Autmow

Purchased and had installed a Luba 2 robotic mower from Mammotion through Autmow. Installation was excellent. (No wires, rather Realtime Kinetics). Kyle, who installed the unit from Autmow, was patient and explained items to my satisfaction during the install. Unit works fantastically. I spent the last few times of mowing getting myself more in tune with the app and capabilities of the mower. I try to buy and support local small business as often as possible. (In this case service, if required, should be faster and more thorough than through Mammotion directly.) Now, at 79, I hope both the mower and I last into my mid - eighties. I recommend Autmow strongly for reasons outlined above.

Smooth transaction, no problems.

The modification was quick and simple. The initial installation went over the sidewalk to get that strip of grass between the sidewalk and the curb. Come to find out that strip is mowed by the city where I live (would not have suspected that!). They were able to adjust the boundary line within the week of my request and he even looked over my mower settings to give me some suggestions and make sure I was up-to-date.

The experience has been great. I have had my auto-mower for an entire mowing season and didn't have to pull out my push mower once. The best part is that the mower has such a customization profile I think next year I can manage the landscaping to eliminate the bits of trimming I have to make a maintenance free lawn! Our yard is just shy of an acre. The mower is essentially plug and play, with a bit of yard tweaking as you find trouble spots. I have enjoyed the experience. So far I have had 3 encounters with the company; The quote, the initial installation, and a modification to my guard wire. All 3 were timely, quick, deliberate.

Went great. Mower was shipped, with all instructions. Went in well with just a few challenges. It's working great now!

I like Jeff. He claims I was calling the wrong number, but it was his voice and company on the voicemail box. My problem seems to be with Husqvarna. Ever since a software "update" May 1st the mower is lost and confused and rarely finds the charger. I have no problem getting a response to calls these days.

Initial install went well. Hard to get a return phone call. I continue to have trouble with the mower. In the first 3 months of operation I had a broken wheel and burnt out blade motor.

Excellent. They even installed it all on a day that was best for my schedule - which was on a Sunday. This represents a superb level of customer service.

I contacted Jeff at Autmow last Saturday. He immediately talk my call, answered a series of questions from me, not knowing I was buying a unit, let alone from Autmow. Jeff was so responsive, knowledgeable and sincere. I was very impressed. By Monday, I had made up my made to go robotic and buy from Autmow. Jeff said he'd come to Cleveland with the 430X on Saturday and install. Jeff came exactly at 9am, as promised. Jeff lived up to every expectation: - great product advise, knowledge. - great incentive advice fon Husqvarna products. - great product advise an all makes and models. - made me feel at ease with Jeff's experience with the robotic mower technology. - the installation was flawless. - commissioning to unit and to me, perfect. Frankly, just kinda blown away. Great job Jeff. You're running a great business.

The install was good. Toward the end, Jeff's machine broke so he manually installed the rest of the wire, he came back out on Tuesday to complete the job. I actually liked the second visit because I was able to ask some questions after seeing the mower in action for a couple of days.

We've been extremely pleased with the Autmow service. The mower itself does a great job consistently keeping the yard at a reasonable length. It is quiet enough to run throughout the night with the windows open and rarely requires intervention. The added service of Jeff coming out to edge, trim, and maintain the mower itself has also proven invaluable. The yard is cut, completely hands-off on my part! Would highly recommend the Automow service to anyone that's looking for an easy way to maintain their yard in an automated way. It crosses the sidewalk to the tree lawn, works along each side of the house, and stays out of the landscaping/bushes without issue. The installation was quick, Jeff has always been very responsive and made any adjustments necessary to keep the mower operating at 100%!
