Columbus Pro-Dry

I have always had a great result with Columbus Pro-Dry. It seems to take less time for my carpets to dry when I use them, and the carpet is always very clean. They come when they say they're going to, and they do a great job for a fair price. I will use them again.

He was the owner of the company, and he did a really complete job, as asked for. Carpet came out as he said it would,

It went very well. I have a four bedroom house. They did all of the areas and my basement stairs. I got a $10 discount for being an Angie's List member. I told them that I needed them to be dry so no one would slip and fall. He just left, and everything looks great.

Excellent. I had an urgent need in order to accomodate an Open House in my home. They were able to schedule me on the same day that I called and completed the work before I got home. Recommend highly. Some carpets had stubborn stains which had been cleaned before (by others in the past) but not eliminated. Pro-Dry was able to make these 10-yr old carpets look better than ever.

Very happy with the results. The two ceramic tile areas came out very nicely as well as the carpeted areas. Spent less than what I was quoted by both Master Clean and Stanley Steamer. Never used Columbus Pro Dry before but glad I did.

Easy to make an appointment. Arrived on time, completed work quickly, used furniture protectors after carpet was cleaned. Very professional in appearance and interactions. Cleaning didn't get out some food bits that were stuck to the carpet but I haven't used a cleaner before so I don't know if this is a common problem. They offered to return to reclean any spots we noticed later but we havne't need to do this. I would call them again.

Went extermely well. Fit me in schedule and got heare the earliest starting time he could.

Everything went like clockwork, and my carpets look/feel/smell very clean as a result. It didn't take particularly long for the carpeting to dry, and that is always a good sign.

A neighbor had recommended Don (Columbus Pro Dry) saying she has been very pleased with his work and uses him regularly. My carpets take a lot of wear and tear with 4 young children and two large dogs, so Don had his work cut out for him. This was the second time he has come out to clean my carpets and both times I have been very satisfied with his work. He's very reasonably priced, does a great job, is prompt and works rather quickly plus he's very nice and personable.

I hadn't had the carpet cleaned in years, so it was very dirty. So was the upholstery. The results of the cleaning was fabulous, but what what impressed me more was the honesty. When the love seat was being cleaned, the technician/owner walled me. He had found a $20.00 bill lodged in the love seat. I had completely forgotten about it. It would have been very easy for him to take that money, because I wouldn't have known it was gone. But instead, he gave it back to me. Now I know that I can trust him completely.

They were excellent. They came out to get a spot out after they had already been out. They did a great job. I thought their prices were reasonable with what we had paid in the past to get our carpets cleaned. Their quality was excellent! I thought we were going to have to replace our carpets. They came out right away and were right on time. They owner came out and was very professional.

We really liked them. They were easy to schedule with and easy to work with. They were there the next day or the day after. The guy was really nice and he gave us some tips of what to do. He gave us a coupon if we use the service again. The price was competitive.

They were able to schedule my cleaning within a week of calling, and John showed up right on time to do the work. I had real doubts about how effective cleaning would be given the age and wear of the carpet, but John was very optimistic that he would be able to get alot out. He was very willing to explain how he was approaching the work and what exactly he was going to do. He also answered many questions I had about the carpet stains and wear and tear. He took about an hour and a half (total) to do both rooms and I was amazed at the results! Even the heavy traffic areas looked SO much better, and the stains just seemed to disappear. As we have two cats, a large dog and may be fostering more rescue dogs, I know I will be going back to Columbus Pro-Dry for more great service and results! AAA+++ Highly recommended.

I did not use them because their estimate was the highest of all the estimates I received. Sheryl knows that they are high priced because when I pushed back on the price, she immediately launched into this prepared justification/sales pitch about how they use the "mac daddy" of all trucks, that the owner is on-site, etc. Whatever! The pricing structure needs to be reviewed as I went with another company who did an outstanding job for far less than Pro-Dry.

I was extremely pleased with Columbus Pro Dry. Jon (the owner) did the job. He was very professional and obviously took pride in his work. My wife was considering replacing the carpets because of all the spots. Jon, however, was able to clean them so well, that she no longer feels the need to replace them. Furthermore, the cost of the job ended up even lower than the quote on the phone. I will definitely use Columbus Pro Dry again and would highly recommend to others.

Came at the end of the three-hour window he gave us for the work. Equipment was not overwhelming. Moved some furniture to get to spots, and left plastic protective sheets under chair and table legs. Removed the main spots which we were concerned about. (In the past, they have come back after awhile, so will have to wait and see what happens here.) Very nice man, and left the place looking very good.

If you need your carpet cleaned then this is the company to use. I scheduled the appointment approximately one week before I needed it done with no problem. The gentleman doing the cleaning takes his time to make sure he gets every square inch of the carpet clean. He does not hurry through the cleaning process like his only goal is to get as many cleaned in one day as he can (like other larger chains). He gave me instructions once he completed and told me if I had any problems just to call and let him know and he'd come back out to rectify the situation. I had no problem, but I believe he would have come if I called. If everyone provided service like this company then we wouldn't need this site. But they don't so here I type to tell you to use this company and you won't go elsewhere again for carpet cleaning. They are very competitively priced as well.

I was delighted to discover Columbus Pro Dry on Angie's List. The owner has an in-depth understanding of carpeting, the chemical make-up of various stains, and how best to keep one's carpeting looking great. He cleaned my carpeting very thoroughly, and it dried quite quickly.

John arrived on time and did a geat job. He is the owner of the company and does the work himself. He worked quickly and the carpets look fantastic. My family owns a carpet cleaning business in another state so I know more about the business than most customers...John met all my expectations and we will definitely hire him again.

Jon arrived right on schedule, explained his methods, talked with me about my dog-related problems, and did his work efficiently and thoroughly. Jon seems extremely knowledgeable about carpeting and the most effective methods for keeping it in tip-top condition.

We were so pleased, we scheduled full carpet cleaning for the following week.

From the time I called to get a price until the job was finished, I couldn't ask for more perfect service. They were very friendly, professional & the price couldn't be beat. I have used many carpet cleaning companies in the past & this one has been the best with cleaning stains. Just the overall experience was ideal.
