They were excellent. Their price came in $1000 cheaper than the competition. We were very pleased with them and we would use them again.

We were scheduled for the day after I called. Our service technician arrived on time, and diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. It turns out the igniter just needed to be cleaned.

The service was excellent and the price very good. Peter the technician was very knowledgeable and provided good advice on keeping the entire system running smoothly. He even rerouted a drain pipe from the evaporator to make it more efficient and gave pointers on keeping it clean, while also installing cut off valve to shut down the system in case the pipe becomes clogged, at no additional cost. Peter left the service areas cleaner than when he arrived. The service manager even came to assist as a fellow employee had called in sick. That is teamwork and a manager that cares about his people, and his costumers. He knew I didn't want someone in my house until 9 p.m. that night, and that Peter probably didn't want to do that either, so he came to assist so they both got out of here by 5 p.m. with a wonderfully done job. I can't find a reason to do business with anyone else in this town for my heating and cooling needs.

Kirk, Mark and Mike came to install my new furnace and A/C unit. They arrived promptly within the 30 minute window I was given. They covered my hardwood floors to protect them while they brought equipment and the new furnace in and the old one out. The worked hard for several hours and completed the job efficiently and with as little disruption as possible.

Our AC unit died during a heat wave of many 90+ degree days in a row. Everyone we called to get a quote was working 10 - 14 days out for installation so we eliminated that as a selection criteria. However, in addition to CARE’s competitive price quote, they also offered to loan us room air conditioners (no charge) for our bedrooms so we wouldn't be completely miserable while trying to sleep and waiting for installation of our new AC. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated having 72 degree bedrooms when the rest of our house was 92 degrees. Plus, they had a cancelation and managed to fit in our installation earlier than planned. Kenny (the gentleman who gave us the proposal and brought the room AC units) was super responsive and helpful. As I'm sure occasionally happens with these projects, they ran into some unexpected issues while installing the new Lennox AC unit on top of our existing Bryant furnace. They were also raising the entire furnace/AC up off the floor so it could “breathe” better and hopefully last longer than our last one did. In spite of the issues they encountered, the CARE guys stayed with the project even though it meant they were here for a solid 12 hours straight. I know it had to be frustrating, but they were professional the whole time and brought in the resources necessary to get it to the finish line. They even came back 2 weeks later to make the job look cosmetically better (they needed a part they didn't have originally). Finally, even though I'm sure they spent twice the amount of time they were budgeting, they stuck to the original quote. So we couldn’t be happier with how this went and I’ll never use anyone but CARE for HVAC issues.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from CARE! I contacted three different companies and they were the first to respond and their estimate was the cheapest. We were looking for a basic system and that is exactly what we got. We did not feel pressured to get anything more than we asked for and Andy was very helpful. Matt and Kirk, who installed our new system, were fast and efficient. We will definitely contact CARE again in the future for any HVAC needs.

Replaced 3 AC unit's and 3 furnaces in 1 day, started at 9am was all finished at 6pm.

No issues with install. They had to come back to make blower adjustments. Very responsive. Thank You!

Care was outstanding in keeping in touch about when the technician would arrive. Tech was friendly and professional. Solved the problem and gave me different options for a long-term solution. She was very upfront about cost. I would definitely recommend this company.

We called CARE for a “second opinion” on the necessity of replacing our whole-home a/c system. They were able to send someone out the same day I called. The rep was friendly and professional. He looked at the entire system and agreed with the first provider that our system needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote which included everything—tax, installation, etc. I agreed to their price. The techs came out when they said they would, and the job took the amount of time they said it would. All in all, it was a very satisfactory process. I would definitely use CARE again.

Everything went well although I feel it was more expensive than it should have been. I went with the first company I talked to.

Showed up on time, Took Five and 1/2 hrs. Lead installer seemed confused and unfamiliar with product and installation process. When asked if he had had HAVC training, said no...but had been an electrician in the Navy. Outside installer said he was a new employee. Furnace housing was left dented and work area inside and outside was not cleaned up. At completion of job, lead man was unfamiliar with thermostat operation and I was told to install Co2 monitor by my bed. I was told about my 1 free yearly inspection, that I should probably call next year because the Company sometimes forgets about them. Before leaving both installers just stood for awhile and watched outside unit like it was going to quit working at any minute! Was the unit installed right? Installation process left me wondering!

After getting several estimates, CARE best met our needs and cost abilities. The work was done well with professional technicians handling everything. The work was also done in a very reasonable time frame. They left the basement and all outside areas where they worked very clean. And we can't believe how quiet our new furnace is!

They arrived on time and finished on schedule. Everything was done well and all clean-up was completed.

Another company told us we needed a new heat exchanger, and, because of the cost to replace that part, we should just get a new system. That company did no testing to confirm their diagnosis. We called Care for a second opinion. They did not charge us to come take a look at our system. The tech, Kelly, was fabulous. She tested everything possible (including for carbon monoxide) and even got a camera in the system to look at the exchanger. The other company had told us it would take hours and around $1000 just to access the exchanger. Interestingly, it took Kelly less than ten minutes to get the camera where it needed to be to confirm the part was fine and that we did not need a new system. We so appreciate her knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty. It is so nice to know there are honest people and companies.

Service tech showed up on time and did a great job. He answered all of my questions open and honestly and even invited me to watch while he worked. Did not try to push me into buying anything just explained all of my options. Ended up signing up for the service contract so they can come out in the spring to clean the AC unit.

Removal and installation of new system went very well. It was a challenging in attic installation. CARE team worked very hard to install system promptly and professionally. Quality of work was superior to previous installation. Very happy with new HVAC system. Looking foward to comfort and reduced operating costs.

I was very happy with my experience with Care Heating and Cooling. They were able to work me in, into an already very busy schedule and their technician Kyle took the time to walk with through everything step by step. I would highly recommend both Care and Kyle and will be using them in the future. I also signed up for their maintenance program which I feel is a great service they provide
