Everything went very well. Christie, the sales representative, took a lot of time to explain to me my options when I went over the decision of what to replace, and what made the most sense for me. After making the decision, she also arranged for me to have temporary air conditioning units until my replacement date, which was a relief during the downtime of my A/C. On the day of installation, Andy and his staff did a great job of walking me through the steps during installation and did a very good job of doing the installation. Everything worked out great and my system is pumping out cool air without hardly any noise. The new furnace technology is quite amazing. Thank you very much CARE!

We purchased a CARE Plan from them, which gives us a spring and fall tuneup, 10% discount on any repair and an extended one-year warranty on parts and labor. After the tests and cleaning, our system is working very well. We feel they privided us with very professional service, while also trying to save us money. We're totally satisfied with CARE and highly recommend them.

Shane in sales was on time. He looked at unit that needed replaced. Presented 3 options & explained each in efficiency to house sq. ft. He was very professional & did not pressure. When I made decision he tried hard to accomate a quick install since I am 93. Mike & Kurt were on time for install & very courteous & efficient. They explained what they were going to do & reviewed everything when they finished. All old eqpt. was taken away & all was neat & clean.

The process of getting a quote and getting these items installed was very simple. They had good communication and even got us a portable A/C unit to help us while we waited for our appointment because it was a very hot couple of weeks. There was over a 2 week wait to get the system installed, but they did such a great job it was totally worth. Very professional and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Did not ascertain exactly why this was sometimes a problem. But did check and retighten all connections and verified system was functioning properly.

I bought their yearly maintenance plan. Excellent value. Company is A easy to work with on scheduling and every technician has been professional and personable. I always have the technician's name before arrival and they identify themselves when they reach my house.

The two installation people arrived on time and promptly began the job. They worked steadily, finishing ahead of schedule. They reviewed use of the furnace prior to leaving and cleaned the work area as well.
