Everything went very well. He called 20 minutes before he came. He showed up on time. He explained what he was going to do and then did it in a very efficient manner

John called 1/2 hour before arrival, as requested. He arrived on time, and did a great job!

I called and was able to make an appointment soon. I had to reschedule a few days before due to a conflict (the person on the telephone was not too happy about that...), but they we re able to come a few hours later on the origianlly scheduled day. After his arrival, we went over all the areas to find spots, and he described the work that would be done. He worked efficiently, the carpet was dry after a few hours, and it now looks great.

The scheduler was very polite when I called -- they were actually able to fit me in the day I called. The owner was very professional, pleasant and polite. I appreciate his desire to make sure that the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. Excellent experience!

Arrived on time, pretreated areas, cleaned all surfaces carefully, and worked his way out the door. Tile floors look like new. Carpeted areas look great.

John arrived on time to clean 2 bedrooms, stair steps, and finished basement. Used water from his van due to the time of the year. We did a walk-through of the areas to be cleaned, noting any trouble spots that needed additional attention. He put the furniture up on blocks to protect them. The floors were dry enough to walk on by evening. It seemed that the stairs to the basement weren't cleaned as well as the rest of the floors, as we could still see dirt along the wall and banister edges. He also took several cell phone calls during the job.

Very well, the tile and carpets look great, very professional and punctual.

John arrived on time, talked with me about areas of concern, and then got to work. The entire carpet, including all the areas, of concern had been cleaned beautifully; the best it has looked in a long while. I scheduled another cleaning for March '09.

They showed up on time. They were very professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks great. They did a good job. It was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

The owner came and cleaned everything himself. I thought that he was very professional. I like how he told me to pay special care and attention to the high powered hoses, because I have children and pets. He was also very fast and efficient. I was very pleased with how the carpets came out.

Overall, the job went very well. We had friends coming to visit on short notice and had delayed getting our carpets, etc., cleaned and Columbus Pro Dry was able to squeeze us in their schedule. We were very pleased with Jon's work. We prefer to use independent contractors because they count on repeat business and referrals and from our experience put forth more effort in pleasing the customer and do a better job. Jon was very professional, friendly, did an excellent job on my carpets and furniture and I would definitely use him again and will refer him out to others.

Jon was very professional and the job was done in a timely manner. The carpets dried quickly, looked great, and I was impressed the care and precision Jon gave to our carpets. I would recommend them to everyone. Good service is often difficult to find.

Jon called ahead of time and came within the time frame given. The carpets look great! Jon was even able to get out some bad stains in 2 bedrooms. It was easy to schedule, and since Jon owns the company and does all the work, he makes sure it is done right.

The appointment was easy to make and they called me ahead so I could be at the house to meet them. Did a very nice job. I originally saw their ad in an advertising magazine and then checked the list. They cleaned a bedroom, landing and staircase for me earlier this year. That was a good experience so I used them again.

I was so happy to find Jon. I dread getting carpet cleaned, but Jon made it easy. He did a walk through, and we identified spots in the carpet that deserved extra attention. He moved and replaced furniture, placing small plastic squares under the legs so wood wouldn't stain my freshly cleaned carpet. He was careful to note where chairs, etc. were originally placed so they could be returned to the appropriate spot. Our carpets were quite dirty, and now they look wonderful. In addition, Jon is a person I felt comfortable having in my home. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience with Columbus Pro-Dry. From the estimate over the phone to the actual carpet cleaning they were very friendly, honest and professional. They did a great job on the carpet and go out some spots that had been there a while that other companies were not able to get out. I will definitely be using them again.

He was on time and on schedule. It's a one man operation. He was nice, courteous, and very professional. He's good at what he does. He was good at putting everything back in it's place.
