+ 11 moreMike was fantastic from the beginning. He came over in the late evening (which worked best for our schedule) to give the estimate. He listened to everything we wanted done and made suggestions all along the way. He was incredibly reasonable in his estimate and we decided to use him immediately. We had no way to pick up all of the large items we needed him to install, so Mike was kind enough to make multiple trips to a few stores for us. He was always on time, professional and kept our house clean. We had no problems leaving him in our home alone while we were at work. There were no surprises when working with Mike. We're already planned our next project with him.
Description of Work: Demo First floor bathroom. Remove all baseboard trim, door casing, and 3 doors on first floor. Remove all carpet. Install 750 sq. feet of hard wood flooring (bamboo). Repaint first floor of house. Skim coat damaged walls. Install new doors (3), baseboard trim/shoe moulding, and door casing. Tile first floor 1/2 bathroom. Install new vanity and toilet in 1/2 bath, as well as reroute plumbing. Install 3 light fixtures. Replace 14 electrical sockets with new style that does not have screws on face plates. Replace leaking water spigot on side of house. Install new electrical thermostat. Installed new railing for first floor stairs. Fix crack in first concrete step in front of house.

+ 1 moreHe was a joy to work with. He treated us fairly, honestly and was very clean. This bathroom was right inside the entrance to the house so that was important to keep it as clean and orderly as possible.
Description of Work: Mike remodeled a half bath off of my entry hall. He also put up crown molding in several rooms and updated outlets in kitchen, bath and outside to GFI outlets.
