Columbus Pro-Dry

Carpet was cleaned in great room and master bedroom. There were several stains on great room carpet from previous residents. The stains were still visible after carpet dried about 5 hours later. John came back the following day and treated the stains again and recleaned area at no extra charge. The carpet looks great now and the stains are gone. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used! John takes pride in his work and is very professional.

They called when they were on their way. He showed up on time and did a great job. I asked him to make sure the carpet was as dry as possible before leaving, which he did. I have been using them for carpet cleaning once a year for several years and have always been happy with the work.

He arrived on time, professional as always, explained the procedure and went to work. He sprayed the floor in sections with a chemical and scrubbed in the dirty areas, then used a machine that was basically a power washer for floors and it was amazing to watch the tile and grout be transformed back to their original look.

Went very well. Estimate was given very quickly, including a good tip to leave room in front of the house so that hoses from van could reac into the house. The owner was very friendly, professional and courteous. Job well done.

As usual, the results were excellent. We have four dogs and we need our carpets cleaned on a regular basis. I make appointments with Jon at least once a year. He does a wonderful job and I would not use anyone else. In addition, it is a pleasure to work with the owner, who takes pride in his work.

Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service! I called Columbus Pro-Dry in a serious pinch. Our cat had surgery and urinated on the couch while still dopey on the post-surgery drugs. We had house guests coming that weekend (it was a Wednesday when I called) and were horrified that some of our guests might have to sleep on a stinky, gross couch (which was covered by a blanket to help curb the smell, which I'd attempted to get out myself, but wasn't completely gone). I first spoke with Sheryl, who was sympathetic to my situation and said she would tentatively try to squeeze me into the schedule on Friday morning, but it all depended on how long their first job that morning took. I was very appreciative of her effort to accommodate me and was even more impressed -- and grateful -- when she called me back that same afternoon and said her partner Jon ended up finishing a job sooner than expected and he could come over in 30-45 minutes to clean our sectional! Jon was courteous, professional, neat, very thorough in treating the 'trouble' areas and extremely detail-oriented in cleaning the entire couch. He warned me before starting the job that the watermark I'd created on the couch by trying to clean the stain myself might not come out, but it did and the entire area looks (and smells) clean again! Columbus Pro-Dry helped me avoid an embarrassing situation with our houseguests -- and their pricing was MUCH more reasonable than two other competiting upholstery cleaners I contacted for the same job. I will definitely use them again.

They spent forty five minutes on the job. I spent approximately $100 on their services. The experience with them was good. They were very professional and very nice. They were on time. I will use their services again in the future.

We have had them out before to clean the carpets and the most recent time they came out was because we had company over and the floors got dirty. We really like them and have used them for years. They are very professional and do quality work. We have recommended them to others as well. They have cleaned our couch as well.

Jon, the owner, showed up time, we're very professional and charged the price I was quoted. The last time we had our furniture cleaned by another company and it was wet for days. With Pro Dry everything was completely dry in just a couple of hours. Theydid a wonderful job of cleaning our furniture. He warned me of potential problems with the color before he started but that was not an issue. I would definately use them again and reccommend Pro Dry to friends.

I called they were very professional. They came and clean our furniture which was quite stained. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

With a chronic bed wetter in the house, we periodically have leaks on the mattress despite a protecive pad and vinyl liner. Some of the stains were 3 years old, but there was also a huge brown urine stain because the liner had been leaking for several nights before I realized it was leaking through the pad and liner. As this was an embarrassing situation, it was comforting to have a service provider be sympathetic and not condescending. Jon also give advice for me to treat the mattress smell when this happens again. The mattress now smells much better, and the stains are only noticable if you look for them (considering the age of some of the stains, that is really impressive). I am very pleased, and highly recommend Columbus Pro-Dry for mattress cleaning.

Everything went as well as possible. They showed up on time and John did a great job. I have some health issues that cause me to fall easily so I asked him to please make sure the carpet was extra dry and he did exactly that. He did an excellent job and they were just about dry when he left.

We are putting our house on the market soon, and because of the stains on the kids' bedroom carpets and in the basement, we thought we would be replacing a lot of carpet. However, I called Columbus Pro-Dry at the recommendation of a realtor, and also based on Angie's list reports. I was lucky to call when they had just gotten a cancellation, and got an appointment for the very next day! Jon was punctual, polite, professional, and very informative. He was able to work absolute miracles on the two rooms, and he thinks he can get all of the stains out of the basement carpet as well. I am scheduling him to come back in a couple of weeks to do the rest of the carpets, work on upholstery stains, and anything else he can accomplish. He is AMAZING!!! In this day and age, I also like very much to be able to use small companies who might be struggling to stay in business against the "big guys." I will never use another carpet company as long as we live here.

I'm selling my house and needed the carpet cleaned. I had another company come in and they didn't do a very good job. I found this company on Angie's and called for an estimate which I received at the time of my call. Estimate was for 138.73. I scheduled for the following Wednesday. He showed up on time, calling 1/2 hour before arriving. He pretreated the entire carpet and the cleaned them. He was in the bedroom longer than the other company was cleaning everything. The carpet was dry several hours later as apposed to 24 hours after the other company was here. He also took $20 off the estimate price as I had moved most of the furniture prior to his arrival. Carpet looks great.

John was very knowledgable about how to treat this spill and the unrelated pet stains. His work on the pet stains was so thorough, we did not have to replace the carpet in that area. He is polite and friendly, and a quick worker who focuses on the task at hand. I greatly appreciate both Sheryl and John's optimistic approach to my situation. Sheryl showed her vast carpet cleaning experience over the phone by letting me know that this situation was fixable (a different company told, over the phone, that the carpet was probably ruined). And John assured me that he felt one cleaning would take care of this, but would gladly return if any odors remained. Our carpets look fabulous and are odor-free. I thrilled to have a carpet cleaner I can call with full confidence.

Fantastic experience. Very punctual and friendly from start to finish. The upstairs carpet in master bedroom was started first and began drying immediately. Went above and beyond by cleaning some areas that weren't requested. Would definitely recommend.

I was having a wedding reception at my home on July 2. Based on reviews from Angies List, I called Pro Dry to clean my house carpet and furniture. I was able to schedule the work around my work schedule. The owner of the company came promptly and the work was wonderful. He was able to get stains out of our carpeting that had been there fore quite a while. He took care to protect our hardwood floors. Everything looked wonderful when he left and dried very quickly. He even cleaned things that I had failed to mention in my original call for service. He was unable to get the stains out of one set of bench pillows that had been stained for some time. He refused to charge me for them. My carpeting still looks great.

Wonderful! Jon was professional and courteous from start to finish. He was respectful of our home and did an amazing job on the carpets. They look brand new! We will be using his services from now on.

They were very knowledgeable and nice in carpet cleaning. I may not use anyone else other than them. They were timely and very careful with the job. The person who cleaned was very professional and did things the first time. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We are very pleased with this company. We have tried some of the bigger carpet cleaning companies with mixed results. Instead, it is nice to have the owner doing the work himself and taking pride in his work. We highly recommend Columbus Pro-Dry.

I called and was able to schedule an appt within one week. Jon arrived on time. We walked around the entire house inspecting each room while he gave me his opinion and a couple of concerns (yes, that hot pink paint). He brought in his equipment (after asking if I preferred he come in through the door or garage. Pretreated the areas and got to work. When he was finished Jon told me a couple of places he wasn't sure about and told me to be sure and call if the spots reappeared when it dried and he would come right back out to retreat them (that didn't happen). I was very very pleased with the entire process and will definetly tell anyone looking for a great job for a reasonable price in carpet cleaning...Columbus Pro Dry is who they should call.

I am new to OH and contacted this company solely on the basis of their Angie's List ratings/comments. I am so happy I did! I called them on a Tuesday morning after noticing that my newly uncrated furniture had a distinct odor to it. I have carpet and I was really worried the odor could seep into the carpet. Because of the time of the year (the week before Thanksgiving) the very nice lady I spoke with was not sure they could squeeze me in for a couple of days. However, she called me back within about 15 minutes to say that, if I didn't mind the service being performed at 7:00 that night, they could come that same day. I was so relieved! The company owner, Jon, showed up just as promised. It was cold and raining very hard; I was so happy that he didn't cancel due to the inclement weather. Quite the opposite, his response to the horrible weather was to say that, if it was okay with me, he was going to go ahead and do a light cleaning of the living room carpet just in case he (or his equipment) had accidentally tracked anything in. But he definitely had not tracked anything in; I was very, very impressed. He left my living room with sparkling clean furniture AND carpet! In addition, even though I'm sure it had been a very long day for him, he took the time to explain how it was that a pet urine smell could actually re-surface even after a couple of years. He did not charge extra for the special treatment he applied to that piece of furniture and it worked, the urine smell is completely gone. He explained how a couple of other stains that I had could have been caused. He did not try to upsell me, sell me any products or change his price. The price that I was quoted is what I was charged. I will definitely be calling this company again to clean my carpets and I have already recommended them to my new neighbors. They noticed his truck and hoses coming into my house in the evening, in the cold rain, and they asked what company it was. They, too, were impressed!
