Excellent customer service from start to finish and I got a reasonable price for the products offered

Compared to other companies I've had I feel that they are not quite as good.

They came out quickly. They were nice. They didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. He showed me ways to keep it working smoothly with less stress on the motor.

A friend referred the co. Had 2 other estimates also. Th co sent Wade Smith within a day or two to give a free est. Care had a great price for the AC and a furnace. The lowest. Installer (2 guys) came out at the specified time and done by 7:30. Didn't take any brks. Worked diligently and very neat, friendly with my dog. Explained the new system, included 1 yr maint at no x-tra price. Great experience, nice guys. Will recommend as a good company.

They were very professional when called. There was supposed to be a wait for several days since they were quite busy. They asked if I wanted to be called if there was a cancellation. The same day I was called from their office and the technician saying he could come over. He got our air working quickly and was very affordable. Thanks for a great job!

We have an annual contract with them. They come out each year. I would tell my friends and family they have excellent service.

The technician did a careful study, trying to revive the old system, but to no avail. Then, in a very professional manner, he explained our options. Given the age of the system, we decided to replace it. We then scheduled one of their sales people to come talk to us. He was prompt and very professional. He explained the different models available, pros and cons without any sales pressure. We made our choice and scheduled the installer. He too was prompt and very professional; he did a great job! We are now back in the comfort zone, nice and cool!

If it looks like a duct, and quacks like a duct (well, standard HVAC ductwork that is), I thought who better to do that than an HVAC company. I liked what I saw here on Angie's list about Care. However, after taking my number, checking and calling me back (very promptly), they claim not to do this. Not do what? Install ductwork? They guy on the phone was very nice and polite... but how does an HVAC company not install ductwork? Very confused and a bit disappointed. Not the experience I was expecting. Oh well... back to the drawing board.

The installers showed up on time. They did a neat and professional job.

Ed came with an assistant, who was in-training, learning the trade. Ed told me up front "we'll be here most of the day. We don't rush to another job. We want this done right the first time." True to his word, he was at our house form 8:15-5. When he was finished, he walked me through all he had done, and showed me how to operate. He was detailed and considerate. He carefully covered all the floor. I never felt uncomfortable with him in the house. He was professional and conscientious, and unobtrusive in the house.

Care Heating & Cooling did an excellent job. We chose this company because they were reasonably priced and, more importantly, the sales rep. listened to our particular needs and provided appropriate quotes and equipment. The installation was done professionally, punctually, and friendly.

Bought an older house so I called CARE to do a tune-up on our furnace because they seem to have a good reputation. The technician was very kind and professional and described everything that he checked. I purchased the plan so they would come back in spring for the air conditioner. All the tune-ups went fine, my only minor issue was the CARE Plan said it would have "priority scheduling" but when I called to schedule the spring appointment the timeline was at least 1 to 2 months before someone could come. What would it be like if I didn't have the plan?

Great! Christie was very knowledgeable & didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Install was scheduled quickly and went smoothly. Everything has worked wonderfully so far. Would definitely use again.

Basement structured work and re-pouring the basement floor recurred us to have the furnace removed and re installed. Kristy (the sales engineer) and Ed and his team (installers) were professional and helpful from beginning to end. They were punctual and did a great job!

Its compatible, its good. There was one worker. The work took an hour and a half to complete. The area was clean.

Very good job and had a good deal on Angie's list for price too. Punctual, professional, and friendly. Even replaced our filter for free since ours was so dirty. Offered other services and recommendations, but not pushy at all. Planning to contact them again for a new furnace soon.

They are very dependable. They show up when their suppose to show up. They were very reasonable when it came time to replace the furnace and air conditioning. It's very easy to schedule appointment. The staff is very helpful, they are sensitive to your needs, their sensitive to your schedule. I've been very happy with them.

Care completed the installation in one day with no complaints for over $1200 less than the comparison quote I received from Columbus Worthington Air. I would highly recommend them. Be sure to entroll in the care premium plan to save an additional 5%.

The whole team was great! Kelly and Tate came out to do my twice yearly unit service. They immediately pointed out some safety issues and contacted their salesperson, Shane. Shane was at my home within two hours. He examined my current equipment and gave me my options. The installers were scheduled for two days later and spent 6 hours making everything up to their standards. They were all very personable, professional and made me feel very informed. They definitely had my best interest in mind. It wasn't just a job or for the money.

Service person was right on time. Completed the work in the time frame he gave me. Professional. Answered my questions. Good experience overall.

Care called to see if the technician could come before my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. James arrived and quickly got to work, and gave us good advice on improving our furnace filter. He checked out the system, and said everything was fine. We have had no problems in 10 years, and are reassured that we should have no issues in the near future.

Very well. All workers were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Each step was explained in detail that included installation of new ductwork and a touch screen thermostat. The use of the system was patiently explained and required a few returning calls to get the bugs out. They did this promptly and we couldn’t be happier with our system.
