Work was completed quickly and professionally. Charter Oaks employees are expert, friendly, well equiped, and thorough in completing primary work and clean up.

We have them out to give us some guidance on what we should do with some trees and some branches that were hitting the house and some ornamental trees that were in need of some pruning. We asked them for their professional opinion and they gave it to us. They did the work and we are very happy with the results.

Arrived when promised. Performed everything all tree removal in one day - stump grinding the next. Staff was hardworking and efficient. Debris was removed quickly and without huge damage to the yard. Stumps were ground, wood was chipped.

Yard looks neat and new. Bryan and his crew worked hard and left the yard in great condition.

Charter Oaks was as good as their reviews. They were prompt, the workers were extremely polite and professional, and other than a missing tree and tiny traces of sawdust if you looked closely, you wouldn't know they had been there when they took the trees down..still not sure where all the sawdust went! I did watch one tree taken down...the staff knew exactly what they were doing as evidenced by the way they dropped tree parts...the tree was literally 1 foot from our a/c, 6 feet from our house, and 3 stories tall...there were lots of 'oops' opportunities - they didn't even come close to scaring me while I watched!! Stump grinding happened a few days later; again, quick, professional, thorough, no cleanup on our part needed! Their pricing was reasonable, they offered me the appropriate discounts/coupons, and we will definitely hire them again!

They did an excellent job. Showed up on time. Where very professional and did there best to not harm surrounding plants. They cleaned up really well. All for what I thought was a reasonable price.

A large tree fell against our house. It was late Friday, but Charter Oaks still got me in first thing Saturday morning. They were on time, courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up all mess. Considering all they had to do, I was happily surprised by the price.

Over 2 weeks, I had multiple confusing phone contacts: First to schedule an estimate, second to cancel because they don't do transplants, next day that they called back because they will do transplants. 4 scheduled times for an estimate, last 3 times got a last minute calls to cancel/reschedule due to "sick," 4th time was a no show. I called to inquire, when office returned call, I got that transplants are only done in the fall, but estimator is still sick, even though this was supposed to be a different guy. Nothing about the rest of the services requested, and no one coming to do estimate. I just gave up. Using other services.

They did some work for us. They did a good job everything was good, we give them a good recommendation. We weren't able to get any other bids for the job, one bid, but it wasn't completed so I don't know how it was. They do complete work and they provide a lot of different services. The workers were fine they were good.

The Charter Oaks team did a very careful and consistent job taking everything down in a timely manner without any damage to surrounding trees or structures! We actually enjoyed watching their tactfulness!

This was an outstanding experience. The arborist was very patient with us and articulate about our options. The head tree trimmer cut the exact branches we had discussed with the arborist and skillfully dropped the limbs to avoid the house and landscape. The price was very low considering all the labor and equipment involved. We have used Charter Oaks multiple times and they are always professional and trustworthy.

Work was performed as agreed. Only regret is not having the chips from the stump grinding removed (much larger volume than expected!). Charter Oaks was quite reasonable compared to two other estimates obtained. I would hire them again and recommend their services.

The estimate and scheduling were timely. The work was finished quickly and all of the limbs were removed. The yard was completely cleaned afterwards.

These men did a very good job and were very courteous. They answered all our questions. Unfortunately I had to leave when they pruned the maple tree in my front yard. There were a couple of additional branches that I wanted removed. Called the company and they came and removed what I asked at no additional charge. The stumps were removed approximately a week later, however, we were informed that this would happen. They could not remove all of the debris from the stump grinding, however, we plan to use that to use as mulch around our raised beds.

Surprised how much was removed from arborist recommendation on work order vs the actual work performed bu others. Looks good and hoping looks even better when leaves come back. Amazing clean up, racking leaves, clearing small bramches. Team worked well together. Amazing new equipment.

Trees and hedge were shaped up beautifully. Work was done quickly. Mess was completely taken away.

It was a difficult decision for me because I wanted the bushes trimmed and still keep some for shading the west sun from my corner windows. They were very cooperative in helping to make the final trimming.

Rescheduled twice, but finally got it done.

Again, they showed up promptly on Monday morning and I did get a reminder call on the previous Friday evening. They walked me though and confirmed the work they were going to do and then got to it. Within a few hours, they were done. All the branches and trimmings had been removed, shredded and taken away. I am a gardening enthusiast who is particular about the trees. I was especially pleased with the careful job they had done in pruning the flowering dogwood and the bay magnolia they were up against the house. These trees no longet touch the house but they look very natural and elegant from both sides; the yard as well as from the house
