It took about 8 weeks which was long but the outcome was very good.

Ben and Mike and their crew took the time to make sure every step of the bathroom renovation project was done with care and excellence. They weren't happy until we were happy and our happiness was very important to them.

I contacted BCMRoberts to remove the old dropped, grid ceiling with plastic tiles and fluorescent tube lights in our kitchen and refinish the freshly exposed wall, paint the newly exposed ceiling, and install new lights. The team worked quickly to demo the existing ceiling grid and remove the fluorescent lights and start refinishing the wall. They tarped our whole kitchen to minimize dust from the wall refinishing process, they left temp lights up for us until the final lighting was installed, and they cleaned up each day before they left. They came back twice to apply paint and finally install the lighting. The facelift took YEARS off our 1980s kitchen, and the job freshens the look of the kitchen until we can re-do the entire kitchen. The whole BCMRoberts team was pleasant to work with and I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went extremely well and we were definitely pleased with the work completed. There were a couple design changes, on our end, throughout the renovation (lights moved/ replaced) but BCM was extremely easy to work with and were able to make changes on the fly. Any issues which arose or changes we thought were necessary were immediately taken care of to our satisfaction. We would definitely use BCM for any future renovations.

We hired BCMRoberts for our basement, after discussing with a handful of contractors. They were the most thorough and flexible to our design ideas. They even gave us connection to have a water issue addressed beforehand at a competitive rate and quick timeframe. The construction process went pretty well. As with all projects, some issues or delays popped up here and there. When they arose (mainly with subs), they were transparent and took care of them quickly. They were extremely detailed, adding nice finishing touches that weren't requested, but very much appreciated. They took the job as if it were their own house. In the end, we were really happy we went with BCMRoberts and would definitely use them again in the future.

Mike, Ben (and team) were great to work with. They were very accommodating, flexible, and communicated frequently about the upcoming schedule and possible changes or delays. They quoted the job using readily available hardware, supplies, etc. and then allowed us to make changes based on our preferences. The quote was then adjusted (up or down) based on the price difference. All of the subs they used, did nice work as well, but did cause some minor delays due to availability (I don't think this is unique to BCM Roberts and just the state of the industry right now). Overall we ended up with a beautiful bath remodel within the time estimated. We would use them again for future remodel needs.

They did a great job! The original wooden deck boards were replaced with a composite material. The quality of work and the manner in which they trimmed the boards gave the deck a more professional, finished look. It was refreshing to work with a team, that takes pride in their work and makes sure their customer is satisfied with the end results.

We were impressed right away with Mike's interest in what *we* wanted, rather than selling us a package. And since he's experienced and we're not, Mike offered suggestions that we would never have dreamed of, like replacing the bathroom window with glass blocks and a small window vent as well as a folding teak seat. Mike and Ben worked with us every step of the way, adjusting to the inevitable bumps in the road that all construction projects must endure. We also got a heads-up on a leak problem that we'll need to deal with in the near future. The end result of the work is a shower and a bathroom that work for us in our home.

Ben and his team were extremely dependable, professional and did a wonderful job on making my vision come to life. They were communicative throughout the process and left my house totally cleaned up after they were finished with the project.

Mike and Ben and their crew were great! They updated every element of my kitchen. They were responsive, stayed in budget and all of the crew were friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend their business.

From the initial request through Angie's List, Mike was very responsive. We emailed back and forth to get an appointment. (my schedule was the issue) He was very accommodating trying to get the appointment. On the appointment day, his son Ben did the estimate. He was very nice and professional. We got the written estimate by email within a couple days. It was a bit more than we wanted to spend on such a small room so we did not go with them and decided to tackle the job ourselves with the help of family members who had remodeled before.

We're in a new house with lots of new projects for BCM Roberts! On this first project, Ben created a foyer closet from scratch, and painted the dining room, hallways, and 2.5 story foyer. They even matched the closet trim to all the other existing trim in the house. Plus they caulked all the quarter-round in the kitchen, hallway, foyer, and dining room. Ben and Adam show up on time, work hard, and clean up before leaving each day. We've already contracted them for our basement remodeling project.

To begin, I have never written a review for any service before. I was never motivated too because the service was not note worthy. However BCMRoberts has earned our trust and a written review. I cannot say enough how satisfied we are with the BCMRoberts contractors. I have dealt with several contractors who don't show up when promised, do not return calls or are undependable in general. But Mike and Ben were very professional, easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and returned calls promptly. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they took great care to clean up after themselves. Further, the secondary labor they provided for dry wall and painting were just as professional and amazing. They worked with us as partners and the estimate provided was very accurate. The project was completed on time and just slightly under budget We are extremely happy with the results and will always use BCMRoberts for future projects.

We met Ben many months ago. He remained patient while we finally decided on what we wanted. Finally we went forward with the remodel in two phases. Phase 1 is complete. Ben did an exceptional job! The laundry room is much more spacious - he relocated the washer and dryer and removed an old shower. Replaced and installed new flooring. We're very happy. Looking forward to starting phase 2 with all the built ins. I would highly recommend

Custom frame work was performed by skilled craftsmen and the finished product is awesome looking.

The results were amazing. Mike and Ben were very accommodating throughout the entire process. For example, we selected Ikea cabinets for the kitchen which require assembly. Mike and Ben tackled the job with ease. We added extras along the way such as our desire for a last minute addition of a pocket door/slider. Mike and Ben were able to make adjustments quickly and deliver great results. In terms of the upstairs bath, Mike was able to save our tub by working to have it refinished. Now it looks brand new. Finally, each job (Kitchen & Bath) required updated lighting, electrical work and plumbing. Mike and Ben made it look so easy making all the changes that we requested. I would recommend Mike and Ben if you are considering remodeling work. Mike and Ben are local if there are any needs that arise. For example, I had a shower spout that wasn't working correctly recently. I called Mike and after a quick visit, the issue was fixed. We will call on Mike and Ben again!

Both job went great. BCMRoberts, LLC is a great group. They get on the job quickly and completed to your satisfaction. Wonderful people to invite into your home to do work. You feel like it's your family helping to complete a job.
