Description of Work: Bill met with me to do a bathroom remodel design and provide an estimate. Bill was very professional and designed a good plan with complete drawings. Ultimately we chose another contractor whose costs were considerably lower.

Description of Work: CUSTOM HOME WORKS of 6777 Ulry Road, Westerville, Ohio 43081 last week completed a porch/family room addition to our home at 2326 Brandon Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221. We enjoyed a most cordial relationship with the contractor who met all of our requests with great attention to detail and with high quality workmanship. The work was completed to our fullest satisfaction, and we would not hesitate to call on this contractor again for our home improvement needs. + -1 moreMR. MAIBACH GAVE ME A DATE AND A TIME THAT THEY WOULD COME TO WORK ON MY HOUSE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE MODEL OF OUR STORM DOOR WAS A NEW DESIGN. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME IN GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THEY USED THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND DID THE JOB CORRECT, ALL WHILE TRYING TO INTERPRET THE DIRECTIONS THAT WERE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH, SPANISH, AND FRENCH, BY A NON WRITER OR CARPENTER. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, WHILE KEEPING A GOOD ATTITUDE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR DOOR AND A (SCREEN) STORM DOOR. THEY ALSO DID SOME TRIM WORK AROUND THE UPPER OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

HE PROVIDED SOME REALLY CREATIVE AND APPEALING SOLUTIONS TO OUR NEEDS DURING THE UPDATING AND RENOVATION OF OUR 104-YEAR-OLD HOME. HE WAS LIKEABLE AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL YET FLEXIBLE. HE DEDICATED HIMSELF TO PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY WORK IN OUR HOME. WE CONSULTED WITH HIM ON SEVERAL PROJECTS AND PLANS TO USE HIM IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF HIS CONSCIENTIOUSNESS OF OUR BUDGET CONSTRAINTS AND NEEDS. Description of Work: THE COMPANY SPLIT TWO UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS INTO A MASTER BATHROOM AND A SECOND FLOOR LAUNDRY. THEY RE DID THE SECOND BATHROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THEY HELPED DESIGN AND TROUBLESHOOT PLANS. THEY REMOVED A LOAD BEARING WALL AND REBUILT THE INTERIOR WALLS FOR THE NEW ROOMS. THEY DID SOME PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND VENTING FOR THE LAUNDRY. THEY HAD A GREAT SOLUTION TO COMBINE THE LAUNDRY AND BATH PLUMBING. THEY ALSO DISCOVERED ISSUES WITH THE BATHROOM PLUMBING THAT REQUIRED UPGRADING. THEY RELOCATED THE BATHROOM WINDOW. THEY INSTALLED A NEW DTS SHOWER SYSTEM, TOILET, VANITY AND SINK. THEY REBUILT THE EXTENSION WALL FOR FUTURE CLOSET ADDITION. THEY DID EXTENSIVE AND EXCELLENT PLUMBING WORK IN THE BATHROOM FLOOR. THEY HAD CREATIVE & INSIGHTFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR SAVING TIME AND MONEY IN THE LIGHT OF FUTURE REMODELING PLANS. THEY TALKED WITH OUR INSURANCE CLAIMS ADJUSTER TO RECOMMEND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THUS INCREASED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAD ORIGINALLY OFFERED. THIS COMPANY DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND THEY CLEAN UP THE JOB SITE WHEN THEY FINISH.
