I can't say enough about the great experience I had with CARE. From the initial call, the sales visit, and the installation. Very friendly and knowledgeable people from beginning to end. The tech that installed my air conditioner was fantastic! He showed up on time and explained everything he was going to do. He finished within the time that he said he would. When he was done, he showed me everything he did and how everything works. He even gave me tips on how to get the most out of the unit he installed. I can honestly say that after 12 years, this is the first time my multiple story home has stayed a consistent temperature on both levels during the summer. In addition, the service included two follow-up visits to check my furnace and AC over the next 12 months. This company understands what service to their customers means. I would recommend them to anyone. I will use CARE for all of my AC and furnace needs in the future.

I have an older home with an awkward furnace installation. Care did an excellent job of replacing everything and making my AC work again. They brought everything up to code, cleaned up after the job was complete, and finished the job on time and at the quote even though things went wrong with the installation. I have used Care to maintain a Trane furnace that was installed by US Heating and Air Conditioning for about 5 years. US H & AC refused to work with me when the furnace blower died 1 month out of warranty about 5 years ago. Care replaced the blower, and worked with me when the blower died again a year later. I highly recommend this company.

The sales call was separate from the evaluation, and it was a rather no pressure technique. The air conditioner blew on Sunday. Evaluation was Monday, Sales call - Tuesday, and the air conditioner was installed on Wednesday - very quick turnaround. Everyone was professional. I did not price match with other companies, so I can't comment on that, but every interaction was positive.

I had a brand new AC system installed during the winter. The installation was never completed due to the time of year. I called CARE to fire up the system using the Angie's List $39.95 service call visit fee. When the technician arrived he inspected the system and learned that it had been installed by another contractor. The company refused to work on the system stating that they didn't know about the quality of workmanship of the original installer. I indicated that I would not hold them responsible for the original installers work and would sign a waiver. They still refused to work on the system. It was a waste of time and I wasted the pre-paid service call fee to have them come out and look at the system. Very disappointed.

Am renovating a 1947 cape cod house. Wade from Care heating and cooling came over for an inspection and provided me with a quote and scheduled for the closest available appointment. Their work was excellent and I haven't had any issues with the new duct work. 10/10 would hire them again.

Kyle was quick to find the issue with my outside a/c unit. He explained in detail why the dual capacitor needed replaced and was explained how he came to that determination. He allowed me to watch him replace the capacitor so I could gain knowledge on how to do this if it ever arose in the future. He made sure to check my furnace and thermostat and helped set expectations on how things would progress with the air circulation. Being a new home owner, this was really helpful. I really appreciate his help.

Their price was reasonable, and they were great about working with my schedule. I would recommend them to anyone. They even threw in a free Heating and A/C checkup later in the year.

Excellent service, from putting on booties to walk through house to check the equipment in the basement to explaining what he was doing and why. On time, professional, thorough .Didn't try to up-sell me or add additional charges.

This job took two days as the unit was leaking and the first technician got 90% of the leaks but more surfaced from dripping condensation after first job was completed. CARE was very responsive and came out immediately the next day when I said more work on wrapping the lines leaking condensation was necessary. I had already decided prior to their arrival that I needed a service contract but the way in which they showed and explained all their work convinced me I had made the right choice. These guys are pros.

Person was timely, friendly and good at explaining the issues to me. Fixed the problem as expected. Would recommend them and use them again.

The salesperson was fantastic, giving me three viable options for my home. He was able to find an installation time that fit my schedule. The installers arrived on time. They were very efficient and did not leave one speck of dirt behind them. They finished and then thoroughly explained everything to me. Fantastic job!!

Came in the same day and fixed it right away.

I called at 12:30, they had a window between 1 and 4. Tech called right at 1 and was at the house by 1:30. Diagnosed problem in about 5 minutes (low refrigerant), and presented a range of options and costs, no hard sell at all. Had everything fixed and running within 30 minutes and answered all of my numerous questions. Super employee, super company. Tech was professional, knowledgeable, efficient. All around perfect experience.

Very quick turn around time and extremely professional. We have a new born in the house and living without A/C is very difficult. Contacted CARE on Friday and the issue was resolved within 24hrs. The only reason it took that long is cause CARE had to wait for the ice to melt down so they could diagnose theproblem accurately.

The service man knew what the problem what after I described the issue. He was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and described what he was doing to correct the issue. Thanks CARE for the fast and friendly service!

My air conditioner was not working. I called Care Heating and Cooling. I called a few other companies as well, but Care was best able to work with my schedule. The Tech (Matt Yates) came out on time. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem. Apparently, the transformer in my furnace had blown and caused the air conditioner to stop working. He replaced the transformer and everything was working great within an hour. I really appreciate that he took the time to solve the problem instead of just telling me that I needed a new air conditioner. Will definitely call these guys again!

They arrived on time, wore booties over their boots, very clean. Very professional and provided detail instructions on how to run the new systems.

I called CARE at 9 and Bill arrived before 10:30. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me step-by-step what he was doing. He documented everything, including taking pictures. The repair consisted of removing a part that was added by a competitor that was causing overheating and prompting my compressor to shut down. I have never been so delighted by any service and I am a customer for life. CAREs commercials may sound corny to you, but, they reflect how CARE operates. I feel fortunate I found them and will never allow any other company to touch my system.

Atlas Butler serviced the AC about 10 days earlier, cleaning the intake unit outdoors and installing a "quick start" unit to help the condenser. AB warned that the quick starter was not good in the long run and recommended replacing the whole system for $4000+. That was all unnecessary, as it turned out. We should have called CARE the first time and will for the next time!

Shawn & Ed were on time, worked diligently all day. Cleaned up well, briefed me on the system operation & controls.

We had been informed by another source that problems existed with the HVAC system Care installed 2 years earlier. Saving a long story, suffice it to say we became frustrated and angry.The result, after getting through the "front desk", was that the service manager called us and sent his "top" serviceperson to our house to completely examine our system and to correct any complaints. After a couple of hours, Tim sat with us and explained in detail every question we had. We appreciate the attention Mike, service manager, and Tim, technician, gave us. Both were extremely polite and respectful of our frustration.

It went very well from my first call to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The salesperson was prompt and knowledgeable. The service guys showed up on the day and time promised and quickly went to work. They were quiet, neat and courteous. A 3rd guy showed up because his job finished early which totally wowed me.

Very good. They came out on a deal for my AC and i paid regular price for my furnace cleaning. They did notice that the exhaust tube was cracked on my furnace and replaced it for a fair price. He also worked quickly and explained my options before doing any additional work.

Technician was knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly. The part was obtained quickly and installed. My complaint is with the cost of the part, seemed very expensive compared to the original cost of the air conditioner installation.

Our A/C went out suddenly on Sat. July 4th. I was fortunate to find a "Deal" for a diagnostic service call with a company I was familiar with (they installed our furnace & A/C in 2007). I immediately purchased the Deal, but realized I would not hear from them until Monday because of the holiday weekend. I was pleased to find an email from them first thing Monday morning, and they were able to schedule me the same day. The technician, Seth, found the problem within a very short time (an earwig lodged - and fried - in the contactor. Beware the earwig!). He quoted the price to replace the part, explained what it was and how it worked, and had us up and running in about 15 minutes. He also did a quick check of the furnace before he left. Seth was very pleasant and professional, as was the scheduler in the office. They took care of us quickly, at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Care Heating & Cooling.
