About us

My name is Josh Branham and I am the Owner and Lead Inspector of By-Lions Home Inspections, LLC. I completed my course work at Hondros College of Business for Home Inspections. I have extensive training in home inspection services, as I completed several hundreds of hours with Forrest Lines. I am an active member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), as well as a local member of the Ohio Chapter. Home inspection is my passion and I enjoy educating the buyer on safety, maintenance and the components of their potential home. Buying can be stressful; By-Lions is here to simplify the process and answer any questions related to the condition of the home. We strive to be the most professional, high-quality home inspection company in the state while providing top-of-the-line customer service to our clients!

Description of Work: Basic home inspection. We did not do radon/termites. Forrest and Danielle met us at the property and conducted a two+ hour interior/exterior inspection. Their report was done before noon on Monday. Forrest was thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Forrest provided excellent service. He showed up early for the appointment. Inspected for radon and termites. Both were found. Gave a professional assessment of some problems concerning the home that I decided to terminate the agreement. So the home inspection will be done when I find another property. He wrote a letter concerning the issues and did not charge for the limited inspection that he did provide.

Could not get anyone on the phone.
Description of Work: Attempted to reach this company by phone and no one answered. Called three times throughout the day with the same ending. They need to have voice mail.

I am very sorry that this happened and do not know why we never made contact. I have voice mail on all my phones and return calls promptly as needed. If there was something I could do to fix this I would. Unfortunately the damage has been done and I am very sorry. Perhaps if you tried once more to catch me you would find that it is possible.
