Our owner, Phil Mallory, is a certified arborist #OH -0725A and he carries on his family tradition of top-rated service, making sure you have a quality experience each time you need us. Description of Work: Hi All Phil the owner of Charter Oaks visited our condo property in Upper Arlington four times and scoped out very thoroughly our needs to trimming back over 50 very large and towering trees that had begun to affect our roof line. He made many suggestions for trimming and removing and relocating trees. In many instances he offered alternatives that were more cost effective and landscape friendly. During our many discussions, it was evident of Phil's love for his job, the environment and his knowledge of all things arbor. His crew just finished a five figure job this past Feb 2018 and they were polite, professional and made sure the area was kept free of debris and they expertly cleaned up afterwards. There were many lifts and cranes all having large tires to minimize the footprint and yet small enough to crawl along a narrow tree bed. The Board was very impressed with them and the results. Because we did the work with Phil in the winter we received a discount, and Phil threw in some free stump removals since they were there 3 days.
