+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE THIS ESTIMATE WAS TERRIFIC. HE WAS THOROUGH, KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT, AND TOOK TIME TO LOOK AROUND OUTSIDE TO FIND A PLACE TO VENT A 90+ FURNACE, IF INSTALLED. HIS ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED TO ME ALONG WITH A FOLDER CONTAINING INFORMATION ON THE TYPE OF FURNACE. WE ENDED UP NOT HAVING TO DO THE JOB (WE WERE SELLING OUR HOME AND NEGOTIATING THINGS) BUT IF WE DID HAVE TO GO WITH A COMPANY IN COLUMBUS, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE!!! WE HAVE FAMILY IN HEATING AND COOLING, OUT-OF-TOWN, AND THIS GUY WAS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY OF ALL 3 COMPANIES WE HAD COME OUT.
Description of Work: COMPANY CAME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATE ON A FURNACE REPLACEMENT. FOR REMOVAL OF OLD SYSTEM AND REPLACEMENT WITH AN 80+ EFFICIENCY FURNACE, ESTIMATED $1786...FOR A 90+, ESTIMATED $2181. COMPANY INSTALLS A FILTER SYSTEM AT NO ADD'L COST. ALSO PROVIDES A 20 YEAR WARRANTY ON HEAT EXCHANGERS. (IN ADDITION TO THE 5 YEAR PARTS AND 1 YEAR LABOR PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER)
