I buy a package for the furnace and A/C and they come out twice a year. I think they are very honest and thorough.

It went fine. He came in, identified the broken piece, and we waited a week or two to have the work done. We ended up going with a different company because they were offering a deal.

Honest, they are straight forward on what was wrong. Atlas should have replaced it. They open the AC, which caused an problem. This company found their mistake, and they were very honest.

They quoted me on an 80% efficiency AC. Very nice salesman came. There was an huge mark up on the AC unit. You have to be careful on what they are trying to sell you. People will price other units, and to be honest salesmen work on commission. I would use them for repairs only.

They wanted to start with the recharge of Freon in the AC unit, instead of spending more to locate an leak. They were very responsive, honest Technicians. They were straight forward, I signed on for an year service, where they came once an season.

Shawn showed up on time and proceeded to install our new home furnace. Shawn did an excellent job, explaining things as he went along and offering helpful suggestions on how to properly use our heating and cooling system most efficiently. He worked very hard, not only installing the furnace but also sealing any openings nearby. He fully tested both the heating and cooling system before leaving. We are very pleased with Care and the service they have provided us for a long time. We've had a service plan with them for many years, where they check our cooling and heating system twice per year. They've always been honest and trustworthy and we highly recommend them. We're snug as a bug with our new furnace!

I called in Friday morning and the service tech came in the afternoon, The office did great job to send technician asap. Mr. Seth the young professional technician did great job, very knowledgeable, very professional, very patient. He quick diagnosed and done the job clean and thorough. Saved me thousands of dollars.( someone told me that the whole unit has to be replaced).

Great....they were prompt, professional and did not try to sell anything. They even email a summary report of their findings after the service visit. It is the best I have ever used.

I did not receive any notification to schedule the annual furnace maintenance until October 27, after the heating season had already begun. At that time, I was told that the service could not be scheduled until late December, the day after Christmas no less. After three years of monthly payments on a service contract at this address and multiple years at a previous address, I would expect a higher priority. Certainly not what they advertise!

Great work overall, but found an air freshener turned upside down and liquid was over the floor. It was hard to remove.

Came out same day we called for service. Fixed problem promptly, price was comparable to industry standard for replacement part from what I was told by others.

The work was well done and there was no pressure for additional services.

The installers arrived on time. They were very professional, polite, clean, and efficient. They explained the operation details clearly before leaving. At the subsequent inspection by the city of Columbus, the inspector complimented the excellent installation. I would highly recommend care heating and cooling! The system has functioned beautifully.

When i called to schedule the furnace tune-up today, I was told that the two tune-ups were performed at the same time the previous March. Although I assumed that the issues related to the furnace were part of the warranty, I'm now told that the work was already done.

The service tech was trying to tell me that my heat exchanger was cracked and said that it would be about $1,900 in labor to fix it. There was no cost on the parts, because they are under warranty. This did prompt me to get a price on a new furnace, through CARE. I found out later, that there is no problem with my furnace and if there was, I could have had the same problem fixed for around $700.

matt fixed the furnace, offered lower cost options, was very knowledgeable and professional, our a/c was replaced about 5 years ago by care, they were the lowest price, and the best service,i would advise any one who needs hvac service to call this company #A+

Timely arrival, well prepared-went to work-did a super job no trash left-neat work man ship.

The old a/c failed on Thursday. Wade came to our home Saturday and explained several options and costs based on our criteria. He was very helpful and not pushy. We made a choice of both a/c and new furnace and they were installed on Tuesday. Jason & Andy were professional, friendly and cleaned up after their work. They used heavy mats to protect our floors which was much appreciated.

I've had them do various things mainly just checking it in the fall and checking it in the spring type of thing.

It was fine. They were pretty good. The pricing was fair.

Added frieon but it still trips circuit ,not really fixed. Will look for different company. Second time their answer to issues is to add frieon and charge over $100 a pound.

great! the service tech was able to diagnose the issue immediately and was able to fix the problem within a half hour. He then explained their service plan as a payment option rather than paying for each individual service call (like this one) which I took advantage of and save some money plus have confidence of having the unit serviced twice annually at the beginning of heating and cooling seasons.
