Description of Work: They installed a whole house surge protector at my home and the experience was good. Very professional. They also installed the same item at my Mom's place as well as updated the electrical panel. They also did a few outlet updates too and were done in a day. Very happy with the work and the company.

Description of Work: Came to the house to ground the gas line. We were advised by both our plumbers and electrician to do this after several houses in the area were struck by lightening and caused extensive fire damage. They arrived on time (actually they were ahead of schedule and called to see if I was available which is even better!), they were in and out in 20 minutes. They explained the work that was done, asked if I needed any additional quotes or had questions about projects and were done. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I found out my outside outlets didn't work when I went to plug in my Christmas lights. I used a coupon for Bradley electric to come out to fix it. Even though Bradley Electric was booked up for several weeks, they found a spot to get me in because it was for my Christmas lights. The 2 technicians were very prompt and courteous. They worked diligently to find the source of my problem. It turned out to be a tripped GFI outlet hidden behind a basement door. I would never have found it on my own. I would use Bradley Electric again for an electrical problem.

Description of Work: Bradley did an excellent inspection of my home system, made corrections were needed and provide excellent advice.

Description of Work: Installed underground electrical supply to garage. Employees trenched through yard and tree roots. Electrical supply installed in conduit to above ground garage connection. Electical connection made in house to existing electrical panel switch. Great care taken when trenching to return lawn to original appearance without reseeding. The only part of job which displeased me was the non use of a drop cloth inside the house to collect drywall dust when making interior connections in the basement ceiling. Pleased with job otherwise. No additional charges or surprises estimate was amount paid.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99 for 2 Man Hours of Licensed, Professional Electrical Labor. I was told up front that there would be a tall ladder charge since I was having a second story spot light replaced (so, no surprises). In addition, I was told over the phone that the deal did not include new electrical outlets, but that the guys could give me a quote when they arrived. The outlet was a very straight forward job, so they charged $85 including the hardware. They installed the spot light & also fixed some wiring in my dining room light so that it would work on a separate light switch. The guys arrived when expected and did a great job. Plus, their rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our very outdated electrical box was replaced, and upgraded (from a 100amp system to a 200amp system). A whole house surge protector was installed, and the wiring was replaced on the outside of the house as well. Cost was higher than advertised on the Angie's Big Deal, but this is because our home is 100 years old, and more work was needed than was included in the deal. Everything was explained well, and I believe that the price was fair for the work done. I gave a B for professionalism only because the first date scheduled for the work was cancelled because it was rainy. This policy, while understandable, was only explained to me mid-morning of the scheduled date after I'd already taken off work to be home for the work to be done (rain had been predicted for days - it wasn't unexpected). The work was rescheduled, and the workers arrived on time, they were courteous, clean, and very professional. I'd hire this company again, and have, in fact, already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: Bradley Electric replaced our battery in our outside/house generator. Our previous battery failed after 1 year....Bradley Electric replaced the battery with one that will last longer...they will also be servicing our home generator this fall...!

Description of Work: I needed a light on my ceiling fan but it had been installed incorrectly and needed to be rewired. I also ahd another outlet put in the basement. They worked quickly and everything was done perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We bought the "2 hrs for $99" Big Deal and had someone come out and look at the electrical service to our garage. The man from Bradley was very professional and prompt. My complaint isn't with Bradley, it's with this process. We found out that it would cost thousands to upgrade our panel before we could do any of the work in the garage. So, basically, we spent $99 for nothing. Had I needed a tiny job done, I suppose we could have had him do that for the 2 hours, but there wasn't a need. I had hoped something would come up and we could use the Deal before it expired. (Note: Sorry, Service Date above is just a guess -- I can't remember when we had the estimate done.) I think there needs to be an adjustment w/the Big Deal that if you cannot have the work done, the fee should be refunded easily.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a new exhaust fan in our master bathroom. I failed to tell Bradley Electric that I needed a fan that included a light for the bathroom. When they arrived, as promised, to install the fan, they told me that they would have to order the unit with fan before they could install it. They returned two weeks later with the unit and installed it within a few minutes. It is a wonderful fan and so quiet. They did charge me another $80 for the unit with the light which we thought was rather expensive, but we are very happy with the new unit. The installers were prompt and very polite. We would call Bradley Electric again.

Description of Work: not dissatisfied but definitely did not get my $99.00 worth of service. Bradley did come at the given time and date specified and checked out updating our electrical box. Since my husband wanted to check others, Bradley agent gave me a phone number to call should I want them to use their service and stated that the $99 would be applied to the total amount. The number he gave was 392-9208 and when I tried it, it was disconnected. I was unable to contact this agent and we have since employed another eletricial to do the job.
