I completed the form posted on Bradley Electric’s website describing the work and requesting an estimate and response. I waited over a week and contacted another company who was prompt to reply to my request and the work has been completed.

We are very happy with the results. Chris and Bull were very friendly and professional. They tested the controls of our old ceiling fan to see if it could be fixed before replacing it with one we had bought. Chris also tried to fix a light in our kitchen light fixture (it doesn't always go on right away). Our Angie'sList membership and discount coupon helped defray some of the cost.

They were the second company I hired. Checked all wiring and found one bad plug repaired said plug correcting it. bill was for $220.00 much much cheaper then first company's inspection estimate. First company found the same bad plug but wanted yo redo electric service.

Bradley Electric sent two men out to fix our outlets. They were up front that it would cost $199 for up to 2 hours plus $25 per person each for each 15 mins thereafter. They very promptly discovered the problem. Corrected them quickly - so much so that they came, worked, and left within 20 mins. All in all, they have great ratings (that's why I went with them) but I still feel that for a 20 min service call they are incredibly expensive. Would I hire again? I honestly dont know. Their employees were very friendly and professional. I think I'd prefer a company that gives a lesser amount for a service call with an estimate or offer people a lower rate if the job takes considerably less than the 2 hours. I know nothing about electrical work and was worried something more serious was wrong. I was given the Angie's $20 discount

Called Bradley based on the reviews on Angie's List. Was having problems in my new home, which my contractor was working on, but I wanted a second opinion. Talked to Rob, who patiently talked me through some trouble shooting tips, and we were able to isolate the problem. These guys are absolutely awesome. I have just made them my go-to electrical provider for all time!

Bradley Electric did not perform any service for me, but they fielded a call and walked me through troubleshooting my issue, which worked! He was extremely courteous and showed concern about the cost of having a service call. I will definitely call them again if I need electrical work.

I called Bradley based on the quality of their AngiesList reviews, and they were polite and professional on the phone. The techs who came out were also friendly and polite, and I at the time expected a positive outcome. Sadly that has not been the case. I called them out to assess/fix a broken/flooded well light in my landscape lighting that I suspected was causing my entire rear lighting system to not work and to fix an exterior dimmer switch that was constantly triggering a ground fault breaker to flip. They sent two techs - so I would get them for about one hour. In that time, one tech was able to determine that my entire landscape lighting system was badly under voltage and many lights were burned out because of it. He promised me an estimate by the next day for repairing the system. The other fixed the switch. However, I never received such an estimate, nor a phone call indicating that one was coming/delayed. I called them and left a voicemail - a week later I hadn't received a callback. Then I called again, and went straight to voicemail on three separate calls during business hours. Furthermore, on inspection, the work on the switch repair was not what I would call great. While the switch works now, the cover and switch were not screwed flush against the box - leaving a fairly large gap between the box and switch plate. What's the point of a cover on an exterior switch if it's got a giant gap for moisture/bugs/whatever to get in? Furthermore, a power drill was used to force the switch into place, partially stripping the screws - which is going to be fun when I have to go back and try to fix the job. So, they charged me nearly two hundred bucks and sent two guys to dig up a bit of my garden bed and tell me my entire landscape lighting system is shot, and do a shoddy job fixing a single lightswitch. I guess I'll be finding a different electrician to actually fix the problem.

Over the past year I have had quite a bit of work done by Bradley, including installation of kitchen can lights and an additional light switch for them, three new bedroom fans, including one in a vaulted, highly slanted ceiling, and (most recently) installation of a new can light over the shower in our guest bathroom and a new bathroom fan. For the kitchen, switches, and fans, Rob came and did the estimate, and made the suggestions as to which types of lights and what arrangement to use, and he recommended fan setups to use based on our rooms. When it was time to do the work, they supplied the lights and I supplied the fans. Everything turned out great. Honestly, the Bradley guys are just awesome - the work is done at a very fair price and they are quick to fit you in to do it (typically less than a week for me), and they get the job done quickly as well. It has been a year since we had the kitchen can lights installed and in that time two of them have gone dead - I just emailed Rob and he sent someone right over to switch it out for me. They also are really good about minimizing the amount of mess that they make in my house - I'm always surprised how little mess/cleaning/repair there is after the job is done, given the tasks I've asked to be completed. I'm sure if I tried to do the work myself I would have made 10x the mess - the Bradley guys seems to really know how to accomplish installations with the bare minimum of new holes in the wall, etc. All of the electricians I've met that work for Bradley are also just really great people - very professional, but also very personable and friendly. I have really enjoyed chatting with them while they're working. I have been so happy with my interactions with this company, and with the job they've done. I can't recommend them highly enough, and tell all my friends as well!

Very well. There was a complication from an old leak that required drywall removal for inspection behind 1 outlet. It had not disintegrated beyond that outlet so no further work was required besides replacement of drywall. We had to hire someone for that at an additional cost.

Great! I had no problem scheduling an appointment. I think the gentleman who answered the phone was the owner. It was a pleasure to talk with him. He was not brusque and didn't try to hurry me. The two installers were professional and courteous and arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely use Bradley Electric again.

On time, professional and quick work.

I called Bradley Electric on 5/8/2018 to repair our attic fan system (electric motor and thermostat/humidistat controller) which would not start or run. They set up a repair appointment for 5/14/2018 between 8 and 10 AM. A senior electrician and assistant came to our house on time on 5/14/2018, tested the attic fan system, and the owner supplied replacement attic fan electric motor. They installed the new motor and deduced that the thermostat/humidistat controller had failed. I immediately set up a ``continuation of service’’ appointment for 6/4/2018 to test and install a new thermostat/humidistat controller, once I had obtained one from the original manufacture. The same senior electrician and assistant came to our house on time on 6/4/2018, and tested and installed the owner supplied thermostat/humidistat controller. They then tested the entire attic fan system and made sure it was running properly. The repaired attic fan system has worked great ever since the above work was done, in all kinds of weather conditions. The senior electrician and assistant did an excellent job on both appointments. They were very efficient, personable, and professional. They and this company were very honest and have excellent customer service. (Note that we also got the Angie’s List member discount here.) We would definitely use Bradley Electric again.

Bradley Electric was not prepared and had to leave the house to get the correct part twice. They also dropped their drill twice on the ceramic floor in the bathroom and chipped the grout. The electricians need to be more careful with their tools and the customer's property.

They were great even though we ran into hiccups, having an older home. We had to go with plan b, installing a wall unit, rather than a ceiling light and fan, but they stuck by their original estimate even though multiple visits were needed to finish the job.
