Description of Work: We bought a Big Deal Heating Tune Up from another company, but apparently they couldn't do the work so Assurance Air honored our purchase. Mike was great. He told us why we were using the wrong filters and what kind to get in the store. He cleaned the burners on the furnace, tested it, and changed the filter. We will definitely use them again for our A/C servicing.

 + -1 moreI called due to the fact there was a smoke like smell coming out of the furnace while the A/C was running. The office was great and very friendly. They went above and beyond. They came out the same day, even though it was 8:30 PM and hot. Mike checked out the A/C, furnace and venting up to the roof. He figured out it was the water heater causing the problem. He did not even charge us for the time. They were fabulous.

 + -1 moreOur HVAC system at Canine Social Club has never run better! During normal working hours we have dogs playing in open rooms. Mike and Terri provided EXCELLENT customer service by accommodating the times that would work out best for the dogs. He came in after our drop off hours to service the HVAC and came back after we closed so he could have access to the window AC's and not disrupt the dogs. He not only made me a happy customer, but he made the dogs happy too!!
Description of Work: I own a dog daycare and Mike services our HVAC system and window units. It's not your typical service call because of all the dog fur. He cleaned the entire unit and tested everything to make sure it was working properly and also cleaned and serviced the window units.
