Went extremely well...we had 4 estimates and chose this company based on pricing, knowledge of product and we liked the salesman (Mark) when he came to give us an estimate...very nice and down to earth..we did not feel like we were pressured whatsoever. Installed 95% efficiency furnace with a media filter and a new air conditioning unit. They were on time date of installation, very courteous and professional. Took it upon themselves to fix an air intake box while here and even added insulation to our dryer vent pipe to keep it from sweating at no extra charge. The owner even stopped by while the installation was taking place. Everything was explained to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this company to anyone; there is good reason they are highly rated on Angie's List!

They were great. They were prompt on arrival. We paid exactly what was estimated. The sales lady was excellent at explaining all of our options.

Went very well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and showed me a few things we can do to help our house heat/cool more evenly.

Crew showed 15 minutes early. They laid down protective cloth in the house where they had to go & were very professional. Pricing was $1500 less than Home Depot. Great service.

Everything about them was fine. They were punctual. The first time they came the guy who came checked and said everything was fine. My husband and I can?t get up on lasers. More over out schedules were different and we could not get up the stairs. We waited a couple of days before getting the work done. I then called them and told them that the guy did not do what he was supposed to do. They sent the same guy who did the adjustments. I was pleased with them.

The technician determined that the water leak was happening because the evaporator pad in our Carrier humidifier had disintegrated and needed to be replaced. However, the technician's office told me that my humidifier was old, and the parts were no longer available. They quoted a cost of about $450 to totally replace the humidifier, rather than repair our existing one. I then called a nearby Carrier dealer, who had about 10 of those evaporator pads in stock. My husband put the evaporator pad in our humidifier for a cost of $40.

The tech was prompt, courteous and thorough. We have always had good experiences with Care.

Not only did Care give us a competitive price, they managed to install the unit way before there peers. We would highly recommend that you should give Care a look see.

Went well from the initial estimate to the final inspection by the City inspector. Salesperson and installers were professional and easy to communicate with. The City inspector was impressed with the installation job; he could tell they knew what they were doing! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and I intend to utilize them for my annual maintenance.

Everything went on schedule. They arrived at the established time and completed the job in the timeframe that had been given to me . The installers were pleasant to deal with and efficient. Lead installer answered all of my questions and showed me everything that had been done. Everything was nicely cleaned up, indoors and outside.

Professional treatment. I had a problem with the online warranty, but when I called CARE with my concern they called Lennox & fixed the problem immediately. CARE called to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with Care was fantastic. The sales folks were nice, on-time and honest. The installers were nice, funny to my toddler daughter, professional and patient with questions. Most importantly, to me, they respected my house - used drop-clothes and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I can't say enough about my experience with Care, I'd highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

From the first contact, through the sales process and finally the installation process, Care was extremely professional. Their staff was knowledgable, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. They willingly worked around my schedule for both the sales call and the installation. Plus, their price was in line with other quotes that I received. I hope that I don't need to replace my furnace again, but if I do, I will call Care again.

Went well---finished more quickly thank we expected. However, after the technician left, my husband (thank heavens) went into the basement to check the new furnace out and discovered that piping had come completely unattached and fumes were spewing into the house. He opened windows and called the technician who returned and repaired it, but if my husband hadn't been curious enough to go downstairs, it could have been deadly.

I called, Christy came promptly for an appointment c/o my options and patiently helped me, schedule my air unit appointments until I decided I needed a new air conditioner.

Christy (I think) and the installer were both timely and efficient. I would have liked the area under the old furnace completely swept out though.
