action. This was a very positive experience and, if needed, I will definitely be using Drain Busters again.

After walking downstairs to that terrible smell of sewage, we discovered the main sewer drain line had backed up in the basement. GROSS. I called Drain Busters late Wednesday and spoke to Jason, the owner. He said he could have someone out in the morning between 10-12 noon. Sam called about 10:15am and said he was on his way and would be at our home in 15 min. After a quick check of the basement, he brought in the drain cleaner and went to work. Sure enough - tree roots were the problem. Sam cleaned up the area he worked in after taking out his equipment. We were very happy with the promptness of their service and quality of work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service. We have had a tree root problem in the past and have used other companies (franchises) and were happy to find a locally owned company who do professional work and were great to work with. We would recommend using their service!

Called Jason on 9/26 and set up an appointment for the next morning. Received a call a little later in the day from Jason asking if it would be possible to stop by as he had some time open up in his schedule. It worked out great and he was done within 30 minutes.

He was prompt and professional. A very quick (20 min.) procedure that did the trick!

Drain Buster's cleaned out my main drain that runs from the back of the house to the property line at the back of the lot. Drain Busters were very responsive getting to the house on time. They also did a fantastic job cleaning out tree roots from the drain. They were at the house a little less than 1 hour unclogging the pipe. I would use Drain Busters again to free the drain pipe of roots. I'm considering having Drain Busters run the auger through the pipe annually so I do not have to put up with the pipe clogging due to tree roots clogging the pipes and the backup running all over the basement floor. The price is well worth not having to put up with the mess.

My phone call was returned promptly, and I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician was timely, courteous, clean, thorough, and kind.
