John arrived on time, discussed his observations and our options and did a very thorough job. He is very pleasant and friendly, and shared his experience in regard to removing pet stains. Except for the entertainment center and other furniture that we did not want move, he moved all furniture and placed plastic beneath to protect the carpet as it dried. We are happy with the result and will definitely use his services again.

I am absolutely thrilled! No one could ever get any of the wax out of the carpet before. The stain came right out, everything worked like magic. They should be called magic carpet company!!

Jon was very polite. He took the time to walk through things with me and explain what he was going to do, before doing the work. The final cost was exactly the same as the quote given to me (so no hidden fees or surprises at the end). We were very pleased.

It was an great experience! I made the appointment for the weekend prior to New Years. They gave me a one hour window for arrival. They showed up within that time frame. The owner actually came out did the cleaning. He was very professional. He took his time and did an awesome job. The carpets were virtually dry before he left. I've had carpet cleaners come in and be gone in half an hour with very wet carpet, but he was there a considerable amount of time because you could tell he was taking his time and doing a quality job. We were actually thinking of replacing the carpets prior to his cleaning, but in talking with him we think we can get a few more years out of them. I also asked him some other questions regarding carpet and he was very informative and helpful. It was a great experience and I won't go back to using some of those those more well known name "discount" carpet cleaners.

They arrived on time and were very nice. The carpets turned out very clean and they were able to remove existing stains. I was very happy that everything dried quickly, within a few hours.

Arrived on time, very courteous and friendly. Worked in a timely manner. But left a mess in the driveway with spilled soap, I had to hose it off after they left. Also found marks on the corner where their hose rubbed against the woodwork. And had an area where the carpet pulled away from the stairs, carpet shrank from being too wet??

They called first to ask if they could come 15 minutes early. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have never seen my carpets this clean and they had no soapy, crunchy feel to them when they dried. They did dry within 2-3 hours. I will absolutely use them again.

I've used this company for 10+ years and they are consistently thorough, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. I completely trust them and even feel comfortable enough to leave the house while they are cleaning. Over the years they've upgraded equipment and techniques to provide the best possible service to their clients. This time I had figured there was no hope for some areas of our light-colored living room carpet. I braced myself for the worse when the crew came to do a pre-work walk-through, but they just smiled and said, "No problem, we've seen worse!" I was amazed and very pleased with the results. John has a guarantee that if any stain resurfaces or if there is ANY problem, he will return and do his utmost to take care of it. He's returned in the past when a grape soda stain resurfaced. I've also had him come out to clean areas where workmen tracked greasy dirt and other stuff across the carpet. This company takes great pride in their work and are true experts!

Jon (owner) and his son cleaned my carpets and furniture and both were very friendly and personable. They had me walk them through the house and point out any problem areas before beginning. They were thorough and efficient and knew the different types of carpet fabrics and explained what to expect. They did a great job and the carpet and furniture were dry within 2 hours. They also cleaned an area rug for me at no charge. They said to not hesitate to call them if anything wasn't right. I will definitely use this company again, they are family owned and operated so I feel I'll know who/what to expect the next time.

The man arrived on time and was neat and clean and very courteous. We had moved most of the furniture from the rooms but this was not required. The man was able to remove a water stain from the cushion on the chaise and all the furniture looks great. Even thought the carpets have seen a lot of wear they are now wonderfully clean and fresh. When the man left he asked me to let him know if there was anything that I found to be unsatisfactory. I have used this company in the past and will do so again.

I have used Columbus Pro Dry for the past 2 years and am very satisfied EVERY time! They are easy to schedule with, timely with their arrival and out the door when promised! Their exiting comments are always ''please, call us if there's anything you are not satisfied with after it dries''. And they mean it!! The carpet dries quickly with their dry approach and always looks great! I will never call anyone else.

DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

MR. HUNTER AND HIS SON CAME THE DAY AFTER I CALLED TO HAVE A LARGE URINE STAIN REMOVED FROM MY BERBER CARPETING. I HAD TRIED MYSELF TO REMOVE IT (UNSUCCESSFULLY). IT CAME RIGHT UP WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. JON WARNED ME THAT THE STAIN MAY COME UP AGAIN WITH HUMIDITY. HE SAID IF IT DOES COME BACK, I AM TO CALL THEM AND THEY WILL COME BACK TO REMOVE IT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR COMPANY.

THEY ARE A TOP RATE COMPANY. THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HAVE A GREAT DESIRE TO DO QUALITY WORK. THEY HAVE FIRST RATE EQUIPMENT AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL A BUNCH OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. THIS PRICE INCLUDES THE TAX. THEY DID NOT HAVE AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGE. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
