I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing. He pointing out install flaws (the system was installed by a prior owner of the house) that no other vendor has. He explained the knocking we heard every time the system turned out (wrong size pipes in basement, and wrong type of valve, among other things). He inspected one set of heads that had issues, and we worked out a plan to fix them in the Spring when it made more sense. I find it a great feature that he has his own equipment for the winterization.

Aaron and his team did an excellent job beginning with my initial contact of speaking with Michelle in the office to schedule the appointment. Aaron showed up on the date and time as scheduled and not only winterized my irrigation system and performed aeration of my lawn - but also had his team repair two (2) leaks in the system. The team was very professional and pleasant to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the spring.

Excellent. The process for making an appointment was easy and Aaron showed up right on time. Aaron is very knowledgeable about irrigation systems and takes time to politely answer any questions. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and would definitely use this company again.

Aaron was punctual and came right away as soon as I contacted him. He was very knowledgeable and could identify problems immediately. He used the best quality replacement fixtures and performed the service soon after he was given the contract.

Everything was excellent. They were very easy to work with and very nice, and I was very happy with their work. I even had a problem with one of the heads and he came back out to fix it right away. The prices were reasonable, and I will definitely use them again.

The man arrived on time and was very professional but friendly. Once he hooked everything up and the process was begun, I talked to him. Friendly but not in a "selling me" kind of way. The only negative was the quote was for $60.00 and I didn't hear about a "fuel charge" until the day of the service. I think it was $4.50. I think they'll have a better response to disclose that at the time the appointment is made. Ironically they are listed as being in Westerville; where I live. Also gas was down to about $2.00 from $4.00 so the surcharge just seemed inappropriate. Otherwise fine.

Aaron Knepp came to my house on short (1 hour) notice when my old service failed to show up. Very courteous and professional. Charged $60 to winterize my system and $4.95 to fix a broken sprinkler head. I highly recommend AK Irrigation.

Overall experience with Aaron was great. He also came very highly recommended from the company who was rated highest on the list. They had worked with Aaron for many years and said he did a great job and knew his business. In comparing his design to others, I found it to be more inclusive and very well thought out, and pricing was comparable, if not less, than other bids. His attitude was great and it was a pleasure to work with him and his crew. They did a great job and finished sooner than expected. His plumbing job was actually complemented by the city inspector who said it looked very neat and professional. All in all, great company, owner, and product! I will certainly use for upcoming expansion and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for service.

Aaron has serviced our system for the past 3 years and is always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He does a wonderful job and does it as inexpensively as absolutely possible. He repaired our back flow valve this past spring and rather than charge for a complete replacement, he bought a new valve and harvested (and charged us for) only the parts we needed, adding the remainder to his store of spare parts available to other clients.
