Personable, not pushy, friendly and did a wonderful job explaining what work was to be done.

Had two sump pumps installed. Didn’t feel upsell/cross sell pressure and person was very seasoned plumber that also was helpful in consultation on some other stuff in the new house. Very responsive on Angi app. Easy.

I used Basement Armor (Dave) to install a new sump pump system in my basement. He did excellent work, and provided excellent service. To accomidate my schedule, he did the work on a Saturday, the same week I called him. Due to quality work and excellent service, I had him do more work, including replacing all shutoff valves in the house. Same as before, he accommodated my schedule, and helped on a weekend. He also spotted a gas leak in the basement for me, and fixed as well. You could find cheaper, but not with the same quality of work, or customer service.

Thought $600 plus was a little steep for a standard sump pump with no complications.

The guy call and shows up the same day to replace my toilet. Quick and great job. I recommend them highly.

David came and inspected all the work we needed done and found several very important issues that needed addressed that we were not aware of. He gave us an estimate for the services on the first visit and set a time to return and do the work. We are pleased with the quality of the work. Basement Armor worked well with our schedule. David was polite and professional. We had 2 outdoor hose faucets replaced; indoor shut-off valves were added for convenience. We had a new garbage disposal installed-we purchased the disposal from Lowes and David did the install. David noticed that our sump-pump was not working so we added this to the list. He also mentioned that our downspout needed relocated to prevent water leaking into the basement from that corner of the house. The price for the faucets and the sump pump was fair. I feel the price for the garbage disposal install and the gutter re-route and install was a little high but they needed done and we had put it off too long so I just went with it. I would recommend Basement Armor to others and I would use them again.
