Job went better than expected. Being a small job it went quickly, they cleaned-up well and disposed of the trimmings. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to work on a small job, not requiring a minimum fee as some other trimming outfits do. Definitely will keep them in mind for future work around my property.

This was the second time I’ve used Charter Oaks for tree services. They were professional, courteous, answered all of my questions and cleaned up after they were completed. I will use them again if I need tree services again!

The team did a great job. They had to several large limbs hanging over and near the house and were careful not to damage anything below and cleaned up the site meticulously afterwards. Their prices were reasonable and I'd use again.

The service was great. The crew was professional, polite, and very courteous. They were very hard workers, and they did a wonderful job. I’ve already recommended the company to a co-worker. The price was comparable to other quotes, but Charter Oak could get me scheduled in one to three weeks. It took about two weeks after getting the estimate for the work to be done. I was very pleased with the work, and I will definitely hire Charter Oak again.

crew arrived on time, the very large pine tree removal went without issues or damage. stump grinding came a few weeks later. crew was professional and safe. prices very reasonable.

We were able to get an estimate by emailing pix of the damage. The estimate came back quickly, and once accepted they gave us an estimated time of service. They came two weeks earlier than the last day they mentioned within that span. They completed all work well. The woodpecker isn't happy that the dead limbs are gone, though!! And their clean up was thorough. We have hired Charter Oaks many times over the years and are consistently satisfied.

This is by far the finest tree trimming service I have ever seen. Price was excellent. I always use Charter Oaks for tree service. They do fine job and leave the lawn clean after tree cutting. Our ash trees are thriving thanks to their bi-annual treatments. I feel like I get a good value from them everytime.

Very smooth, easy and professional. Was told the work would be within 2-4 week and they actually came the next day! Stump ground out a few days later.

The crews were prompt, courteous and professional. They removed a large, dead 80+ year old tree and had it down and gone in just over half and hour. We were expecting to wait 7 to 10 days for stump removal, but they had it removed the same day, within hours of when they removed the tree. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived, and even raked and swept areas outside of their work zone. These are some of the reasons Charter Oaks is the one and ONLY tree and landscaping service we have ever used. They have done numerous projects for us over the years.

The were wonderful - office was very responsive. They did exactly as we asked and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. They were very reasonably priced - we had 3 estimates done.

We requested quotes from multiple companies, and they were the first company to respond. The price was less than what we anticipated, and they were flexible with our schedule. Our serviceman was kind and began work right away. We were very satisfied with the work, but we had to do most of the cleanup ourselves.

Charter Oak’s did an excellent job cutting down a big tree in our backyard. They were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after the cut and came back the next day to remove the stump. We will definitely use them again if necessary.

Charter Oaks Tree & Landscaping Co Inc. provided a fair quote. I found them to be professional. The did a quality job in cutting and removing the tree. I did give them a "B" when it came to responsiveness, and that it because I had to wait a couple of weeks longer to get the job done than I had anticipated. They were quite busy. I did wait and was very glad I did. I would definitely hire them again, and would take into account how busy they are in my own scheduling.

Was able to get quote a couple days after calling and tree trimming within week of confirming. All staff helpful and answered my questions without being condescending. Two large silver maples trimmed of deadwood and thinned. One by street with bucket lift. One behind house, yard surrounded with fence and utility wires was climbed. 95%+ of fallen twigs and debris carefully cleaned off yard, chipped and taken away; (I found several large twigs hidden within extensive flowering plants.). Surprisingly minimal disturbance to flowering plants/gardens. Trees look great! Tip: be sure to clarify with estimator and tree trimmer which specific problem branches you want removed and what quote means before they start.

Fantastic. placed cherry picker in a great spot...got rid of tree branches and then took trunk out... they were quite efficient...no longer than 30 minutes ... then they removed all parts and chipped them all... and cleaned... almost like they were never there..except tree was gone... totally professional and efficient

Phil came out to walk me through his recommendations, based on my ask, and shared a detailed estimate of his plan before leaving. There was no pressure to move forward and he sat down to address any questions or concerns before scheduling service. On the day of service, a friendly and professional crew arrived to complete the work. I am extremely pleased with the quality results and will definitely refer them to my friends and family who have similar needs. Thank you!
