I got some really good, detailed advice! Rob asked good questions, and shared some of his personal experience, and although it turns out his company can't help me this time, I'll certainly call him when they can. All of this, I might add, without a single unprofessional word: no specific businesses mentioned.

Brett and Chad arrived on time, if not before the scheduled appointment (3 visits were needed). They had an understanding of what needed to be done and performed the job well. Easy to talk to and did the job to my high expectations; I would certainly hire them again if I need any electrical work done. Great service! Thanks!

The process from start to finish went great. Office contact was great. Came promptly to review what I wanted done. The cost estimate came the next day. Called to schedule and was given a prompt date. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very personable. They let me know I would receive an Angie's discount even though I didn't know about it and they could've easily charged me without it. The guys also let me know they would install my fixtures which I hadn't yet bought. They let me know it'd be no problem and suggested I go buy them while they finished up so they could get it done for me. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I am very late submitting this, but last year I made a HUGE mistake and just googled "hot tub installation" instead of using Angies List. Had 2 contractors come out and said they would get back to me with quotes and I never heard back from either one. Then, I found Bradley Electric on Angies list and they were fantastic. Prompt, professional and completed the work as promised. I will definitely use them going forward!!

I got one of those coupon deals. It was for four hours. They were very professional. They were very timely, punctual, came when they said they were coming. I didn't have the correct appliance for them to install the cam lights so they waited while I ran to pick up what I needed and came back with it. The price was excellent. They were very clean. They didn't leave any debris. They didn't damage anything. I had just had my kitchen cabinets and things done so I was very cautious about that and they were very careful.

Excellent. I called on Friday. They came on Monday at exactly their appointed time. They finished their work ahead of time with friendly professionalism. I cannot imagine how the experience could be better. I will think of them first when I need any more electrical work done

The two electricians were very skilled and got the work done in no time.

Bradley electrics sent a technician out to survey the work to be performed. Then technicians arrived on time and were very courteous. They informed me the company would contact me with an estimate. That was two weeks ago and I still have no estimate. I've contacted them 3 times without a call back. Very disappointing.

The two gentlemen were great! We had a couple of outlets that didn't work after they finished with the install, but they were quick to come back out and fix the minor issues.

Scheduling was no problem. Rob is very responsive and helpful. The two electricians who came to my house were terrible, however. Here are the problems: 1) One (Chad) reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell lingered in the house for hours after they left. 2) One (Ed) was extremely rude. He did not respond to direct questions, although I was standing right next to him. He simply ignored me. This was at the very beginning of the visit. I was baffled and did not know what to think. 3) They left one of the fixtures hanging crooked with no discussion. After I checked the fixture and pointed out that it was crooked, only then was the issue addressed. If I had not checked it, they would simply have left with it hanging that way. 4) They left plaster rubble on the floor (large chunks, about the size of grapes).

Professional, friendly, focused, described steps along the way and always asked for our preferences. Will not divert from current building codes. They cleaned up their own mess. We will be hiring Bradley Electric for future projects.

They were fantastic. Since it was an older house, Justin and his team had to handle very tough technical issues as well as a three page list of things that needed to be done. I cannot complement them enough for the work they performed. I will recommend Bradley in the highest possible terms to anyone needing an electrician's services.

Mark and Hoby were very friendly and professional. They were punctual and walked me through all changes. Tyler was also punctual and thoroughly explained my quote. Easy scheduling and payment.

The guys doing the work were great. I was expecting more coordination from them and scheduling the work with AEP but I ended up doing it all. If I would of known this upfront it would of been an A grade.

They sent 2 guys who were quick and able to do everything that I wanted done in the one-hour appointment. They gave me some good advice on less expensive equipment that I was thinking of buying.

They handled everything in a professional way.

Mike did a great job at my parent's house, found the issue quickly and was very prompt and courteous, he even called me to give an update on what was performed. This is a very good company to work with, highly ethical and honest.
