Great. They discovered a leaking pipe that will be repaired in the spring. They were courteous and friendly.

AK was on time , polite and provided instruction.

Things went very well. They were punctual, friendly, helpful and very professional. Explained things in detail and didn't try to upcharge/upsell me on anything. I will use them again without hesitation.

Overall, based on past experiences, I am skeptical of this job.

They arrived in the agreed upon time frame, with a heads up call one half hour before arriving, per our request. Tyler and his assistant were professional and explained their method of winterizing our irrigation system. They walked the lawn with me to assure all the irrigation heads were purged of water. They closed everything up the way it was. Their cost for doing this work was competitive and honored a coupon from Angie's List for new work. We would definitely consider AK Irrigation for next years winterization and any repair work we may need to have done.

Purchased the Big Deal from AK Irrigation for $59,, because my current provider was unable to do the service this year. He responded quickly to my purchase through Angie's and made an appointment within a few days. Aaron was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He let me know that he already had service agreements with several of my neighbors. Pleasant experience and very professional. Would recommend.

After seeing the Big Deal on Angie's list, I looked at the reviews, which were all very favorable. I purchased the big deal, then called the company. They had already received notice of my purchase! The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful, and scheduled my service within one week. The service tech showed up on time. It was clear he knew what he was doing, and I felt comfortable that my irrigation system was in good hands. After finishing, he went over everything with me. I would definitely use AK Irrigation again.

Nick came out today (it was previously Tyler). He showed up on time, as promised, and checked out the whole system, replaced some broken heads (that I had alerted the office to so they would have the needed parts on hand) and serviced the system. Since my landscapers were still working on completing a new front entry walk, and he said he needed a good irrigation company, I introduced my landscaper and AK irrigation, hoping this will provide some good business for both in the future.

They worked promptly and efficiently to check all of the sprinklers, repair the broken ones and take out a few that weren't needed anymore.

I am extremely impressed with AK Irrigation. They did a fantastic job of installing the irrigation system and dethatching the lawn. Once the irrigation system was installed, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was leaking water when the irrigation system was turned off. The sprinkler head was leaking water when the irrigation system was turned off because the water was flowing down the slope of the yard. AK Irrigation came out promptly when we called them about this issue and replaced the sprinkler head with a sprinkler head that has a back flow stopper which corrected the problem. I would highly recommend AK Irrigation to others to use for lawn or irrigation needs.

They are very thorough and very nice. They did a good job. They fixed the problem. They tried very hard to get out here as fast as they could even though they were booked since there was a large leak.

Aaron is very professional and punctual and the price is very reasonable (especially with the coupon). I am very pleased with the job he'd done.

The team that installed the product were on time and professional. They knew that product and Aaron took the time to explain the controller and the layout in detail. The lawn was quite wet due to installation in early spring and the grass was torn up some, but AK came back and applied grass seed to the disturbed areas. The grass has regrown and the installation is almost transparent. The system has worked as expeceted and I would recommend there service.

Our system is a rather complicated, and out dated, one, AK Irrigation was able to get it up and running as if it was new. they are always here promptly when I call and get the leaks fixed with a minimum of hassle and at a reasonable price.
