Don's Garage Doors

Was just looking for estimate for garage door and did not have time to get garage opener installed that day of estimate but felt pressured into getting work done. It was stressful. I was almost late to work and was just not happy. When he showed me options I thought I was just picking which one I wanted estimate on not agreeing to get it installed.

Very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner.

Paul was great. He came out to service our door. My first words were â Iâ m not replacing the doorâ . After looking at the damage and being honest with the compatibility of parts with our door we quoted a new door and I ended up replacing it. He was easy to work with and pushed to get it done in one day even though it was the end of the day. Elijah showed up on basically no notice and had the old one out and the new one installed in under two hours. First class service. Great job by everyone !

Prompt and performed great work

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.

A $300.95 project turned out to be almost $1,400.00. Talked to a woman on the phone and she was more interested in if this were an insurance claim or if I were going to pay for it. There were all sorts of *extra* charges on the bill. I had to get another company to come in and fix the problem they were supposed to fix. I surely will not be hiring them again!

Had a broken spring. Tech was professional, answered all my questions and finished the job in about an hour or so. Straightforward with price and warranty info.

Our technician was Alec and he was so informative and really knew what he was doing. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were all set and satisfied. He came the same day that we called which was a big help since our car was stuck inside the garage. We were very pleased.

A1 was very professional and charged a fair price to repair our garage door. I felt the repairman was quick and presented us with all of our options before moving forward.

the technician came in a timely fashion, and notified he was on his way. He quickly discerned the problem and resolved it. The cost was a little steep, but the peace of mind is well worth it. We will call them again if the need arises.

We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm.

The door came in the wrong size at the first install, so had to wait a bit longer to get the correct size in, but it all turned out great and they threw in and outside keypad for the trouble. Love my new garage door...
