Description of Work: I am having issues with my intake pipe on high efficiency furnace. water keeps getting into furnace. I do not think a very good check was made of the system when it was installed as there were other issues also, like AC would not turn on, intake pipe was not insulated. and there is one one problem to correct with the leaking water.

Description of Work: We woke up and our furnace wasn't working. I called as soon as their office was open and they had someone out within the hour-with no emergency service charge! Arrived when expected, inspected furnace and gave us multiple options to chose from with no high pressure sales pitch. Service was completed in a professional, timely and clean manner. Price was good. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased a service agreement with them early in the year to check the air conditioner (in spring) and furnace (in fall). In the fall they came out to inspect the furnace and I was very happy(as always) with Care heating and cooling. The technician was on time, extremely polite, and also very clean. He answered my questions during the inspection, and let me know that I have a motor that is functioning at the moment, but may be a problem over the winter. There was no pressure to fix it or any type of 'upcharge' suggested. I did ask what would happen if the motor did fail and if it would be a problem to get a replacement and he said no. | |I have to say that I was very happy with both technicians that came to service my AC and furnace. They were both very professional, and I plan on purchasing the service package from Care Heating and Cooling next year as well.

Description of Work: Remodeling 2nd floor bedroom with new storage and closet system required moving floor heating/cooling piping and vent out further into room. Thought about trying it myself, glad I didn't. It required savvy and tools I did not possess. Job took about an hour, results fine.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of HVAC system. Received quotes from 3 different companies which were all good, went with CARE because of my previous experience with them repairing my previous system and the fact that they had the lowest cost. Cost was the lowest, they have decent financing options, and were prompt with everything. Install went great, inspection found no problem, and my system works well. Overall they did a great job, it was a smooth process, and I am confident in my final decision to go with them.

Description of Work: Paid for a diagnostic coupon on AL. Pretty much feel like it was a scam. Over paid to have coolant filled IMO after a leak was detected but it was going to be another 500-2000 to find and fix the leak??? No thanks. Like I said coupon was a scam. Knew the price to refill coolant was high but at that point I would have to pay another service charge to another company. |Will go elsewhere next time.

Description of Work: They came out to check my furnace and find out if there is something wrong with he coil. They were fine. They had a special at the time and I did not know about it.

Description of Work: First our air went out on a Saturday Called the service and a real person ansered, she took the took the message. We got a call right away and he said he would be at our house Sunday at 10am. He did and fixed the problem. Our unit is 18 years old he fixed a problem that was performed in our Spring checkup. Decided on s new unit. everything went swimming. I recommend theses people. This company is great.

Description of Work: We are in need of a new furnace and a/c unit, but were not in a position to do it at this time. CARE was very helpful in getting us an estimate for the new unit, as well as recharging the a/c system to get us through for the time being. Will definitely use them for our new system in the next 90-120 days.

The representative explained the different features of the furnaces and a/c's that would be best for our home and made certain I was comfortable with my decision. Three installers were absolutely great!! It's all good.

Description of Work: Have been using CARE for regular tuneups of our heating/air conditioning service for at least four or five years. Excellent workmanship. The company also helped us level the outside air conditioner which had developed a lean to it over the years. Totally recommend the company and its service team.
