Aavan knap was always on time .The co was little pricey but was extremely knowledgable the product and procedure for installation took lots of time explaining things to us and answering our questions.

Responded on time. Performed professionally; personal contact with owner and absolute satisfaction.

We have annual contract for the services above. In general, they do fine job. Our only complaints was that last spring they said they would return to "optimize" the sprinkler system settings ( I think they had just run out of time that day), but never returned. We never called, but just turned on previous years settings.

AK Irrigation was extremely responsive--beginning to end. I was looking for an irrigation company and after looking on Angie's List and seeing all the favorable reviews for AK Irrigation, I decided to call them. In less than a week, they were able to come out and perform the work. They arrived on time, were very professional and conscientious. Every step was explained and upon completion, a final analysis of our system was deleiverd. Excellent on all fronts; I intend to call them in the spring.

They came out promptly - they were on time for the appointment. They were very knowledgeable about the irrigation equipment and the installation of the equipment.

Aaron Knepp and his guys came out and installed the sprinkler system on one of the wettest days in April. They got everything done in one day but had to come back out a couple of days later to do some adjusting since the ground was so saturated. Aaron was very helpful in explaining how the system would be put in and how it all worked. We were very happy with the process.

It's an understatement to say I'm am very thorough in evaluating a company when I spend a sizable amount of money. I received quotes from 11 different irrigation companies, many of which have received positive reviews on Angies List. I had numerous email and phone conversations after whittling my choices down to three. In the end, I selected AK Irrigation for the job. The owner, Aaron Knepp, was really the only person/company who gave me a presentation on what he was going to do, why and why the products he uses are the best. His quote was personalized, showed effort and I got the genuine sense he was working to earn my business. Aaron actually showed me specific differences between competing heads and the heads he uses. And best of all, he stands behind his work with a warranty that means business. One of the things Liked about Aaron is that he's on the job site everyday. He doesn't have 4 crews where he's bouncing around from job to job. He worked on my job from start to finish, each day (2 days for completion). That gave me peace of mind that he was overseeing all work at all times and was there to answer any questions his crew members had. All utilities were premarked by OUPS and Aaron and crew even marked for downspouts which many of irrigation companies won't do. They started and finished on time and their clean up was most impressive. I was initially concerned after the first day that my hard was a little dicey but Aaron assured me they hadn't tamped yet and once they do, it would be almost as if no work was completed. He was right. It's already really difficult to tell I had an entire irrigation system installed. The tap into the water line in basement is very cleanly done and the line out to the backflow device is professionally done as well. All copper products & brass fittings until he switches to Schedule 40 PVC underground. This may sound like technobabble but it's signifies a level of quality that not all companies provide. All connections are double clamped, proper swing arms and marlexs are used. Again, clean & efficient work with proper products. When Aaron finished, he walked the property with me explaining each zone. He went over the controller and the rain sensor and explained everything very well and clearly. Overall, I simply cannot recommend AK Irrigation highly enough. Quality people, quality job. I'm very pleased.
