Did excellent job, very courteous and gave some tips on maintaining the drain...which I appreciated. Will defietly call him in the future

The service and friendliness were great! I had slow running drains in the bathroom in the home I recently moved into. I messaged a different plumber through Angie's List but didn't get a response so called Drain Busters and left a message. Jason called me back within the hour and had me on the schedule for that afternoon. I had an afternoon appointment later in the day scheduled and he was able to not only fit me in the same day but was kind enough to work around that. Ian came out and showed me how to take the tub drain apart to keep that clean of clogs and he snaked the sink drain and explained they do run slow after things build up if the water isn't used for a while. He made sure to check underneath the bathroom after snaking upstairs, to be sure he hadn't busted through an older pipe and all was fine. He was friendly, quick, and everything has been working great since they were here.

The response was fast, the service provided was completed professionally and the service provider kept me informed throughout the process of what was happening and the length of time it would take.

We called at 9:15 am or so, and were given a 10-12 arrival window. They arrived shortly after 10am, though, which was great. Ian was very nice, diagnosed the problem, quoted us the $185, as long as he didn't find anything else more serious. There were roots growing into the pipe, which he cleared. Start to finish I think it only took an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes. Thorough, professional, and nice; I highly recommend this company!

A very quick call back from Jason! Within less than 2 hours someone was here, fixed the problem AND explained to me what happened and how to avoid it happening again!! SWEET!!!! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would call them again if needed!!!!!!!

They found the point of blockage that a prior plumbing company tried to resolve years back unsuccessfully. They were able to remove the blockage and clear the plubming line.

I spoke with Jason when I called, who was helpful and gave me options, including price estimates, from snaking the toilet to replacing the toilet. I elected to try snaking first and Ian came out that afternoon, ran a snake with a hook-type head into the toilet, snagged the pen and pushed it through to the 3" line in the floor where it fell to the sewer line. Took less than 1/2 hour and I paid $110. Quite fair, I think. I'll definitely use them from now on.

As noted above they completed the work in less then an hour. It was apparent that when it comes to drain backup issues you need to call those who know how to resolve this type of problem in a reasonable about of time. They have all the equipment and have been doing this for over 14 years. We plan on using them in the future if and when we have a plumbing back up issue and/or when we have a plumbing problem that does not require a lot of plumbing modifications. As we understand it their business is primarily in dealing with drain backup problems. OUTSTAND JOB AND VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!

Called in the a.m. explained that my drain was overflowing and flooding the basement (not the sump pump). They were courteous on the phone and let me know of potential issues and cost with the drain pipe blockage. Sam arrived same day and was was able to clear the blockage as well as a few tree roots. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend Drain Busters over any competitors.

It was a great experience. He answered all of my questions and made sure to clean up after himself. I was very pleased with end result.

We had a downspout that was not draining properly and after several days of digging and trying to find the point of the blockage on our own, we had a friend recommend Drainbusters to us. They were great! Came out the same day we called and within an half hour, had our line running again! Saved us all kinds of time and effort as we were thinking we were going to have to rent a backhoe and have the line dug out (which was over 200 ft). They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

The experience was great. I called them on Thursday afternoon, and they said they could come to my house between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday. I told them I had a coupon for 10% off from Angies List, and this was noted for the record (I was told that I did NOT even need to print the receipt or present it). The technician, Sam, called at 9 a.m. Friday and asked if I would be around the house at about 9:15 to 9:30 a.m. I said yes, so Sam came by at 9:20 a.m. So, the plumber came early to an appointment! I asked a lot of questions about the drain and drainage issues in the future, and Sam answered all of my questions quite well and very politely. Sam finished up quickly and cleanly. I was satisfied with the professional service of this company.

I called Drain Busters on a Wednesday and they were able to come the next day. Mica came right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found a loose bolt in the toilet tank which was causing the leak. He had to go to the supply store for a new bolt, came right back, replaced the bolt, tested for leaks, found none. I had been really concerned about the amount of water in the basement and upstairs bathroom as the stream in the basement seemed just as bad overnight although I had shut off the valve to the toilet the night before. Mica explained that the leak probably had been going on for a while but didn't drip into the basement until the floor above was saturated. So it would take a while after the leak was stopped before seeing the water disappear on the floor upstairs and in the basement. After Mica left I put down fresh newspaper on the floor in the bathroom and checked about 10 hours later and they were still dry. By the next morning the basement was nearly completely dry. So, no more leaks. I thought the price was very fair, quite reasonable.

Sam & Mika arrived a few minutes early, got right to work and did everything I needed, plus some. They had all the equipment necessary to inspect, problem solve and fix my problem. I would recommend them to a friend.

It went fine. They did not hand up doing anything. They did not get the appliance they needed to do the work though. I could not get the drain changed. Overall experience, I am giving them an A.

The sanitary drain in my basement was backed up and leaving debris, feces, etc. on my unfinished basement floor. I noticed it on Wednesday at 10 PM. I began calling advertised drain cleaning companies early Thursday morning, before checking Angie's List. I didn't think to check Angie's immediately because all I could think of was to get the problem fixed asap. What a dilemma!! I first called one of the largest known drain rooter companies who have huge advertisements in the media. I was told by this well known company they could make an appointment for me on the following Monday 6-30-2014! Keep in mind, I was calling them early Thursday morning 6-26-2014 with a clogged drain which was leaving feces and other junk in my basement! I suddenly remembered Angie's list, searched for drain cleaning and found Drain Busters which had excellent reviews etc. I called them. The owner Sam answered the phone. He said he could have someone at my house within two hours. I made the appointment, and the brother of the owner came in less than than two hours, and fixed my problem. What a surge of relief. The work took about an hour or so. I highly recommend Drain Busters. They are very professional, knowledgeable, competent, and PROMPT!! The work took about an hour or so, and the charge was extremely reasonable. Thank you Drain Busters!!!!!!

A+ service from Drain Busters. Jason came out on relatively short notice, and walked me through all the potential issues that could be causing the water back up in my rear down spout. He started by using the most cost effective method first, and then progressively used other methods as needed. They have great technology for their industry and were very knowledgeable. After using multiple techniques to determine where the water was getting held up at, we were able to hear the water rushing and building up directly where a newer fence post had been installed. I would highly recommend Drain Busters for any drain or clogged pipe services.

Sam did a great job' and he knows his business. He checked the city sewer first before starting to make sure It wasn't a city problem, he walked around in the rain to find it. He used a big 6in cutter and made sure water was running and not backing up. When it was time to settle up he knocked off $18.00 Angie's discount $167.00 total :). Sam was also very personable and polite, will not hesitate to use him again.

I had a problem with my basement drain clogging a few days ago while doing the laundry. I plunged it, but was worried it would clog again. I called Drain Busters and they were very professional and prompt. They came out when promised and only did the service that was needed. They could not get the drain to back up again, so decided to take a scan (camera) line from the house main sewer to main sewer which revealed no issues with roots or cracked tiles. What a relief! I am planning on moving my laundry from the basement to my first floor and will definitely call them to do the plumbing for this. I am so happy! I finally found a reliable plumber I can work with in the future.

The only provider on Angies list who could come out the same day. I happened to have a new driveway going in when Drain Busters came by. He had a big trailer and could not park since I live on a main steet. He called and said he was going to the office to drop off the trailer so he could park on the lawn, which I gave him permission to do, and he would be right back. About 15 minutes later, he came back and went right to work. Looked at the whole house, how the drains ran, etc. Snaked the line and everything went vey well. The main thing is that he could have said he couldn't get in due to the driveway, but went the extra mile to drop off the trailer and come back! That impressed the heck out of me. I feel they went well out of their way to get by problem taken care of. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job! I was also expecting a much higher bill! Less than a $100 for a plumber! Wow, they have my business from now on...

We had several drains that were moving slowly, even after dumping down Drano, etc. Sam arrived on time and immediately surveyed the situation. He snaked out a sink drain and a shower drain, the main problem drains. The toilets we were conceded about are over 30 years old and evidently have built-up chemical deposits inside the toilet which are causing the problem. Sam cleaned the bowl drain holes under the rim (no charge), but evidently the deposits are where they cannot be reached. The price was fair, to say the least. If I had done this myself, it probably would have taken me half a day. Plus, I would have had to purchase tools. Sam was extremely professional, efficient, friendly and courteous. The drains work great! Very pleased with every aspect of this company's service. I recommend them highly.
