Curt’s Brick & Stone LLC

They installed a nice brick paver patio for me and both Jake and Curt were incredibly responsive and professional. It has been about 9 months now and there is a small spot in the patio that has depressed (not much) due to the harsh winter weather and I called them up and they said they would move things around and fix it without any issues. I am thinking about enclosing the area with paver pillars and then adding a fence and I will certainly have them do it. I got multiple quotes and they were the best by far.

Great company to work with. From the design consultation and estimate to the finished product everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to design and construct exactly what the wife and I wanted. Their prices are great and quality of the materials and craftsmanship is superb. They completed the work within a very short time and with minimal disruption to the surrounding yard. They removed a12x18 concrete patio and replaced it with a 14x26 paver patio and 10x16 pergola with electric. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Curt's is in a word AMAZING! Show me another company that will build you a two tier paver patio including paver steps, sitting wall, towers, grill area, fire pit, and lighting for the price we paid and I will eat crow. Show me a company that does all of that but is professional, courteous, punctual, and down right genuine and I will eat this review. This was easily the best experience we have ever had in landscaping or just plain home improvement in 10 years, at three homes, and in two states. I just hope you check these guys out if you need patio work, because if you don't you will likely not have such a great overall experience.

Our experience with working with this company and Jake was amazing! They came out right away to measure and give us ideas and a Quote. There were lots of different pavers to choose from and Jake helped by drawing out some plans for us to choose from. They started work just 2 days later and after laying the base down and getting to see the size of the patio, I called Jake to let him know that we would like it to be a little larger. Jake was back out at our house first thing the next morning to help us figure things out. He communicated right away with his workers so when they came out later that mofning to start working, they knew what was going on. The patio turned out amazing. We are so happy with the results and plan on using them again next spring to build a pergola over the patio.

We had a 400 square foot paver patio with steps installed and the whole experience with the company was great. Communication was awesome throughout the project. They provided us with options and helped keep the costs down, which was one of our focuses. We wanted a simple outdoor living space, and we ended up with a very nice looking, well built paver patio. Scheduling went well and they arrived on time for the appointment. They had the lowest quote. They were able to get the job done in a day in a half and they had between 4-6 people here. They cleaned up well after themselves. The patio looks fabulous.

This was a positive experience from beginning to end. We finalized all the details just before winter started this year. Curt or Jake was in contact with me almost weekly to assure me that I was on their schedule as soon as the weather permitted. We set up contingent appointments a couple times based on the weather and when the weather did not cooperate they were on the phone with me immediately. One reason that I chose Curt?s Brick & Stone, LLC was that I found 3 neighbors who had used them. 2 were ecstatic and one was very happy. Another reason I chose Curt?s Brick & Stone, LLC is that they did what they said they were going to do. Without exception every other company I contacted (6 in total) failed in this key component of the evaluation. They promised to do X by Y and didn't do it. This was in the sales cycle during which promises are everything. Curt?s Brick & Stone, LLC earned my business partially on price, mostly on reputation, and definitely based on reliability. In trying to find something that did go wrong or that could have been done a little better, I came up empty.

BEAUTIFUL and the envy of all of my neighbors. In fact, one neighbor hired them when they saw mine completed. High quality, completed very quickly! Great experience. I would however suggest they return later to check on re-seeding the grass that was damaged (normal to expect that, with the heavy equip); but the seed they laid never took and I had to sod/seed it all. Other than that..FANTASTIC!|

Excellent detail in paver cuts and implementing recommended design suggestions Jake was very good to work with.

A great experience ! Jake was so helpful in sketching out a design for a new sidewalk, the guys pulled out the existing sidewalk and installed paver stones changing the layout of the sidewalk from the standard 'L' shape to a much more interesting layout, very in keeping with the size and 'cottage-y' feel I'm trying to achieve with the house. They also removed a hedge, opening up the yard and as a result of the new layout my front garden is now a little larger. I want to replace my driveway with paver stones as well so I will be contacting them next summer for that project. They were able to have everything done and cleaned up in just one day !

Jake was very easy to work with. We changed our mind about size and what we wanted as well as when we wanted them to do the work. He was flexible and informative. His team did a great job! They worked quickly and were very polite. I couldn't be happier with the work. We were so impressed we shared their information with our neighbors and they are having a paver patio installed this week.

He was very responsive. He called to let us know which day he would come out. It looks better than when it was new.

Great experience. Jake came out and met with us twice on the design and quote and placed us on their schedule. A week later he called and asked if they could start early. We agreed. The install crew started demolition on our old deck as scheduled (on a Monday) and worked full days to get the job done. By Friday we had a new patio that looked great! We almost can't believe how Curt's Brick & Stone made the process SO simple and worry-free! Looking forward to enjoying our new space for years to come!

We had our concrete patio removed and replaced with a larger paver patio. The knowledge of the staff in design and execution exceeded my expectations. We also had our asphalt driveway removed and replaced with a beautiful concrete one. Would definitely and have reccommended to others. Work was done on time and they were very conscientous and very professional.

Their price was comparable to other companies and they seemed to be a fine company. The guy that came out and gave us the quote was a really nice guy. The design they came up with was nice. They came out when they said they would and everything came back in a timely manner. After they looked at the site and they got back to us in a real short time. They were professional.

The salesman, Jake was great to work with. Jake did the design and complete cost estimate on the spot during initial meeting instead of waiting several weeks for a proposal like other companies. We called Jake back to ask for several changes - 30 minutes and done! They gave us an estimate of 7 weeks to begin and started exactly on time. The work crew did an excellent job and we are vary pleased with out paver. They even helped remove our hot tub which we had sold.

I contacted three companies off of Angie's list to get estimates for the project at the home we just purchased after relocating. Jake called me back quickly (on a Sunday if I recall) and we scheduled a day and time for an estimate. Jake came out, looked at our project and spent time asking me questions about what we wanted. He took the time to explain the different options available as well as his recommendations for the project. I took many of Jake's recommendations as he seemed to have a firm grasp of what I wanted (with my wife in mind, who wasn't there....). After the installation was complete, WOW! His recommendation for size, "corner" recommendations, and color were DEAD ON! The patio is perfect! I highly recommend Curt's and Jake was great; the communication was top notch!!!

We chose Curt's as they were already on Angies list and already had high marks. All reviews were right on the money. They were prompt, professional, and personable. They finished the work ahead of time, and offered suggestions and options from start to finish so that we got exactly what we wanted and needed. The brick work is top notch, and the house is that much more beautiful because of it. They paid a lot of attention to detail, grade and angle of the pavers so the drainage works properly, and didn't just work on the surface details. They ripped up all the exisiting pavers and started from scratch. They even left extra materials and talked us through things to watch for in the future. We would hire them again without hesitation. A+ performance. Columbus is lucky to have them!

It was a great experience overall. We started talking to Jake in April to go over a design and cost. We had to wait a little over two months to get the patio started. Once they started, they were efficient and professional. We were rookies and they they took the time to answer and address all of our questions. Once they finished, we realized the patio wasn't as big as we thought it was going to be. My husband called Jake immediately, and Jake returned his call at 9:00 that night to go over our options. We ended up adding on to the original patio and it blends perfectly and looks awesome. They were very willing to work with us and wanted us to be happy with the finished product. We have received many compliments on our patio and will recommend Curt and his crew to friends and family.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first meeting Curt provided us with great ideas and items to think about for the design with our home and in our budget. When the time came to install the patio the crew was professional and punctual including Curt working until late one night himself to insure they were on time and completed correctly. Our neighbors are as impressed as we are!

Their price was reasonable. They did very well. I just felt that they got the job done in a timely manner. The job turned out very nicely and I liked it. It’s been a year now and we have not had any issues. The men that came to do the work were very friendly and worked well. They got the job done.

We have lived in our home 20 years, and our paver driveway is on a pitch downward to the street. Over that time, it sand considerably near the garage making it impossible to get the cars out without "bottoming out." Others wanted to redo the entire driveway. Jake was able to redo only a portion near the garages and it looks great. Economical and professional.

Our experience with Curt's could not have been better. I called them and spoke with someone immediately. We set up a time to meet at my home (I believe the guy who met with us was named Jake) where the patio would be installed. We discussed different options based on style, price, etc. Jake was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful ideas and guidance, then he drafted a plan on the spot, including a final price, which included all materials, labor, and cleanup. We agreed on a date about 2-3 weeks later for the work to be done. They arrived promptly and finished the entire patio in just 2 days. We were amazed how fast it got done and it exceeded our expectations without a doubt. I recommended Curt's to several of our neighbors who commented on how great our new patio looks.

Jake was very professional and helpful from the free estimate through to the completion of the patio. He did not push any additional products on us but had plenty of suggestions on paver colors and patterns that would fit with our home color. We had a sketch of what we wanted the patio to look like, and he was very knowledgeable on how to make that work when drawn to scale. He even checked in while the installers were working to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. The installers started on Tuesday and were finished on Thursday morning! Elias and Caleb communicated with us from time to time on the progress. They cleaned up all the materials and tools each night leaving little to no damage to our yard. They were skillful in their trade and craftsmanship in designing the pattern of the pavers, and they incorporated the planter/herb garden into the overall design seamlessly. They worked quickly and professionally and even interacted with our neighbors regarding their work. They were respectful and courteous and managed to cause very little disturbance on our street despite using heavy machinery to move the blocks/bricks and topsoil/gravel from the street when it was delivered to transporting it into the backyard. After completion of our patio Elias and Caleb repaired our neighbor's steps that were installed incorrectly by another company. Another neighbor, who had already received an estimate from Jake, took one look at our patio and called Jake to schedule installation on theirs. We have another phase we would like to do with our patio that includes extending it and adding a pergola and we would not think of using another company. We could not be more pleased with the work that Curt's Complete Landscaping has done for us!
