I called 4 days earlier my AC quit. They gave me the date of Thursday they put me on a waiting list if they could come out earlier. They ended up being able to come out a few hours earlier than they had originally said. Craig was the service guy that came out and he went out of his way to explain everything and checked everything out like I had asked him too.

Great service at a reasonable price.

The service was fantastic! Mike was professional yet friendly and conversational. He explained everything to me and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and was being very fair and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

They were wonderful, honest, and had a good price. Before that we had a terrible experience with Atlas Butler, who actually hung a sign on the heater that said we couldn't use it because of carbon monoxide leaking. I called the gas company to check on this and they came out and said it wasn't leaking so I was not very happy with Atlas.

The tech was prompt and performed the work flawlessly. His professionalism exceeded expectations.

All the techs that have come have been nice. They have been fine with fixes. As far as generic work, my thermostat hasn't been working and all of the techs have just looked at it but not done anything to it. We have a humidifier attached to the furnace but they have just looked at it and not serviced it.

I have been using them for 5+ years and have always had a good experience with them.

I used Care due to their excellent service on my old system. The sales presentation by Christie was clear, concise, knowledgeable and professional. She spelled out the options along with their benefits and pricing. It was not a high pressure sales presentation, and she wanted to know what was important to me before making suggestions. The installers were on time, professional and courteous.

They were great as always, A-Z = perfect.

I was given the date and time I choose for the install which was about a week in advance. The installer Mike was very friendly and professional and gave me a call before arriving. He laid down a drop cloth to avoid scratching floors and was very efficient in installing the furnace. It only took about about 4 1/2 hours. I had several questions and suggestions on placement of drain pipe which he answered and followed suggestions. The install went very smoothly with no problems. The city inspector found no problems, although he spent more time looking at the adjacent water heater than the furnace for some reason. I had to point him at the furnace to keep him on track. All he did for the most part was check for gas leaks.

They were quick and cheaper than others. The men were very nice and very professional. Was installed the next day.

The CARE team was prompt, informative and professional during the entire process. The salesperson evaluated our home, our needs and recommended a Lennox furnace and a/c unit to meet those needs. The installation team arrived on time and went about their work. All our questions were answered completely and concerns addressed. Upon completion, the work areas were cleaned up and a full explanation of the equipment was given prior to collecting payment.

Care's crew ( Mike, Jeff, and Shawn ) were extremely prompt and courteous. The installation was accomplished in a neat and efficient manner. All questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. Care's pricing was the lowest of six quotations by several hundred dollars.

I have signed a maintenance contract with them a while back when they came and fixed my air conditioner condenser. They replaced a part on my humidifier so that it would start working. It hadn't been working for a couple of years and since it's been leaking, they've been out 3 times to fix that. They haven't charged me to come out. They charged me for the original part that they replaced on the humidifier, but I haven't been charged when I had to call them back to fix it when it was leaking. It has been good so far. I hope it doesn't leak again. I told the guy that I don't want to see him back here again until spring for the regular maintenance. I've been using them since this summer. I started using them because a neighbor referred them to me and then I checked them out on Angie's List as well.

This is the best service I have experienced from any company that has been to my house for any repair. From the person taking the calls, the person who kept me updated on the time of arrival and the repair - it was all excellent service. I just joined Angie's List last week and I am so glad I did. I called Care Heating and Cooling after hearing on the radio a $29 service call fee through April. I was surprised that I was charged $89 for the service call, not $29. I also assumed I got an Angie's List discount but paid $89 anyway. This is probably my fault as I wasn't pressing the issue but I did mention on the phone I was an Angie's List member and mentioned it to Devin. Instead of paying $89 I went ahead and signed up for a one year service contract for $189. I did this based on the fact I was paying $89 now and I'd have CARE come out again the spring to check the A/C. Devin replaced my ignitor for me. I am glad he saw that it was not installed correctly nor it was the correct part. This cost me another $102. Very cheap for peace of mind. Overall I rated it a B experience and not an A because I don't think the radio ads should be selling a $29 service call fee and then charging $89. This should have been made clear on the phone when I called. The whole time I assumed it would be $29, and I even thought I may get an Angie's List discount on top of that. My expectation was paying $19-$29, not $89. Devin is top notch and I will use CARE again. I look forward to working with them in the future and hope this review is helpful to them so when clients call CARE in the future to schedule a service call CARE will be sure to explain what the $29 offer is as opposed to a normal $89 heating service call.

The salesperson (Christie Marker) made an excellent presentation. She pointed out several problems with the installation of our current system and answered very thoroughly all our questions. She was not aggressive in pushing her product. She followed through in helping us to file for a power company rebate. The one--day installation went smoothly. The installers appeared to be very competent and were willing to answer all questions that we had.. They took away all old materials and thoroughly cleaned up.when they finished. The furnace is working well. We won't be able to judge the ac until spring.

No service was performed, but my contacts with the company were great.

CARE replaced my furnace three years ago, like them, everything was done professionally, and within the time window processed. These guys are great. I have recommend them to friends without hesitation.

I think they are the best furnace company around. They come promptly. They are polite and considerate. They explain things to you as much as you’d like. I would trust them 100%.

To combat my rising electric and gas bills I decided to replace my furnace and air conditioner. I had 4 quotes from the top rated companies here on Angie's list. I elected to go with Care because not only did they give me the best price they also made me feel most comfortable with the company. Care installed a 71000 BTU 2 Stage Variable Speed Furnace and a 16 Seer AC system in my house. The experience was great from the first sales visit from Mark Baker through the install. I'm a very inquisitive person and asked lots of questions and researched things on the net. Mark did a great job of explaining the tax credits and the AEP rebate which I still get off of the $5600 price. They did not pressure me and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with experience. The installers used drop cloths in the house and were even concerned about our dogs and took precautions not to let them out. They were polite and friendly and answered every question I wanted answered and gave me a great walkthrough after the system was in. I would recommend Care to all of my friends and family and I'm very pleased with my comfort level since the system was installed. Don't hesitate to choose this company for your needs.
