Great company, they quickly provided a quote and put me in the schedule to have gravel dropped and spread in my driveway. Since I was not home when they provided the service they called me the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the job and then made arrangements for payment.

They did an outstanding job and the patio/steps look awesome. These guys were professional from the meeting to get an estimate all the way through to the end. It took some time to get them scheduled as they are extremely busy, now I know why - they do awesome, professional work. When I came home I could not believe it was the same patio, they were were good about surrounding plants and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would no hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I was happy with Curt's from the very first communication I made with the company until the job was finished. Talk about all around great service and responsiveness! I contacted Jake in May to get a quote on a new paver patio. Jake immediately responded and came to my home at a time that was convenient for me to talk through what I was looking for and to take some measurements. At our first meeting, Jake gave me several options with pricing for each option on the spot. This was different from my experience with other vendors who could take up to 2 weeks to return a quote. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. A few days later I contacted Jake and asked if we could meet again, this time with my wife included so we could discuss our final decision. He again came at a time that was convenient for both of us and explained everything very well. We decided on the final design and signed the paperwork, agreeing to have the work start around the second week in July as my wife was expecting and we wanted to have the work done before the baby came. The month of June was rainy and I knew it would set the team back. Jake communicated with me early on and told me that they were behind schedule and he would update me. I was very surprised when Jake called and arranged for the material drop off for the second week in July, keeping with our original plan as the company we sensitive to our situation. This was such wonderful customer service! When the work started, the crew was very professional, they took care not to wheel materials through my neighbor's yard and for the ground being so soft, caused minimal damage to my yard. Any damage that was caused was seeded and they were also able to use leftover sod from the bedded area. The foreman communicated with us along the way and let us know that if at any time we had questions, we could ask. Although it poured down rain the entire time, the work was complete in under 3 full days. Payment was easy and they explained everything to us in terms of the care of our patio. My neighbors have complimented the work since it's been done and I've told many others about how happy I was with the entire process. I would recommend Curt's to anyone looking to do a patio project and would use them again in the future. Great work!

Things went Great! Jake and the team were great! Jake worked with us to figure out exactly what we wanted and never pushed us outside our budget. The finished result is spectacular!! The team was prompt and professional when here, and took extra care of our yard and cleaning up. We plan to hire them for our next project. I really can't say enough positive things about them.

Extremely responsive from start to finish, Jake helped us with the design and was patient with us as we sent him numerous emails with new ideas. Project was completed in 3 days and they were sensitive not to make a mess of our sod. It rained continuously after the patio was installed so we lost a little sand and they came back out immediately to refill areas of concern. We received 3 other quotes and Curts was by far the best value.

Perfect! Absolutely smooth transaction. Jake provided excellent customer service and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The guys installing did a phenomenal job. I really couldn't be happier!

Curt's did a great job. Installed patio and fireplace in one week. Had one minor warranty issue with fireplace and they fixed it the next day. We love the patio and fireplace and would highly recommend them.

We want to thank Jake and Caleb of Curt's brick and stone for the excellent job they have done on our patio. PLANNING: We wanted a stamped concrete patio and after looking at reviews on Angies list, had 6 companies come out for estimates. Jake was the only person that brought pictures of previous work with him. He also was the only company that sat down immediately and drew out what we envisioned on paper to scale. This gave us the ability to see what we had in mind actually drawn in proper place to the back of the house. We were very impressed with his ability to do this, and not just nod his head and agree with what we had in mind. Then we were able to work with him in moving some details around that would make for a smarter use of the space. His pricing was the middle of the road in comparison to the other companies, but his thoroughness made his company an easy choice. He promptly returned all phone calls and communicated fully, keeping us aware of when the work was to be completed, with all the rain this spring. CONSTRUCTION: Caleb was an excellent worker when it came to installing the patio. He came out the day before the work was to be done, to lay out the plan. While doing that, with the slope of our yard, the one corner of the patio was going to be 3 feet off the ground. He made sure we were aware of that height. When we said we did not realize it was that steep of a drop off, he came up with a plan to move the stairs to the corner, making a retaining wall with the stairs. This cost us a few more dollars, but made the work more secure and added a more complete look and better usage of the stairs. We are so thankful that he had the foresight and knowledge to change the plan to make the patio what it is today. The guys that worked did an excellent job. They worked HARD, all day (wheel barrowing concrete in 80 degree heat) only taking a lunch, which they brought with them. Having had other work done on our house, we appreciate hard work and not taking breaks that prolong the job. The guys were all very respectful when speaking and even put their shirts on when a lady was in the backyard, we were very impressed by that. The work was again, excellent. It took 4 days to complete from laying out the yard to sealing the concrete. Caleb communicated multiple times throughout the day, while the work was being done. They made sure we were happy about all steps of the job and of course the finished result. When the patio was completed we realized there was a miscommunication about the top of the pillar, on the contract. After discussing it all with Jake, he had Caleb come out and put on the top that we wanted, with no added cost to us. Again, we are very satisfied with every aspect of Curts Brick and Stone, and am very happy that we chose them to complete our patio!

Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were a great group of hardworking guys! Our patio looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We had around a 600 sq foot patio installed with a water feature and they completed it within a week. I've already recommend to several friends.

A friend had recommended Curt's to me, I called and had left a message which was responded to within a few hours. I was given the phone and email address of their repairman Caleb. I called Caleb to discuss the steps I was having issues with and then was able to email him photos to get a approximate estimate for the repair cost. After that we arranged a day and he showed up on time and was able to quickly repair the steps and drill drainage holes. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and friendly I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again myself if I need to.

Wonderful! Everyone involved from the design meetings with Jake, the vendors that delivered supplies and the guys that did the work, everyone was professional, on time and just a nice bunch of guys. I tell everyone about Curt's Brick and Stone.

Curt was very quick to get me back estimates on drawings I had sent him based on what I wanted. I decided to go with Curts because they had by far the best price estimate for pavers as well as great reviews here on Angies List. Jake was great in aiding with the design and helping us choose colors and patterns for the patio. His recommendations were greatly appreciated since we weren't 100% on what we wanted. The work overall took 5 days but the guys were battling rain and snow so I was surprised they finished as quick as they did. The service manager Caleb did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop of what was going on and met with us once completed to follow up. Once finished the patio looked great and my wife and I are very happy we went with Curt's Brick and Stone.

Everything went well, we are very pleased with the final result. We had a good idea what we wanted, so it was easy to get the quote and sketch. As soon as the weather started warming up, a crew was out and finished everything in only 4 days.

It was amazing. There was a delay in getting started (circumstances beyond anyone's control) and the weather was uncooperative so the amount of time to finish the project was seriously condensed. They pulled together and were able to get the entire driveway (~700 sq. feet) done in a a little over one day. They returned the morning after to lay soil and grass seed where either side of the driveway had been tilled but they were done before 10am. The stones are a perfect match to the sidewalk that Curt's put in for me last year and the entire outside looks so much more uniform. This goes a long way in terms of curb appeal. I am so grateful to have found these guys on Angie's List. I am continually impressed and will use these guys in the future for any other hardscaping projects.

Their price was good. We got two quotes and their was very nice. They are very reasonable. We?ve run into a bit of a snag with their suppliers. And they?ve got it all torn up but then the pavers did not show up on time, so we?ve got a big open dirt pile here in front of our house. It?s not their fault. They?ve been very responsive and kept us well informed in the situation. They also did not require us to pay any money down at the start of this job. We find them to be very responsive and to get on any issues we?ve had.

Curt and his crew did a good job. The work had to be postponed several times due to unfavorable weather. But, Curt kept in constant communication with us to get the work scheduled. Curt also recommended using polymeric sand between the pavers instead of the pea gravel we had previously. This was a definite improvement to the look and functionality of the patio.

Long story short, Jake came out, listened to what we wanted to do and then used his expertise to design a patio and fire pit that was beautiful and within our budget. We got several other quotes that were ridiculously higher than Curt's. The crew was great and did an amazing job. The bottom line is if you're looking to do anything with brick or stone, you need to give Curt's Brick & Stone a phone call. Just remember, you need to be patient. Clearly, with the quality of work they did and the prices they charge, this is a very, VERY busy company. Don't expect the work to get done in a week. We had to wait about seven weeks from the time we said yes until the work got done. However, it was well worth the wait. Keep in mind, it was probably my mistake to decide to get a patio in the middle of the summer! Obviously, this is the busy season for fire pits and patios. But again, based on all the companies I met with, Curt's is the least expensive. But wow, this patio is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Work was done professionally and quickly. This was our second job with them. I had photoshopped what I was looking for; the complete job was spot-on. They even completed a small side project: a concrete patch next to the front steps that we could put our one-year old daughter's hand prints in. Well done. Would definitely use them again!

Curts Brick and Stone is the very first service that we used from Angies List. Very pleased with the professionalism that was shown with the company. Very hard workers and made everything look great. We originally decided to do a stone patio with a fire pit off to the side. I called them the week before to get an estimate for a sidewalk along the side of the house. Priced very reasonable so we decided to move forward with it. We approx did 1000 sqft. The stairs up to the rear patio door are amazing! The crew had free rein on design...and we couldn't be any happier with the end result. Very gorgeous patio, looking forward to having them out next year to add more on to it!

Both the design and installation groups were wonderful to work with. They were very prompt to provide a quote and responded quickly to questions (even after the installation was complete). We've gotten so many compliments on our new patio and are so happy with it!

I have used this contractor in the past to complete two patios. I was looking forward to working with them again at our new home. I reached out to them and Jake told me he was about to enter into an appointment and asked I call back and leave a message. A week went by and Jake finally called me back. I explained that I would like to set up time to get an estimate on a concrete driveway. We set the appointment for four days later based on his availability. On the day of the appointment I received a call from Jake 40 minutes before the appointment and he stated that he needed to cancel due to several projects needing to be completed but he would go by the house and work up an estimate. A week and half went by and no call. I reached out and left a message for Jake to call me. It has been three weeks and I still have not received a call. I am disappointed with this since the previous two times I had a great experience with them.

Removed old 2 layer deck, hauled away, and cleaned area. Installed paver patio, stone walls, and paver sidewalk. We had other estimates but Curt's knowledge, confidence, and professionalism won us over. We were willing to pay a little more over some of the other estimates due to the company's excellent reputation. We were not disappointed! The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They worked during very hot, humid days and did a beautiful job. We and our neighbors love our new patio. We will be calling Curt's Brick & Stone again when we are ready for a new driveway!

Curt was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did't over promise and didn't disappoint my expectations. His people were pleasant and polite. I really appreciated not having to take vacation time to be home while they worked. He has made it worth joining Angie's List. Pricing was reasonable

We worked with Jake Livingston and he was great. He was very responsive and patient with the changes we wanted to make. He talked to us about all of our options based on our needs and wants. The crew was fabulous and worked on some very cold days. Jake kept us informed about the process. We absolutely love our new patio and can't wait to spend many summer days using it.
