I contacted Bradley Electric and spoke with Tyler who asked that I text my name, address and phone number to him. Within five minutes after I sent him the info - I received a call from Rob - who put me on their schedule for early afternoon and explained their pricing. Believe it or not - Mike and Chris arrived within 90 minutes of the call - fixed a faulty switch and all of my power for the room was restored. The gentlemen were very kind and professional and I definitely recommend them and will hire them again when I have a problem. Thanks

All went well. They were flexible on price for the installation and who buys switches, came on time, got everything done well. I wish they were more available because I had other jobs later that I needed help with, and they were booked.

I needed one light fixture outside to work. They said that it would cost an additional $350.00 to fix but if I hired them to put in 4 can lights in the kitchen for $`1000.00 they would include it . Nothing was fixed at this time.

I called Bradley Electric about some non-working outlets. The man I talked to was informative and helpful. After checking the items that he suggested as may be causing the problem in my home and finding they seemed okay, I called back and scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled day, the technician was late. At 20 minutes past the scheduled 2 hour window, I called the company and left a message, and received a call back from the technician stating he was running late. As it happened, this worked out and was not a problem for me. The technician arrived, neatly dressed, and wore shoe covers inside. He took apart the nonworking outlets, looked at the other outlets on the circuit and the circuit breakers. Despite having to go into a rather messy basement with dark corners he did not knock anything over, step on anything, or do any damage. I was impressed with this. It turned out to be a simple fix - a hidden outlet behind an heavy bookcase in the room had a GFCI device on it which had shut the circuit off. The technician advised replacing this, since it was not needed in that location and was hard to get at should it "trip" again. I agreed. He replaced it with a regular outlet plate and left me the original GFCI to use somewhere else (I requested this). He put back the outlets back in order. The GFCI was something I had been advised by the company to check for before requesting service. Had I considered that every bedroom had one outlet in each wall, I would have known that the outlet had to be behind the bookcase and would have found it, but I didn't think of this. The technician was very nice about it which I appreciated. I was still better off for having the outlet changed from GFCI to a regular one.

Excellent work. Arrived on time, cut the wire and chain to length, then quickly installed the fixture. There was no cleanup needed since we were having other work done. Would hire again without hesitation.

Great communication, had appointment right away, ended up replacing gfi , but started having problems again , sent electricians back who kept investigation to find problem . Found it and gave suggestions on new post light which I purchased and they came back and replaced . Very happy with outcome and will use again

The scheduler called me to set up an appointment day and time. That was done without a problem. The two person arrived about twenty minutes after the start of their two-hour window in which they would do the installation. I had purchased a new fixture before the day of our appointment. They removed the old fixture and installed the new fixture. They checked that the new fixture worked before they left. They charged me the sale price that had been on the Angie's list site. The work occurred without a hitch.

They go by hourly so they were prepared for the job, they split it up between two techs and got it done in time frame. The workers were very good. It took one hour. They left the area neat when they were done. I would tell other that it was a job well done. They did exactly what they said they would do.

I had a good experience with them. They came in, did it within a hour. There were fees associated with the equipment, at least a $100 in fees. They did deliver what they say they will, very professional. There were two young men that came to our house that day, and they actually had to go out and get the equipment but they stayed on time and maybe even gave me a few more minutes. They were courteous and professional.

Everything was done in good time. After awhile, however, I noticed the freezer wasn't running. They had used an outside outlet to create the new one inside, and when the outside outlet got wet (in spite of the cover), the inside one shut off as well. I called about it. They promptly came out and fixed the problem.
