Description of Work: Created dedicated line for microwave. Replaced most electrical outlets in house. |Went well.

Description of Work: Changed our electrical breaker box from 100amp to 200amp. Very expensive. Same materials as you could get at lowes. House surge protector at lowes is $69 and they charged 159- very simple to install. Way too much for markup. We didn't realize the difference till too late. No inspection was done and they wanted to charge even more if we insisted it be done.

Description of Work: We had an appointment last Friday from between 8-10 am. I waited at home until 10:10 and never received a call or visit. I left and the tech called at 10:15 saying he had car trouble and that someone would call to reschedule. I emailed the company today and they said they called multiple times to reschedule. I provided one number which the tech called successfully. No one has called or reached out via email since the missed appointment last Friday. They agreed to the appointment, no showed and then did not follow up until I initiated the contact several days later. That is not the type of company I would endorse or choose to work with.

Description of Work: Easy to schedule and very punctual. Work was done quickly and professionally. I was so happy that I scheduled additional work.

Description of Work: Ran new electric wires and installed a new ceiling light fixture. Great job and didn't ruin walls to put in wires. Very happy.

Description of Work: Repaired six outlets that had been fried by another service provider. Made an emergency trip to see us and did so in a very quick manner. These are our new go to guys for any repairs that are needed.

Description of Work: They had to troubleshoot to figure out why power was out in one part of house. They found a bad outlet and replaced it. They were prompt and professional.

Description of Work: In trying to set up an appointment they informed me that it was not the service that I needed and to cancel the deal with Angie's list and they will still come out and look at it and give me an estimate on what actually needs to be done

Description of Work: They replaced 6 outside lights, both motion-detection and regular turn-on light & replaced an outlet. We will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: Bradley Electric was very nice and professional to work with. They were very friendly and responsive from the first phone call. They cared not only about getting the job done properly but about make the lighting look the best it could look with having to have a few exposed wires. I am calling them for my next electrical project.

Description of Work: Three guys showed up without any warning to check outlets and breakers for safety. All smiled and two continued into my home while one informed me on what they were doing. After checking inside and outside and in basement I was advised on what I need to fix and they would email or call me with their findings and a price to have them fix the problems. I was a little overwhelmed by their visit and procedures and was never contacted with results or an estimate

Description of Work: It was 24-degrees outside with no heat in the house. The furnace guy said the problem was with the electric and an electrician from a different company tried to fix the problem but couldn't. I called Bradley Electric for a free estimate (most likely to fix the other electrician's work) and they sent an electrician out immediately. The electrician could not find any problems with the new panel or wiring that was just installed, so a manager came out. He said the problem was not with the other company's work, but it was a problem with the electricity itself coming from the telephone pole, which the power company is required to fix. We called the power company and the problem was, in fact, with the wiring on the pole and not in the house. It would have been easy for a company to blame the other company's work and charge us for services we didn't need, but Bradley Electric has honesty and integrity. The fact that they made two or three trips to the house and didn't charge us a dime means that they will be the first company we call the next time we have an electrical problem. If Angie's List offered an A+ rating, I would have given it to these guys.
