Anna and her staff do an amazing cleaning job. They get every nook and cranny of my home. I have never had a service clean so well.

Cleaning was excellent--really thorough and complete. Staffing issues are a problem--too many different people.

Excellent service, we are very pleased with Anna. She supervises a crew of 2 to 4 women and makes short but thorough work of cleaning our house. We have been using Anna's service for about 6 months and found her work and reliability to be top notch. I would highly recommend Anna.

Working with Anna and her team is a wonderful experience. The results of their collective work are wonderful, too. Every 2 weeks Anna and 2 team members spend about 3 hours cleaning our one-story home which includes 2.5 baths and 7 - 8 rooms, plus much dark wood trim. Anna says that she is "very picky" about what all needs to be done and how well it is done. She delivers! Whether the team is vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, or polishing, all nooks and crannies are attended to carefully. Our older wood furniture receives a deep polishing which covers all the scratches from over time. The granite counters are smooth and spotless. The kitchen cabinets have a calm luster. At the end of the cleaning, each team member gets down on her hands and knees in order to hand wipe the hardwood flooring in 4 rooms and one large hallway area. The floors and our home have never looked better. The bathrooms shine brightly, are spick and span and everything smells very good. Even though the team works efficiently and effectively, there is attention to welcomed details. The knick knacks are placed back in the right spot, the throw rugs are back in place, and recently the top tissue within each tissue box is made to look like a rose. Because of my allergies, Anna had me buy my own cleaning products from local stores and provide my own sweeper, dusters, rags, etc. This approach has worked out very well. The first visit by Anna was a deep cleaning at a higher price than the regular visits. The purpose was for her to bring everything up to her high personal standards. Therefore, all future visits were dedicated to maintaining that standard. My husband says that I have high standards about how clean and neat our home must be. Anna and her team match and exceed mine!

The owner plus 2 others came; staying 2 hours, performing 6 hours of labor. They worked hard and efficiently. They were pleasant and professional; and went right to work. They cleaned every area and corner, and top to bottom. These areas have never been cleaned so well. We definitely got our money's worth. There are less expensive people/companies, but I think you get what you pay for. They are coming back next month.

My contract with Anna's service is to clean the downstairs every 2 weeks - great room , kitchen and eating area, master bedroom and bath, dining room, 1/2 bath and all associated flooring, furniture, surfaces, toilets, etc. I LOVE coming home on days when they have been into clean and finding everything perfectly beautiful. They empty trash, vacuum, dust, and cleanup after themselves. They use products I provide. I provides the cloths for cleaningand they leave them either in the washer or utility sink in the laundry room. With advance notice, they will also clean my upstairs (loft, full bath and 2 bedrooms) for an additional $20. I also have them do a 'deep' clean a couple times a year usually before the holidays and late spring.. I believe that's $180. Today my husband came home from work sick and Anna accommodated us by agreeing to come to tomorrow. She always sends a reminder the day before she is scheduled to clean. I can't give a higher re commendation and hope you will consider her if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy service.

Anna has been cleaning my house for a while now. I have a lot of hard surface floors and they get thoroughly cleaned when Anna's team comes. They do a great job of wiping down cabinets and walls - as well as the regular cleaning and dusting. Anna does a great job of working around my schedule and getting in and out on cleaning days.

For the deep clean - I was impressed they had a 4 person team, which allowed them to do a very thorough job but still get out in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned all the floors, including hardwood and tile. The tile is particularly difficult to clean as it seems to soak in stains very easily. We also had a couple of pets in the house (in addition to two small children), and they did a great job cleaning up after all of them. I was impressed enough that I decided to keep them on for a monthly cleaning. Monthly cleaning - Our first one was yesterday, and the house looked great when I got home.I also like that they clean and dust surfaces, even if they are a bit cluttered. With many cleaners, we felt that we had to straighten up before they come so they would do surfaces, but Anna's team is happy to move things around as needed so they can get to everything. I highly recommend them for house cleaning.

Excellent service! Anna and her team did a very thorough job. It was wonderful to come back to a sparkling home! Good attention to detail; she got the baseboards, cleaned inside the microwave, and even folded the edge of the toilet paper roll like they do in hotels. Highly recommend!

My housekeeper of 30 yrs retired. You can imagine my angst! Anna's Cleaning Service was recommended by a neighbor. I've been impressed from day one. Not just the expert cleaning, the attention to detail and the biggest factor is the trust level. Often I am not in the house when they are scheduled, I NEVER worry! The job is done perfectly, they work hard and by all appearances, they enjoy their work. The best part, I'm not involved, other than writing the check. :)

Every other week when Anna's Cleaning Service LLC cleans my house I am always satisfied. It gives me peace of mind being able to come home to a perfectly clean house! When they cleaned the first time, I had never seen my bathtub so clean or my house so dust free! I highly recommend this company. Anna and her team do a wonderful job! She sends me a reminder the day before, and she is always a few minutes early, ready to get started right at my scheduled appointment time. I love that she uses the products that I provide - I am sensitive to scents, so I can buy the products I want to use and she uses them. They pay attention to so many details that other cleaning services I have used have ignored. Anna leaves all the floors spotless, bathrooms sparkling, and the furniture shining. I just can't say how nice it is to come home to a spotless house. I would recommend Anna and her team to anyone - you won't be disappointed!

Very thorough cleaning with great attention to detail and excellent communication between Anna and customer. Very personable and flexible.

Anna cleans the tile floors (on hands and knees and I have a lot of tile in my house), vacuums, dusts - even cleans windows that have fingerprints left behind from my grandson. I never have to check if she forgot to do something or misses something, like I did with my prior cleaning person.
