Bradley Electric

Sales rep refused to quote my request to drop the EV charging line from a switch on an existing (seldom used) hot tub line, so that he could quote a $4,200 service and panel upgrade. Then he is a week late providing the email quote he promised.

Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

The work went well, Frank, the owner, originally came out for an estimate. He was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. Nate and his associate came on time and worked for a number of hours to replace all the above electrical parts. They shut off the electricity for about 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and answered all our questions.

After discussing the project on the phone with Tyler and Rob, they promised to send a written quote. Then... silence. Tried calling and emailing but no response for days. I want to get this work done, but not sure I want to do business with a company that is this hard to contact *before* the sale.

Bradley Electric was very responsive, able to come out quickly, and were efficient. The job took less time that I was quoted on the phone. The electricians were kind and knowledgable. Someone in the office even called to see how our service was within hours of the project being completed because he saw that our invoice was processed. Would definitely rehire!

Rob at Bradley Electrical answered the call, and while being professional, courteously and demonstrating empathy, he assured us that he would have someone out the very next day, all the while answering our questions and explaining what we could expect around pricing and service. The very next day, the owner of the company and a member of his team came out, and while I could not be there, my wife was amazed by not only how quickly they went about diagnosing the issue, but their overall professionalism, courtesy, and the genuineness they demonstrated in explaining what caused the issue, our options and best recommendation. Although Tyler and his crew got my basement rough-in for the light fixtures, all other systems are go. They were fast and efficient. I would hire them again. Hey!!

We have used them several times of the past couple years, and will continue to use them. They are a little pricey when it comes to adding new fixtures on top of their hourly rate, but they were easy to schedule, on time, professional, etc.

Work was excellent! Installed 2 ceiling fans in 1st floor of 2 story house (no attic access). They were able to install fans with only 1 hall in ceiling (none in walls) for each fan. Great work. Chris and the other gentleman (don’t remember his name) did a great job. The B on punctuality was due to a scheduling mix up that caused us to reschedule.

I hired Bradley Electric to replace a closet light fixture, replace a yard light, and bond our CSST gas lines. The electricians arrived on time, were friendly, and did nice work. They also gave me some advice on what kinds of lights would look attractive in our kitchen. They were total pros, and I would hire them again.

Our experience with Bradley Electric was excellent. Anthony and Ethan were amazing!!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and took care of our home by wearing protective footwear and cleaned up when the project was finished. I really appreciate the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time wrapping their heads around the project to come up with the best course of action to achieve my goals for the work. I was always kept informed of the work that was being done to ensure that I approved of the placement of the conduit lines and holes that would be placed in my walls. I could not be more please from my first contact with the company to the completion of the job. The owner was courteous, called when expected to confirm the job date and showed up on time. They were efficient, cleaned up after the ceiling fans were installed and just down right as nice as could be. They are now my official go to company for anything electrical. I have found every service I have needed as a homeowner through Angie's list and have never been disappointed. The same goes for Bradley Electric. They have a customer for life.

Great! We were frantic trying to find someone to come out on the same day, as our hard-wired smoke detectors were beeping non-stop despite our best efforts to fix them. They first tried to help us troubleshoot the problem over the phone and then squeezed us in the same day. The electrician came early and fixed the problem. They ended up charging us less than their quote which was amazing! They certainly didn't need to do that, but they ended up fixing the wiring faster than they planned. I would definitely hire them again, as they came out and made time for us and didn't charge us an exorbitant amount even though it was last-minute.

Tyler, Chris, and their crew did an excellent job over a 2-day period, covering a significant amount of work: installing three new bathroom exhaust fans, removing several light fixtures and a ceiling fan, installing nearly 20 light fixtures (mostly LED ceiling wafers) in various areas (kitchen, family room, garage), and moving our main power line feed / meter location from the middle of the house to the end of the house (which required AEP to do a scheduled outage to our home). Everything went smoothly, and everybody — including Rob at the home office — communicated very well about all the logistics. We were very happy with the way they helped modernize and improve our recently purchased 1970s-era house. (Tyler was also very helpful in letting us know which items that our home inspector suggested, during our pre-purchase walkthrough, really weren't necessary — saving us money, obviously.) My only two criticisms would be that: 1) there seemed to be some out-of-sight but not out-of-earshot arguments between the main guys and their workers/subcontractors, regarding how the work was being done, which was concerning, and 2) when they needed to move things around in our basement, presumably to help them with wiring, they left much of it out of place — and they also left small messes in some areas (wiring scraps, bits of insulation, etc.). Regardless, I would definitely hire Bradley Electric in the future.

If you are in the market for an Electrician, look no further! The team at Bradley Electric was amazing! No joke! They took such good care of us, were so thorough, walked us threw every issue they encountered, were able to give us answers when all other electricians couldn't, were so kind and really took care of our home when doing the work. The entire team was so friendly, professional and truly just a joy to have in our home!

A 50 amp breaker went out in our electrical panel, which controlled about half of the electrical in the house. AEP came to the house and said that the problem was in the house, and not an AEP issue. I found Bradley Electric through Angie's list, and they came to the house that same day. It turns out that we needed a new panel because the current panel was not to code. They came back within a week (after installing a temporary breaker), and replaced the panel, and did some outside wiring. They also did additional work which included, installing a kitchen chandelier fixture, installing two outdoor light fixtures, and repaired an outdoor electrical outlet. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and promptness.

Service is no performed by this company. Individual answering the phone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He inquired on my task and advised me the correct resource to fix my issue. Thanks so much!

Bradley Electric did an amazing job on our home. We only had ceiling fan lighting in most of our rooms and they were able to update everything with new wafer lights without causing any damage and needing drywall repairs. We also updated 170+ outlets and switches from old fashioned light almond to a crisp, clean white. The guys did everything in one day and were extremely professional and very nice. Would recommend to family and friends and would hire again.

Excellent installation. The lead electrician really knew his stuff and was able to install a fan my husband (who is quite handy) could not figure out. The job was completed in a timely manner and the room was not messed up at all! He was also able to give me a quote on another job for lighting and was very knowledgable in the area.

I am beholding to Bradley Electric, Tyler, and his crew, for a job well done! I am totally impressed with their responsiveness, knowledge, and competent ness. They have my loyalty.
