I've us Alex twice for appliance problem. First to diagnose and repair a JennAir dishwasher and more recently a leaking fridge. The dishwasher needed a new part. he told me how much it would cost and when it would be available and said he would call me to confirm. He did exactly as promised and finish the repair. The fridge needed to be cleaned. No new parts. Always answers cals quickly and both times was able to accommodate visits very quickly and to my schedule. I can't recommend him enough.

These guys did an AMAZING job bailing us out of a tough spot. After we were ghosted by another contractor, Alex stepped up and was able to diagnose and fix our issue in less than 24 hours ... all while charging a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend and really appreciate their work!

Alex arrived at the house on time to review our issue and provided well thought out recommendations. We accepted his advice and he ordered the part needed to make the repairs. When the part was delivered to him we were contacted to schedule his team to complete our project. They arrived on time and completed all work required to fix our appliance and, when finished, did a thorough clean up of all areas of the work area. Alex Services are to be commended on their very professional, courteous and thorough work ethics. I would definitely use and recommend Alex for future repairs.
