They were an odd size and he did a really good job. He was recommended by a friend. He is very efficient and he does not sit around. He gets the business done. I called him and he responded later that day. He asked what I needed, I told him. He came out the following day and he said that I needed bigger springs and he said that it would take him a day or so to get them in. He called three days later and said that they were in. He had been doing this for a while. He was very good and efficient at what he did. He did not waste anytime and he did not mind me watching him. The price was competitive for what he offered, so I thought it was a pretty good deal. The price included the springs, installation and tightening. He made sure that the door did not wiggle and was nice and smooth. It is nice and quiet. He left me with a can of lubricant and told me if it starts making noise, spray it on the rollers. I would use him again.
