Sam arrived a few minutes early, carefully listened to my description of the problem, and went to work right away. When he discovered he would be unable to fully clear my drain due to the extent of the problem and unusually difficult layout of the drain, he recommended another provider that could offer a second opinion and do further work. Despite having invested significant time and effort, Sam refused payment because he was unable to complete the job to his satisfaction. He was the ultimate professional throughout the entire visit, and I give him my strongest recommendation.

Called earlier in the week to schedule the work. They called back promptly to schedule a time and showed up right on time for the appointment. I was most concerned about the drain on the East side of my house. It always bubbled up during hard rains after I had a new gutter and downspout installed a few months ago. Sam used the camera to determine if there was any blockage, but there was really very little in that line. It appears the downspout is just sending too much water down that line based on the way the gutters were put in. However Sam also checked the line for the West side of the house. I've noticed the grass on that side of the house is always a little more wet than other areas, but really didn't think anything of it. Much to my surprise, that line was completely clogged with tree roots and 9 golf balls! Apparently when my family and neighbors have been chipping golf balls in that side yard, they have hit some up into the gutter. After the next rain, it was amazing to see how much water was draining into the street.

Excellent. Sam was more then willing to give an impromptu class on sewers 101. Snaked the main line, pulled out a ton of roots, even broke a blade. After which he ran it again to look for more. Spent extra time doping up a stubborn test cap to make sure it didn't leak. Left the place cleaner than it was before he got there. Best of all, no push for additional services. Will definitely use them again for any future issues, including maintenance.

Drain Busters were extremely quick to fit us into their busy schedule! They came out exactly when they said they would, were on time and very professional. Our drains had been very slow. We were new homeowners and had no idea what to do! The quickly diagnosed our problem and took care of it immediately. Everything is draining perfectly now and we were extremely pleased with the service and the price!

Initially I called a drain pipe contractor. At the time he was dealing with a heavy backlog of work. But he recommended that I call Drain Busters because he thought they might be able to do a quick relatively inexpensive diagnosis of the problem. So that is what I did. Drain Busters sent their technician, Ian, out within a couple of hours. He was able to check nearly the entire network with his camera. He determined that there was no blockage of the drain lines, but the route from the backed-up drain (which carries most of the water) is by far the longest and least streamlined from a flow standpoint. That is very useful information. It tells me I need to reroute the backed-up line and probably increase its diameter.

The technician arrive right at the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and had the pipe cleaned out in about 45 minutes. He used a video to look into the pipes and showed me exactly what was causing the backup.

They said they would be there at a specific time--only a couple of hours from my call. They called to say they were on the way, and arrived at the earliest time of their estimate. The used a camera to find the clog and then cleaned it all out. The work took less than an hour, and they even gave suggestions of things to do to prevent a recurrence. Very happy with the work.

Good. Found a 21 ft blockage in the pipe that drains a large section of the home. Blocked by tree roots and plastic pipe was collapsing. This is what I needed to know.

We called Jason on the morning of 6/19 and were especially concerned with the amount of rain we had gotten recently. He happened to be nearby and basically diagnosed the problem, but needed to come back with a camera to pinpoint where the blockage in the drain pipe was. So, he returned on 6/23 morning and solved the problem. According to my husband he fixed the problem very quickly and was really easy to work with and schedule a follow up appointment. We were very impressed with Jason and would certainly recommend him again!!

This work was done at my ninety-one year old mother's house. Mr. Sayer was on time and cleaned up everything. He was also proficient, polite, and pleasant to be around. We will certainly call him in the future if we need some help and recommend him to our family members and friends. His charge was so reasonable for the work he did and she is grateful for his assistance.

The service person, Sam, happened to be nearby and came right away after we spoke on the phone. He did a quick and efficient job and was very pleasant. The service was effective and we now have proper drainage of storm water again.

We're finishing our basement soon, and with a previous root problem in the main line, I wanted to be pro-active in preventing (or delaying) more problems before the carpet goes in. While everything is currently draining fine, the video inspection showed another root invasion that would have probably caused an issue at some point in the near future. Sam was here the day I called and took care of it. Now I have some peace of mind that I've at least delayed any further issues, but also that the rest of the line is in good shape per the video inspection. I'm to the point where I don't even call anyone else for this kind of thing, just Drain Busters.

Great experience! Very helpful, knocked out the job and provided sound advise on a couple other plumbing areas going so far as to recommend someone else to take on another job. Definitely pleased and will use again.

They were wonderful. They came out within 24 hours and they fixed the line. It only took less than an hour I think. They were done really quickly. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again. I have recommended them several times to people locally. I will give them "A's" down the line.

I discovered that one of my lines carrying water from the downspouts to the street was plugged. I selected Drain Busters from Angie's List. I am elated. Sam used a camera to locate the blockage - approximately five feet of line was blocked by tree roots from an old crabapple that had been removed. He hand dug the and replaced the line. He tamped the soil down and saved the sod. One can barely tell he did anything. Sam is an excellent worker and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is a very good company. Sam is very nice, polite and professional, and my contact with the office was also excellent. He explained everything I was curious to know about as he did it. He was also very careful to keep my house clean. The company he recommended to fix the broken pipe was also very good. The excavation company mentioned to me that the diagnosis Sam had given was on target--in the correct spot and the correct depth--which he does not always experience with other companies. This made the repair very efficient. We intend to ask them to come back for periodic cleanings to avoid future problems. I hope we do not have this kind of problem again, but if we do I will certainly call Drain Busters, and recommend them to others in need of drain service.

Wow! What a relief. We've been remodeling, and dealing with lots of different services. You never know what you'll get, and if the service people will be nice to work with. Our kitchen sink was clogged far beyond the trap. We would fill the sink with water, let it all go down with the garbage disposal, only to have all of the junk come right back up - almost spraying back up from the drain. What a gross mess. We called Drainbusters on Monday night, and they told us they would be there Tuesday morning. They came right when they said they would, and gave me a call 10 minutes prior to showing up. Easy. The two guys walked in, took a look around, ran a snake down the drain, and have everything fixed in less than an hour. No problem, no fuss. They just got in, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. I wrote them a check, and they were on their way. They were fast, nice, and polite. Definitely know who I'm gonna call.... Drain Busters!

The kitchen drain was cleaned quickly. We have had recurring problems with the basement drain and he used a camera to show me what was causing the problems. Very honest and informative, so now I know how to prevent and easily correct drainage problems in the future.
