Bradley Electric

I selected their deal, which gave me 2 hours of electrical service for $199. I called and left messages and sent emails via their website asking someone to contact me but nobody did. Thankfully, Angie's List changed their policy so we pay the vendor directly so I can move on to another vendor without losing any money.

It went very well. Ethernet wasn't their forte, but the technician did his homework and got everything set up perfectly. I have hidden plugs for my 4K wall-mounted TVs and a truly networked home for future bandwidth upgrades.

It went very well. They were on time and very efficient. I have used them many times before and know that they do quality work.

Everything went great. Scheduling was easy. The electrician who did the work was punctual, professional and efficient. I would definitely hire again and recommend for any job.

We could not have asked for better advice or service from our first call until the job was over - period. I believe in doing my homework and we had 3 quotes with Bradley winning the price war with ease. But the price was not why we decided to hire them. Their people won the job and our respect - you won't be sorry with Bradley in your home.

Electricians arrived early to scope out the work and prepare tools before AEP arrived to disconnect service. As soon as AEP arrived, work commenced and the job was done and power was back up in an hour and 15 mins. They were friendly, professional, timely, and completed professional work.

Rob Hall, the owner of Bradley Electric suggested we call AEP Ohio and have them check the line; he would have been happy to come out right away if AEP determined the problem wasn't outside. AEP arrived quickly, found that ice had formed in our power line into our house, and had it repaired quickly for free. We greatly appreciated Rob's suggestion we call AEP before he came out.

The tech had to go to the attic and unknown to us he removed the insulation. We have had two episodes of pipe breakage due to freezing. The latest was this month and we had 3-5 inches of water in the basement. I have had this house for over 20 years and no problem until Bradley Electric removed the attic insulation.

I called Wednesday, 1/10/18, to arrange an appointment. The employee that I spoke with was very professional and unhurried. He explained all the costs etc.and scheduled an appointment for Friday,,1/12/18 from 2-4 PM. I waited in vain for someone to show up. At the end of the appointment time I called and got a voice mail. I left a message stating that an electrician had not come and I left my phone number with a request to call me. I have not received a phone call or an email.

Although a month goes by and no contact I messaged them they apologized said someone would get back with me ASAP another month nothing. To bad they did previous work that I rated them a. I really wanted them to do the work

Wanted two outlets installed. Both in exterior walls. They had troubles with fish tape but where able to get it after they cut into dry wall. Could tell this was last job of day (Friday). Also, tracked snow/wet into house and could care less. They did clean up dry wall dust. The junior guy was more responsive and did most of the work as the other guy had to run and get parts.

Very professional, very punctual, very communicative. I will certainly be using them as my electricians in the future. They explained everything to me, were clear about the costs (which was less than estimates from other companies), and even fixed a light in my bathroom for free!!

Bradley Electric is always very professional and they immediately diagnosed the problem and corrected the portion of the job they could, doing Ralph Rhodes job for him. They repaired the portion they were able to. Part of the job they could not correct due to components used were so crappy and clearly not done by a liscenced electrician that they urged me to contact our contractor again and insist on the repair. Bradley does quality work and it simply would have taken weeks for them to order parts this crappy to install, while to change out the entire system that had been put in would have been prohibitive and require tearing our newly remodeling work. We will never do another remodel without Bradley Electric on board. As for our original contractor, we have waited over four months and he has still not repaired his faulty work. Thanks to Bradley Electric for getting a much needed kitchen outlets working again in a timely fashion.

Perfectly-exactly what I wanted. Workmen were WONDERFUL-professional, neat, polite, friendly. Work was done perfectly with NO MESS . Very reasonable price for quality of work and time spent. I recommed VERY highly. This is the second great job they have done for me.

10 minutes after he was due, tech called to say some folks had called off so he'd be about 90 minutes late. No call after 90 minutes. I called office and got a recording that said they were on a skeleton crew this week!!!! I never would have scheduled if I knew that. As an aside, I have had zero luck getting most electrical repair folks to even return calls or emails. Horrible customer service.

Excellent job. The electric heater made my sun rom cozy and warm. Love my under cabinet lights.

Called and spoke with Rob and he was a great listener. He was up front with the cost of the "Troubleshooting Call" (which there is an Angie's list coupon for) and said he would call me back to see if someone could come that day since they were in the area. He called back within minutes and we scheduled a time that day. Brad and another team member showed up when their other appointment was over. They worked quickly to narrow down the problem, checking breakers, outlets, mapping out the issue, and logically pinpointing the problem area. They discovered that SQUIRRELS had moved into the screened porch and CHEWED the wiring that powers the fans and lights in that outdoor porch. So that explains the GFI trips (protecting those darn squirrels) that we didn't have a logical explanation for. I appreciated their quick work. Ultimately they cut and capped the wiring to the outdoor porch which we will have repaired when warmer weather comes around. But our other outdoor and bathroom plugs will continue to work!

The Team that showed up was professional, upfront with pricing, and got immediately to work. I have an older home and they noticed a few issues (some bigger than others) but weren't overly dramatic about them. I've found living in an older home, professionals tend to freak out whenever they're confronted by something that isn't "by the modern book". They quickly fixed what I asked for and gave me straightforward advice on how to, eventually, handle the other matters. They were early but called to confirm that was okay. Overall, very good service and will absolutely recommend and use again.

technician was a pleasure to work with

This is the 2nd time I have had them do work for me and we even more impressed this time. They were very fast, very efficient, cleaned up perfectly, answered all my questions, and the price was right. Setting up a 4 station intercom system was not easy. The system I had purchased on Amazon had excellent range and clarity, but had a number of concerns posted on the difficulty of setting up a 4 location system. Bradley's people what they were about and made it work perfectly. It was not a job that I had the skill to do.

. Even though they knew a ceiling fan was to be installed, they didn't tell us until after they got here that they needed a special box & said they could come back to install for $200. They removed the old bathroom light & discovered the new light I had bought was too large. They put the old light back & neglected to point out they had torn a portion of my painted wall away during the removal process. The exterior light was installed correctly as far as I could tell.

Simply needed new bulbs. Charged me full price.
