Technician came in and indicated that A/C was not getting electricity. He then requested permission to review removal of the tarp on the walls to see where the short was. He found out due to a staple the short was caused, He then quickly fixed the short. We indicated that we will staple the tarps back in. Technician was quick but through.

Very well. The tech. was professional. He was informative on what he was doing. He did a thorough job in a timely manner.

The service person was punctual and professional. He actually recommended against replacing the air conditioning unit. He showed me exactly what was wrong and recommended the most cost effective means to fix it. I felt very confident in their work and trust them. They did not try to oversell to me. I will definitely use this company again!

They by far had the best price on the same products as their competition. The only issue was it didn't pass inspection the first time. They returned several weeks later and corrected the heat shield as requested by the inspector. I have enjoyed my new system over the past year.

The guys were on time and very professional, explained things when I had question and showed me how things worked. Cleaned up when they were finished.

Installers arrived in designated time window. Performed work quickly and efficiently outdoor clean up was great. Indoor clean up was sufficient but could have been better price for value care is hard to beat. Will use again.

Of course our air went out during the first hot week of May. We were able to get an in-home estimate within a couple days of calling. No high pressure sales pitch...just very to-the-point. The air conditioner was replaced within a week of the initial call.

Everything went great. The only negative was it took 3 days to come. It was right around 90 degrees those days it was out.

They worked out really good. We now have a contract where they come out every 6 months.

Wonderful experience! Both of ACs were out in my house at the same time (yikes!). The tech from CARE came and was able to get both my systems in working order. One of my systems is very old and he got it back up and running (as best it could be) and helped advise me on the options. The other he simply replaced a fuse. He was extremely professional and did a full inspection of all of my systems while working. The best part was that the half price diagnosis I bought on Angie's ($35) covered all the work. This is the second time I've worked with CARE and the experience was just as good last time. I highly recommend them!

I've used them for years. They're not finding us to sell or something. They do the work that we asked. They do typically anything. If they have a suggestion, they call us where we are.

Great! Tim was fast and professional. He also explained all my options clearly and informed me of any additional cost upfront like fixing the cracked exhaust pipe.

Received quote(3 received overall) - no BS, answered questions directly. Installers arrived on-time, were respectful of our house(laid down tarps from entry to basement), explained the process and the system once installed.

We have an annual contract of about under $300. They were recommended by a friend. It was a good price. It was less expensive than the other company.

Workers were very nice. They performed maintenance on our AC unit. They fit us right in to their schedule. We are very satisfied.

I called Care Heating and Cooling and they were immediately able to get me on their schedule. We had a significant leak with our Air Conditioner that was causing condensation/water to flood areas of our basement. Andy Cheney, Care Technician, immediately diagnosed the problem and all was successfully resolved in a matter of minutes. We thought so highly of our experience with CARE and Andy, that I just called again for service at another property.

Kelly was extremely professional. She was knowledgable, friendly, and prompt. I will be using this company for maintenance work on the unit this fall.

These guys were great! Arrived on time and got right to work. Quickly gave my furnace a once over and immediately noticed the teh filter was clogged causing the furnace to shut off! Cheap and quick! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

A team of 3 technicians arrived on time, on the day of installation. They took the time to cover all the flooring from the bottom level to the 3rd floor, where the new install was. The team worked all day and completed the job by 5:00. They had all the necessary paperwork, including scheduling, city inspectors visit and a rebate.

My Iphone! CARE started the rebate process with AEP, Lennox, and Gas company. Really top notch installers who explained my options and gave their options on location of AC - I moved it around the corner of the house - perfect.

They did a good job. What happened was we had difficulties with the air conditioner and it wasn't the air conditioner's fault but a mouse had gotten inside to chew the wires. They fixed it and they put some bait in there that we gave them and they didn't charge us for it.

We have been Care customers for several years using them for bi-annual check-ups. We even bought a new furnace from CARE in December. I called Care in early April to set up our A/C check-up for end of May when I had a week off from work. I was told that they would schedule me for JULY ! I kept calling to try to get the check-up when I had time off from my job. I finally talked to a supervisor at the end of April who happened to find a time on the day I requested. The tech (Bill) arrived on time and completed the check-up without incident.
