They were very professional and conscientious. They installed an efficient zonal heating system that required additional duct work and quite a bit of tweaking. They showed up numerous times and worked until it was installed and working correctly. They also spent time educating us on the new wifi thermostat which was very helpful.

We have an annual contract with them. One person came out. It took about half an hour to complete.

Jason and Kirk were outstanding. On time, professional, excellent workmanship. I could have what for better service & craftsmanship.

We had them come out for a furnace check up. The technician (Wolfe) told us our humidifier on the furnace was broken. He offered to replace it for $650. We declined because we wanted the orginal installer of our furnace to come out to take a look at it. They came out for a service call of $115 and found nothing wrong with the humidifier. And said if the humidifier was broken it would cost $450. We called CARE and asked them to reimburse the $115 since their technician was wrong. They said there was no mention of a bad humifier on Wolfe's work order form, so they would not refund the money. We feel very scammed by this company.

The repair guy arrived 75 minutes later that the time he said he would be there and took a look at the situation. He made an assessment of the situation and charged us for the service call -- but unfortunately did not give us the coupon discount after we told him we had a coupon. He then set us up to talk to a salesman the next day. We met with the salesman (Tye) the following day. He was a nice enough guy and looked at the situation and offered us several options for a new furnace and humidifier. The price for the difference options were presented -- they were all pretty highly priced based on what little we knew about how much it would cost to replace the 16 year old furnace and humidifier. After he departed we decided we would talk to another company to compare prices and that's what shocked us. The other company (I won't name them here but I'll give them a great review if the work is done up to specifications) came in with a price for the same product that was nearly $2,000 less than the price quoted by Care. So, unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Care and chose to take our business elsewhere.

The sales person was great-after he sold the service he came back the day before and the day of installation. Explained a change was needed and why. The installers were friendly and efficient. Once work was complete all the mess was cleaned up they were on time.

Andy & Chris showed up early ( I was very happy) to start the work of replacing furnace & AC units. The guys were at all times friendly, professional. Cleaned up all old units and hauled them away. No mess of any kind left behind.

I would note their techs are professional, courteous and they do quality work. My concern is with their service plan, which auto renewed for a second year at $16 a month without any notification or opportunity to cancel. After it renews, you can't cancel for another year without incurring penalties. In addition, I planned to use Care for a Water Heater replacement. Care sent a salesman, who seemed somewhat irritated because we got crossed up on the time to meet at the house, and I was a little later than he expected. The Care salesman provided me an estimate that was about $500 -$600 higher (even with the discount from my maintenance plan), than an independent, highly rated HVAC guy who I found on Angie's list. The cost differential was despite the independent quoting me on a Rheem unit, which I would argue is equal if not superior to the Bradford White unit Care Sales. I ended up using the independent, and was very satisfied with the cost and his work

Install team arrived on time, was extremely clean and took care to protect all flooring before they started work. They completed the work in 2 hours less than expected. The install team completed testing and showed all functionally and move sure I knew all the features before leaving.

1st tech replaced fuse & found problem with gas valve inop. 2nd tech replaced gas valve to fix furnace the next day. The furnace worked for about 24 hours before the fuse blowed. So on the 5th day a tech came out to find my circuit board was bad. That is when I scheduled an appointment with sales. On the 10th day I had my new furnace installed.

I called on one of the coldest days (so far), and I could not get an appointment till that Thursday. Luckily, it was starting to get warmer (was 60 day of service call). Wes came in, turned on the furnace and quickly determined that there was a clog in one of the drain lines. He also explained to me how that part works, and where things can go wrong. He checked all of the parts, and did find a little water in the blower as well. He also checked the heat exchanger, and that checked out okay. After he cleaned out the clog, he ran co2 test ( as well as a couple other air quality checks at the furnance.) and it all checked out fine as well. He made mention of a care plan that for around $16 a month, would cover the service charge for all visits, including the one he just made. I signed up for that, and also get a one AC check up in the spring/summer and a furnance check in the fall.

BUYER BEWARE!! NO 24 HOUR SERVICE! This can be very dangerous in the winter months with no heat.

So for someone not in HVAC business, I was able to locate the part for 27.00, have it Saturday overnight delivery for 45.00 and five minutes of my time to replace the part and we have heat! The only thing that went well was my refund for becoming a preferred care customer. I did email the company my complaint also but never heard back. So in my opinion they really don't CARE and they will never ever step in to a house I own or work on a furnace or air conditioner that under my responsibility.

They're expensive. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Excellent, showed up when he said he would and performed the yearly checkup of the furnace. Professional and pleasant.

They were great! They were very prompt, they answered all our questions clearly, even when I kept asking a couple of times to make sure I understood. There were a lot of rebates involved with the equipment that we brought. They made sure that we had all the paperwork, so that I could file the rebates quicker, plus the $400. They were really good at scheduling, they were there when they said, they cleaned up after themselves, they showed me how everything works. They are very professional. We have used them for years, even servicing our old unit.

A Care technician first came to the house to diagnose a high pitched sound coming from the furnace, she determined that the fan motor was going bad, It would have been expensive to repair it so she set me up with an appointment with someone to discuses the price of a new furnace.

The technician came within the 3 hour schedule window. Performed a thorough inspection of the furnace including basic cleaning. Even did a carbon monoxide test. He did find issues with the heat exchanger that may show signs of being cracked but as it was not currently life threatening he was not pushy or attempted to scare us into committing to replacement on the spot. He offered to have the office call to discuss repair or replacement options for us.

The service guys showed up when they said they would. Took out my old furnace, installed the new one, cleaned up. Included a new carbon monoxide detector and thermostat. System is working great!

They did a great job and confirmed our suspicions about another provider.

The salesperson was exceptional at taking the time to understand my needs and desires along with the idiosyncrasies of my home and install. The installers were friendly professional, and their workmanship was top notch. The system works and looks great!

It turned out well. They were friendly and explained what was going on.
