They arrived on time and completed their work professionally. They also explained the various functions of our furnace to wife and I as we recently purchased this home and were left with little information regarding the HVAC system.

My experience was great from the phone call to the technician leaving. I called on Monday to receive service and due to high demand, the soonest I could get scheduled was Friday. The rep offered to put me on a short call list. Later that evening I received a call that the technician could honor my availability on the short call list. I was extremely pleased. Joe W., the technician was friendly. He called prior to the visit and made sure to keep his presence tidy (I've had techs track in dirt before). He immediately went to the problem - a blown fuse within yhe furnace. It would have been extremely easy for him to turn a blown fuse into a costly repair or even charge outrageous rates for doing so. Joe explained me to me the innerworkings of the furnace as well as simple maintenance for my HVac systems in the future. Although he explained the one year service agreement, there was zero high-pressure sales. The name of the company and the service matched up. Kuddos to leadership at this company! You have a lifetime customer and I will be sure to tell others. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.

Care is appropriately named because they took wonderful care of my needs! Tye in sales took time to explain what we'd be getting, and the three install techs, Jason, Kirk, & Pete were great! All were wonderful, clean, punctual, & thorough! No complaints here!

Mike and his install team did a great job. They showed up on time, and worked a long day. They were all knowledgeable, personable and tidy workers.

I called CARE and they were able to schedule my appointment within two days. They could have come sooner but I wasn't available. Tim was the person who came to my home. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived. He thoroughly tested my system and confirmed that my compressor was kaput He explained my options regarding repair or replacement. I asked a couple of questions which Tim happily answered. We even set up an appointment for one of CARE's salespeople to visit me next week. I would also like to mention that I called CARE's office multiple times last week. All of the women that I spoke with were helpful, friendly, and understanding. It was a great experience except for the broken air conditioner..... which CARE Heating and Cooling had nothing to do with.

Excellent. Prompt to get a rep. for an estimate. Prompt scheduling new furnace within 4 days. Very friendly, knowledgeable wirkers, great in explaining options.

They had to come back out. You don't pay like by hour, It didn't take them very long. I know it's expensive to have plumbers and HVAC people come out. Probably the same pricing as what most people are. We had to have them come out multiple times. When they said that they fixed stuff; essentially they said they disconnected some things so that it should work fine, and then when the seasons changed it didn't work fine, and then we had to have them come back out. I feel like they just tried to sell me a new HVAC system and that seemed to be their goal. They had one of their sales people come out and tell me I needed a whole new system. The system works fine actually. It's old but it's incredibly well maintained. It's not the most efficient by any means, but there's nothing per say wrong with it. They made it sound like there was something wrong with it and I should get a new one. I had other people look at it and they say there's nothing wrong with it.

We evaluated 3 bids for this service. Care won the bid process because of the comprehensive info provided during their visit pre bid, and they also alerted us that another bidder over-charged us horribly on coolant for our old A/C unit 4 weeks earlier. We got a refund from factory co-pay due to Care alerting us. Plus Care included a 1 yr. service contract at no cost.

Excellent! From the sales person to the installation crew of three, all were thoroughly professional, informative and courteous. The job site was left cleaner than when they started. I was particularly impressed that during the 7 hour installation, the owner of the company, a supervisor and our sales person visited the site to assess progress and satisfaction
